Eye Shadow -BeneFit Cosmetics - Velvet Eyeshadow- Bikini Line

I also agree with the "butter-yellow-gold" (or something like that) description of the colour. I mostly just use this as an inner corner highlight, although I do sometimes also use it as an all-over wash, just by itself. Love the packaging (very compact & neat), and the quality of the shadow itself is good. Just wish it wasn't so expensive!
FINALLY found this last weekend (was dying to try it after reading reviews here). My cuticles are always a mess, very dry-looking. I've only been using this for 3 days so far (applied once a day, right before bed) and they look much better already! This stuff is very greasy feeling, so I don't know if I'd use it during the day. Has a citrus-y scent that is okay. Great product!
Just bought this yesterday, based on reviews here, and I love it! As some have said, it's a nice pinky coral. Just the colour I wanted for my toes for summer. Application was very smooth, not streaky like some of my other creme OPIs (the more sheer ones).
Blush -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Blush 831E Pearlescent Pink

Love the colour of this blush (slightly peachy/corally pink) and the super-fine shimmer doesn't bother me (really doesn't show up on the skin). It was cheap at just under $5, which is great, and is quite pigmented. The only thing I don't like about it is that mine started falling apart, broke into little pieces. This was when it was still fairly new, and I hadn't dropped it or anything. I kept using it for a while anyway, but lately the little "crumbs" of blush have been getting everywhere every time I open or close the case, so I finally tossed it.
Lips -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Sugar Plum

This is my 2nd favourite after Pink Truffle too. Another colour that I think would look good on most people, it's a slightly mauvish MLBB. Nice consistency (cream), goes on very smoothly. Love!
Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Pink Truffle

I love Pink Truffle! Very much a MLBB colour. I think this shade would look good on most people (some of the other colours are garish IMO, and some were a bit frosty looking, but this is a nice, neutral cream). I always wear lip balm under gloss/lipstick and with balm underneath, this applies SO smoothly...it really is buttery. Not sure about how long it stays on, as I'm never good at noticing those things, but regardless I love it!
Lipstick -Tarte - Lip Service Lip Surgence collection

I really like these pencils (very similar to the Clinique Chubby Sticks) and the set of 5 was a great deal. However, I really only like two of the colours (the more neutral ones). The bright pinks were much too bright for my liking. Would have preferred a set of all neutrals.
My first palette ever! I love a lot of the colours in it, especially Skimp, Hijack, Crystal, Gunmetal, Gravity, Blue Bus & Cobra. Midnight Cowgirl & Midnight Rodeo are nice colours too, but the chunky glitter fallout...ugh! I tried on just a tiny bit of Midnight Cowgirl and had glitter ALL OVER my cheeks. Crystal & Gunmetal are nice together, and what I like about those two is that they're shimmery but not at all frosty (the way some non-matte shadows tend to be). Haven't tried the mascara or liner yet, but I already use Primer Potion anyway, so am glad that's included. Okay, the packaging...it SUCKS. Nice looking, but so heavy and bulky, and what's with the speaker & video nonsense? I feel like this is just adding to the price of the palette. I'd much rather have a sleeker palette with a lid on it and, if they want to charge us extra for something, they should have thrown in a brush instead.
Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Midnight Cowgirl Eyeshadow

Holy glitter fallout! I applied this very lightly and had tons of glitter all over my cheek. The shadow itself is a pretty good texture, but I found it too frosty looking rather than just shimmery.
Gorgeous for summer! Yet another Revlon Super Lustrous gloss for me to love.
Eye Shadow -Bare Escentuals - Candy Cocktails Collection for Eyes (shadow set)

This was an amazing value, on sale online at Sephora. I bought this and the Royal Treatment Collection, as my introduction to Bare Escentuals. I love this kit! The Kir Royale is kind of just dark, dry, but the colour comes through better if you use it with a wet brush. The pink and green colours are nice and fresh looking. The only one I didn't like was the tan...just didn't go with my skin tone, so I gave it to a friend. Love that this kit came with a brush too. My only complaint is that when I went back online to order more, as gifts, they were sold out! :o(
Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Single in Brulee

I love matte eye shadows and I love this! Great, barely-there colour that applies smoothly. I use it to blend out the harsh lines of my other shadows. For $3, you can't go wrong. I have no problems opening the case. I find that if I try to get the case wide open in one shot, it's more difficult. But if I grip the two parts that click together tightly and try to separate them just a tiny bit, it pops open easily.
Misc Beauty Tools -Unlisted Brand - Salux Nylon Japanese Bath Towel

I happened upon a review of these cloths on MUA one day. Had never heard of them but they got such rave reviews, I had to order some. Now that I've tried one, I think this is very similar to a Body Shop cloth that I had years ago (I see that the Body Shop still sells them, but I think the Salux ones are cheaper). I got 4 for about $16 USD, including shipping to Canada. These work great! I don't find them overly rough (ie, didn't take any getting used to). Great exfoliation...I'm sure that my skin felt softer right after my very first use. I feel like I'm doing something good for my skin when I use it!
Treatments -Neostrata - Skin Renewal Peel Solution

I have only used this about 4 times so far so I will update later, but... The first few times I used it, I didn't notice anything happening. But after this last time (2 days ago) I just noticed that I now have, not one, but TWO large cystic-type pimples growing on my chin! :o( I guess my skin is starting to purge (?). I was afraid this might happen, as I always seem to have little bumps under the skin on my chin. I will continue to use and report back after a few more weeks.
Polishes -Sally Hansen - Complete Salon Manicure - Thinking of Blue
kris4life4 5/8/2011 6:27:00 PM
Gorgeous colour!!! Like a medium (not too dark) blueberry creme (no shimmer/pearl). I just bought this today and have only painted one nail so far but I love it! Was a little concerned about streakiness after the first coat (that always happens to me with creme polishes) but after two coats it's looking good. I rated the price a 2 since I got it on sale for only $4.99. Rated the packaging a 3 because, while the bottle itself is nice, the brush and the part above the brush are very odd...very wide and flat, don't like them.
