Even after I read the rave reviews of this product I was reluctant to try it on the salon highlighting job I got done two days ago -- paid for highlights and lo lights and while the lo lights were gorgeous the highlights were bleach white. I was afraid that if I use this I'd lose the lo lights, too. I went for it because skunk doesn't suit me (maybe if I joined a hair band or something they would), and HOLY COW! My hair is awesome. The lowlights still show through, and the highlights are a pretty honey blone color now instead of skunk stripe white. And as another reviewer said it gives that shampoo comercial silky sheen. My hair has never, ever looked this good. I'm a believer -- for someone who's never done a self dye job to get these kinds of results, it's a great product especially when teamed with MU know-how. Thanks to all the previous reviewers who gave me the knowledge to do it well.
