The worst reaction that I have ever had to skincare. My chin broke out in the same horrid dry, bumpy rash that other people have described. It took me about 2 weeks to completely undo the damage. Three other friends of mine had the exact same problem. Who knows maybe it was part of the purging process, but I have no desire to find out. Returned the product and will never use the stuff again.

Lip Treatments -Neutrogena - instant lip therapy

It took me a day or so to get used to this product. It has an odd sort of texture when it gets wet. That said, it is the most hydrating, best lip conditioner I have ever used. It also has a really pretty satin finish and it stays on forever.

Brows -Ramy Beauty Therapy - Miracle Brow

I love this product! I never liked those eyebrow sets with the separate wax and powder, but this product combines the two. It comes with two colors which look pretty similar to me, but I met Ramy at the Sephora in San Francisco and he told me to just mix a little of each together. I tend to agree that the color might not work well for someone with very fair brows, but it works great for me!

Lip Liners -Shiseido - The Makeup Lip Liner Pencil Mauve Brown #5

I love the color of this pencil, it's not that horrible orange nude of a certain other pencil which shall remain nameless :). It matches my lip color perfectly and looks pretty all by itself. My only complint is that the cap doesn't seem to stay on, but I very well may have gotten a bad one.

Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop - Almond & Honey Body Lotion

This is a very light and watery sort of lotion, which is good because it covers a lot of territory. It's probably best for the summertime. And the smell is lovely, I wear it with my Castelbajac, and it is the perfect compliment :)

Eye Shadow -The Body Shop - Shimmer Cubes - Warm

I waited weeks for these to come in, and I love them! They're shimmery but in a really pretty glowy sort of way. I usually apply two or three of the colors at a time and it's such a subtle (but still visible) look. The packaging is the best for travelling, and they are so easy to apply. Didn't really care for the cool color set though...

Lip Gloss -Mary Kate and Ashley - Liquid Shine Lip Tint

I bought the rose colored one, and despite its pineapple scent and runny texture, I like it. The color is a very sheer, shiny rosy pink, and it's dead cheap.

Lip Gloss -Estee Lauder - Pure Color Lip Vinyl

Had to return it. I bought the Vinyl Chic color, and though the packaging was cute, I just didn't think it was worth the money. And when I applied it, the gloss just looked way too much like lipstick.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

I tried this mascara years ago and I hated it. But I decided to give it another try, because I can't stand all of those fibre-y mascaras that flake all over the place. This is a really liquid sort of mascara, and it works best with two coats. I agree that it is not the most water-resistant mascara in the world, but at least I'm not always picking those annoying gobs off the tips of my lashes anymore.
