This is my absolute favorite everyday lipstick. I love the look of a nude lip but nudes with too much brown in them have a tendency to make me look a bit...dead. If you are looking for a beautiful pink-nude that will make your lips look beautiful, this is it.
This product made my eyelashes fall out! I have experimented with many mascaras, especially drugstore mascaras but never have any of them actually made my eyelashes fall out. I only used this one time and despite all the hype I didn't really find it anything special. It was a bit clumpy and I didn't get any dramatic thickening or length using it. Within about 6 hours of wearing, my eyelashes felt super dry (almost crunchy feeling) and I started losing a lot of them. I took a break from mascara for a couple days and even within the next two days of wearing it, I was still losing a considerable number of lashes. I realize that you naturally lose lashes every day but this was far beyond the normal rate. It's very possible that I'm just allergic to the product but maybe skip this one if you are sensitive.
Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Midnight Cowboy Rides Again

I don't know why, but I didn't have any problems with fallout from this eyeshadow. The colour is absolutely gorgeous and though it is quite shimmery, I actually used this in the daytime and found it wasn't too much. You definitely do have to use it sparingly, as maybe the problem people are having with it is that the glitter in it is not as finely ground as in most eyeshadows, but this is quickly becoming one of my favorite UD colours.
I was very pleasantly surprised by the colour. I was looking for a pinky coral colour that was still wearable. I purchased this product and was a little nervous to put it on, but after I did, I was sold. The colour is just beautiful, it isn't too orange or neon, it is a bit softer than most corals, and I can see it suiting a lot of different skin tones. If you want to jump on the coral trend, I think this is a beautiful way to do it.
Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Colossal Waterproof

I purchased this product for a vacation, soI used it every day for an entire month (I usually go back and fourth between a few mascaras). For the price, I think this is a great mascara. It does a good job of volumizing and separating, and will not clump as badly as most waterproof mascaras do. There was the ocasional day where I had to run a lash comb through my lashes to get rid of a bit of clumping, but I am probably just paranoid about that particular issue. I would definitely recommend this product if you want a lot of volume and even good lengthening
I brought this liner with me while I was on a month-long trip to use as my main eyeliner. The brush provides a good amount of control and the depth of colour is very impressive. The black is not overpowering, but it is also notweak, and does not fade to a kind of grey-black throughout the day as some liquid liners do. It will stay put throughout the day if you don't touch it but it will smudge if you do, kind of expected though. A really good product for the price.
Sunscreen -Chanel - UV Essentiel Protective UV Care Anti Pollution SPF 50

After some bad experiences with a few other facial sunscreens, I finally bit the bullet and purchased this sunscreen while on vacation in Rome. I have to say that despite the price, I can't see myself using any other facial sunscreen again. The formula absorbs very well into my skin and does not leave it feeling greasy, and it makes a great base for makeup. I actually find my t zone does not get as oily though the course of the day when I am wearing this product. I have extremely sensitive skin and this product has given me no problem. If you are having difficulty finding a good sunscreen for sensitive skin, I would definitely give the one a try
Tinted Moisturizer -Laura Mercier - Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20 - Oil Free

I purchased this product to use as my main foundation while on a month-long trip and I ended up leaving it behind at one of the hotels I stayed at. I have slightly dry skin but my t-zone gets oily, which is why I selected the oil free version. Though the sun protection aspect of the product actually did quite a good job of preventing my face from burning, I had to stop using it as it broke me out very severely around my mouth and chin, which very rarely happens. I found the product to be not as blendable as I typically hope for a tinted moisturizer, and the coverage was not what I hoped given how thick the product felt.
This is my go-to if I'm looking for something quick. You can build it for better coverage of redness, hyper-pigmentation, etc, but it isn't the best for covering blemishes. I found my nose would get a bit oily by mid-day and usually my skin isn't very oily. Other than that, it goes on very nicely, and I'd say for for it if you are looking for light, but buildable coverage in a hurry
I live in Canada, so I can't get this product here and I am dying without it. I purchased it on a whim while in London and it is now my favorite mascara. It is the least clumpy mascara I have ever used, even if you build it up, it stays clump-free. It defines, lengthens and curls, as well as gives you a decent amount of volume.
I use this brush every day for applying blush or a touch of bronzer. I have had it for almost a year and it is still as good as when I bought it. I use it for blush because I am naturally a bit red, so I want my blush to be quite subtle (even after I cover the redness with foundation). For me, this brush delivers the perfect look, never makes my makeup look cakey, and cleans well. For the price, you definitely can't go wrong.
Blush -New York Color - Color Wheel Mosaic Powder Pink Cheek Glow
kmc93 3/20/2012 1:12:00 PM
This is my go-to blush. I have tried so many different blushes, but I haven't found one that at looks as natural as this. It goes on beautifully, a subtle pink that isn't too bright or shimmery. My mom actually picked this up for me, and I wasn't super excited to try it but I guess she really knows best!
Cleansers -Josie Maran Cosmetics - Argan Cleansing Oil
kmc93 3/20/2012 1:08:00 PM
I am on my second bottle of this cleanser. I have very dry, sensitive skin, with an oily t-zone and occasional breakouts. After using this cleanser, my skin feels moisturized but not oily. Some people talk about how this doesn't produce a lot of lather, but that doesn't matter to me. If you have more severe acne, I probably wouldn't recommend this product but for my sensitive skin, it works amazingly. Most cleansers, no matter how gentle they claim to be, cause I kind of tight, burning sensation on my face after a few days of use. I never have experienced that and I have been using this product for about 7 months now.
This was the first mascara I ever purchased and I recently re-purchased it after growing tired of being disappointed with more expensive brands. I am so sick of clumpy mascaras, so this one was refreshing in the way of being not clumpy at all. My lashes are defined and separated, but not like outrageously voluminous or lengthened. It is nice for a subtle lash look, and you can layer it for a slightly more defined look
Hair -Unlisted Brand - MACADAMIA NATURAL OIL Deep Repair Mask
kmc93 3/20/2012 12:57:00 PM
This is seriously the best mask I have ever used. I have quite dry, curly, highlighted hair so I have tried pretty much every mask I have come across. I was using the Moroccan Oil mask for quite a while but I immediately noticed an improvement as soon as I used the Macadamia Oil mask. It is a bit pricey but it is totally worth it. The packaging is cute and allows you to really get all of the product out as opposed to a squeeze tube, but it can be a bit difficult to open if your hands are wet.
