I love this, it is a light amber that dries down to a floral slightly powdery finish. Unfortunately on me the staying power is very short, although others have said it lasts for hours....such a shame.

Lotions/ Creams -Avene - Eluage Corps

This is an amazing lotion. I put away a bottle of this at the beginning of last summer as I didn't want to use it during 'tanning' season. I was having a clearout recently and discovered this in my stash. Within three days of use the roughness I'd been feeling at the top of the back of my thighs (post UK winter skin!) disappeared and was replaced with perfectly smooth, moisturied skin. I have only put four lippies as the price is ridiculous (I bought it as part of an offer) and also I hate the smell. While I would buy it again, I probably won't as I have found other lotions that work almost as well at a fraction of the price.

This is one of the best lower end foundations I have ever used, it really does have an anti fatigue effect.

This gives me a slight airbrish effect. I really like the results that I get if I use this with tinted moisturiser on no make up days. I don't see much difference under foundation but I use this of top of foundation sometimes, almost like a highlighter. Will repurchase even though its a bit overpriced in the UK.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies

This is a great mascara! I normally wear the waterproof version of all mascaras otherwise I end up with 'panda' eyes, but this seems to stay in place even though its not officially waterproof. Love it and will repurchase.

Concealers -BeneFit Cosmetics - Erase paste

I'm not always a fan of Benefit products as I often find that they don't live up to their claims but I have to agree that this is one that does. This concealer has a brightening effect that appears natural. Its easy to apply and blends very well. I will swap away my lemonaid as that was always too obvious on me. I am an NC35 and I am wearing deep the darkest shade already...not sure what I will do once I tan in the summer! The packaging is not the most hygenic as little pots tend to store bacteria...even so, will repurchase.

Fragrances -Lancaster - Covet by Sarah Jessica Parker ] [DISCONTINUED]

I love, love this fragrance. I don't care if the rest of the world hates it and its been discontinued...it just means its easier for me to stock up. This starts off green but just briefly it then turns into a foodie (vanilla, chocolate)-floral-musk- along the lines of flowerbomb but not (I hate flowerbomb) but not so in your face. The staying power is mediocre but fragrances often disappear on me... Why do I always love the discontinued ones? I must have odd skin chemistry!

Fragrances -Bulgari - Eau Parfumee Red Tea

I can't believe have only just discovered this. This is a definite keeper. Notes are red tea, seville orange, bergamot, pink pepper, walnut, musk and I can definitely smell fig too. Gorgeous scent that has already become a classic for me.

Foundations -Max Factor - Miracle Touch Liquid Illusion Foundation

I think the main reason I like this is that the colour match was perfect #08 bronze exactly matches my current skintone and looks completely natural. In fact I can slather this stuff on and still look as if I am hardly wearing any make up, this is another of the things that I love about it. The problem with this foundation is that the staying power is poor, fortunately its pretty portable, as long as you can access a mirror its far easier to carry this around than it is a powder compact. With several reapplications each day I adore this, but the reality is that few of us have time to reapply every few hours, so although I really do like it, the search continues for something far better!

Hair -KMS California - Silker Leave-In Treatment

I hate the smell but this has a gret affect on my hair. For the record it is very coarse and dry but serums can overload it and make it look greasy. This is a happy medium that I will keep using for as long as I can find it. I really am not to keen on the smell though but its a sacrifice I can deal with.

I think this was designed for hair like mine: coarse, dry, difficult to manage (yes I have great hair lol!). This works really well and leaves my hair much easier to manage without overloading it. I have actually switched to this fromn using Redken and have stockpiled at a bargain price! I can imagine this wouldn,t work for everyone-I think your hair needs to be as bad as mine:)

Blush -MAC - Virgin Isle Cream Colour Base (CCB)

Although I'm not as in love with MAC as the average person seems to be I saw this in store and knew that this was the perfect summer blush for me. I'm an NC35 in winter but tan very easily in the summer. Some blushes have the tendency to look 'muddy' or unnatural on me but this bright coral totally brightens up my whole face. As I have a tendency to absorb colour on my skin the brightness doesn't scare me, but if you are paler you may want to be lighthanded with it. Staying power is not as good as Nars but its better than most. A definite repurchase.

I've had this on my swap list forever. I originally tested this in winter when the shade was very wrong. For some reason I decided to give it another go before I threw it away and this has become my foundation for the summer. The coverage is what you want it to be as the reviewer below states, very contollable-is there such a word? Also very portable-which I need in summer. This is matte but not too matte. A definite keeper now.

Love this, would never have purchased for myself but it was a gift from a friend who rejected it. I'm an NC35 -although getting the beginnings of a tan in this English summer! This looks great, natural, yet brightens my whole face. What I am amazed at is the staying power as in my experience sheer lipsticks tend not to last-this does! A winner and I will be checking out other shades.

I just bought two of these from a discount website and Oh how I wish I had discovered these before I spent a fortune on MAC paints and Lancome Colour Dose. These stay true all day even on greasy eyelids like mine! The colour range is quite limited though. Packaging is good and you can control the amount squeezed out. Love it and now plan to stock up on discontinued stuff!!
