i have wavy hair that is naturally very soft, albeit a bit dry. i bought this with the hopes of enhancing my waves. while this conditioner smells AMAZING, it did nothing to my hair. it made my hair look really greasy, as if i hadn't just showered that day. it also dried my hair out. it started looking dull and wasn't smooth as it used to. i wish it worked for me, as i love the smell. i switched to suave's almond and shea butter conditioner and my hair is amazingly soft again.

i love this mascara! i have long, naturally curly lashes. i bought this to enhance, and it does just that! it emphasizes the curl, lenghtens really well, and separates and defines every single lash! i LOVE the wand. it takes a little while to get used to, since it's so big. but i love the traditional style wands. it gets to every lash, and since the end tapers, it's really easy to get to the inner lashes! this works really well at enhancing your natural lashes. it layers amazingly, so you have to try REALLY hard to get it to clump. i usually top it with my HG L'Oreal Extra Volume Collagen. it creates MASSIVE volume, including the length from Grow Luscious, and my lashes are pure, perfect drama.

Scrubs -Queen Helene - Oatmeal N' Honey Natural Facial Scrub

this stuff is alright. i switched over from St Ives apricot scrub because i heard the apricot scrub was damaging for your skin. after switching over, though, my skin is breaking out a bit. i guess the salycylic acid the apricot scrub had made a difference. this also doesn't exfoliate my skin as well as the apricot scrub did. it used to leave my skin smooth and glowing, but this one does neither. i also can't stand the smell. at first i liked it, thought it was fun and yummy, but it got old by my third use. now i can't stand it. i will use this up, but won't repurchase. i'll go back to my apricot scrub after this.

Top/Base Coats -Sally Hansen - Insta-Dri

NB was right when they said a quick-dry top coat would be life changing!! i always had trouble with smudging my polish or my sheets denting my five hour old mani. i bought this on NB's reccomendation and they were absolutely right! this completely dries my polish in as little as a minute. not only that, but this makes my mani last over a WEEK with no chips whatsoever!! it adds a gorgeous shine on my polish and does NOT dull holo glitter! this is pure love. total HG.

Primer/ Corrector -Rimmel - Fix and Perfect Foundation Primer

well, i never really noticed if this really prolonged the wear of my foundation, since i don't use that much. i did notice that it doesn't keep my skin from getting oily though. that, and it turns my foundation orange and makes it look like i'm wearing the wrong shade!! :/ on the pros, i did like the smell...but that's about it. this was my first primer, so i didn't really know what to expect. i'll use this up here and there and then try the hard candy primer.

i have to admit...i hardly ever wear eyeshadow. but as i was wandering walgreens the other day, i saw this lovely and i thought i'd give it a shot. these colors are AMAZING!! they blend so well and are super pigmented!! i love all the colors in this!! the deep shimmery purple is my favorite so far. this palette is making me want to get the others and start playing with eyeshadows all over again :D

i just started filling in my brows because i noticed they were disappearing in pictures. this stuff applies very smoothly and makes my brows look perfect! haven't seen the difference it makes in pictures yet, but i will update! :D

UUUGGGHHHH i hate this mascara. it lengthens decently. my lashes are already pretty long and curly naturally, so i bought this to enhance my lashes. this mascara barely lengthened, and weighed down my lashes so i lost the natural curl!! no mascara has ever done that before. and worst of all, it SMELLS SO BAD. it seriously smells like dying roses. i could smell it all day...it followed me around!! even other people were commenting on it. they were like "what's that smell?" i thought i'd gotten a bad tube, so i got another one, and of course it smelled just as bad. UGH no thanks. bring back my sky high curves, please.

i bought this during walgreen's BOGOF sale last week. i bought this mainly for an inner eye corner highlighter. i could never pull off the inner corner highlight. i had nothing that would look right or last long enough, so when i tried this out, i had high hopes for it. luckily, it worked amazingly well! i noticed the difference immediately! my eyes looked really bright and awake! i love how it's a pencil so i can just draw the shadow on the inner eye and blend slightly for that "glow from within" look. combine this with the acapulco glow as a highlighter and the look is amazing and effortless. i have the huge urge to buy a ton of these for backups now :D

Bronzers -Wet 'n' Wild - Acapulco Glow

after being late on all the all over shimmer hype, i decided i wasn't gonna miss out on acapulco glow. i bought this at walgreens for 75 cents. i didn't realize that the package had been opened (luckily wasn't swatched or damaged in any way) and the brush that's included was gone, but i never use the included brushes anyway. when i got home from the store, i swiped it on a bit, but it didn't really show. i was disappointed for little while, but then i tried this on today over my fresh makeup, and it looked AMAZING on me. i used a bit to highlight my cheekbones and a bit of bronzer underneath my cheekbones to contour, and a bit of blush, and i was GLOWING all day. love this stuff. i will surely repurchase forever. i might try to swap for AOS as well...i never got to try it before it was dc'd :P

i have this pencil in 913 sapphire. it's a beautiful rich royal blue that goes great with my dark brown eyes. i apply it only on my waterline, and it lasts a few hours. it applies very easily, with just two swipes i have a rich line that's true to its color on my waterline. i bought this for $1 at a local bazaar on a whim, but i didn't use it for a while as i didn't know where to use it. now that i do, i love it and i wish i'd bought more colors. i'd definitely repurchase :D

i just bought this mascara today at walmart. it was two for the price of one, so i decided to try it out. my lashes are naturally long and curly, but they're kinda thin so i like to add a bit of oomph with volumizing mascaras. most volumizing mascaras clump lashes together to give the illusion of volume, but this one actually gave me crazy dramatic lashes. it lengthened my lashes like no other lengthening mascara has and it gave me crazy volume! i'm so impressed! the only gripe i have with this mascara, however, is the brush. NO IT IS NOT AS HUGE AND DENSELY BRISTLED LIKE IT SHOWS IN THE ADS. that really pisses me off. why show a giant densely-bristled brush when you don't deliver? this is right up there with the models wearing obvious falsies in the ads. WHY LIE? grr...well, i do advise that you wipe the brush a bit on the rim of the tube to remove the excess, but other than that, this mascara is awesome. i'm probably gonna go buy some more while they're still cheap :)

meh. i ran out of my usual hair product, so i saw this at the dollar store and thought i'd give it a shot. well, it didn't do anything really. it's a nice light cream, and my hair is a bit flat at the roots and poofy everywhere else, so i thought it would even out my roots with the rest of my hair. well, it didn't. it smells really really sweet and suuper strong, it actually gave me both a stomachache and a headache! it didn't volumize, nor did it do anything for my frizzies, so i'm wondering if it really did anything at all to my hair... i bought this at the dollar store, so it's not like i blew a ton of money for something that didn't work for me. oh well.

CRAP. this mascara is absolute crap. this is seriously the worst mascara i have ever tried. the brush is terrible, and when you pull the wand from the tube, it is disgustingly full of clumpy goo. i wipe it off, then apply. all i can say is CLUMP CLUMP CLUMP. i even tried using a lash comb, but my lashes still found each other and stuck together. i got raccoon eyes by like hour two and i've never had that problem with any other mascara. i love mascara, but this is seriously crap. never buying this again.
