Vasanti's matte lipstick in USA (red) is absolutely wonderful. The colour is a great true red that can lean slightly cool. This stuff somehow manages to NOT suck the moisture out of my lips, and it stays put for a good 6-8 hours. The texture coming out of the tube is a bit weird, almost gritty? It applies nicely if you use a lip primer or balm beforehand. Plus, it smells really yummy. A nice light fruity smell that isn't at all synthetic. Overall, two very enthusiastic thumbs up!

With Nutty in the crease, I use this every. single. day. It's the best "my lid but better" colour I've found, and it's so inexpensive! It isn't at all chalky, and applies like a dream. I even use this to set my under eye concealer, and it brightens everything up. If you're super pale like me, this is the best.

I use this with Brulee almost every single day as a subtle contour. It shows up nicely on my very pale skin. Lasts all day, especially when used with an eyeshadow base. It would be a 5 for me if it was just a smidgen less shiny, but I'm just being picky.

Liquid -GOSH - X-ceptional wear liquid foundation

I've been curious about this foundation for a couple of years. My regular Colorstay was almost out, so I thought I'd give this a try. In my neck of the woods, both foundations are $20 CAD, but GOSH gives you 5ml more! First off, 11 Porcelain is actually pale enough for my NW15 skin! The coverage is a bit lighter than colorstay, less obvious looking. Because of its thick consistency, I find I have to really buff this into my skin, but the result is worth it. I really like how nice this makes my skin look. Make sure you moisturize your skin before applying, or any dry patches will show up. I find that an oil-based cleanser works quite well for removal. I'll need to use this more to see if it will replace my beloved colorstay, but for now at least, I'm happy to have a nice foundation that actually matches my skin :)

Best. Foundation. Ever. I never post reviews about products, but this one deserves it! I have to wear a mask at my job on occasion, and it can get quite warm. If I sweat, this stuff stays put. I once wore this to a hot yoga class by accident, and when I patted my face dry with a towel afterwards, it was STILL THERE! And it looked as if I'd just put it on! For reference, I'm an NW15, and use Ivory in Combo/Oily. I do wish they could make a shade just a teeeeeny bit lighter, but Ivory is still wearable for me. Great coverage, great oil control, very natural looking when applied properly (I use the elf flat-headed powder brush), just wonderful. I would DIE if they stopped making this, as nothing even comes close. Love, love, love.
