Moisturizers -Garnier - Moisture Rescue Refreshing Gel-Cream

I thought this was such a cool idea, especially in the summer for my oily skin. I was so excited about this product and even used it for about 3 weeks, but the fact was that it left my skin dry looking, made my makeup look cakey and made me breakout into multiple large cystic acne. My face looked terrible. Never again.
Eye Shadow -Cover Girl - Eye Enhancers Quad - Country Woods

I loveee this!! So pretty whenever your in the mood to wear a really natural looking eye but it still looks put together and polished. I think it looks really great with brown eyes, it seems like it brings a twinkle to the eyes and you just can't look away. I use either coffee or mink (coffee if I want a more natural look/mink if I want a little more sheen) on the lid and mocha as the crease color and of course barely beige as the highlight. Barely beige is such an awesome highlight on the inner corners and brow bone, it doesn't matter how much I apply, it always looks natural. I really really recommend this quad. The color payoff is beautiful and I have already repurchased this and I will do it again.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

I don't understand the hype. Tried this with my naked palette but my shadow still creased quite badly. I have oily lids so I guess that's it but it just didn't perform the way that I heard it did. Didn't really enhance my eyeshadow either.
Loose Powders -E.L.F. - Studio High Definition Powder

I completely agree with what shimmerlove said about this powder. I have very oily skin with big pores and acne scars. I even have dry patches on my cheeks because of the benzoyl peroxide that I put on to treat my acne. This powder blurs all of that and makes me look magical...haha. I feel much more confident knowing that this is on my face. I set my foundation with this and it keeps me oil free for at least 8 hours. If I see oil coming through I just pat a bit of this and BAM! No more shine. I will repurchase this over and over again.
Eyeliner -Wet 'n' Wild - Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner - Black

I'm perfectly happy with this eyeliner. It was sooo inexpensive and that always makes me smile:) It goes on my eye relatively easy but I don't think it's the smoothest eyeliner out there. It's nice and black and it lasts a whole day for me. (about 12 hours) About 10 hours in I do find that my oily lids melt it off a little teeny bit but I'm sure I'm the only one that notices. A definite staple in by makeup bag!<3
Lately I've been gravitating towards anything pale pink (makeup, clothes, etc....) and this fits into that category. Since this is a lighter color, you will need to build it up if you want it to really show. I used two coats though, and it seemed opaque enough for me. I've been wearing it for 6 days and it hasn't chipped at all. I feel really girly and delicate in this nail polish so if that's what you're aiming for, this is the nail polish for you!(:
As soon as I saw the color I fell in love! I had never seen another color like it so I just had to have it. Sadly no one else thought it was a nice color..people told me it looked like poop. But I don't care!! It's still one of my favorite colors and I'll never turn my back on it<3 :)
Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies Waterproof Mascara
kittyandtito 3/12/2012 6:13:00 PM
This is my new favorite mascara! I was always hesitant to try it because I always read bad reviews on it...but one day I just decided to buy it since I always love trying new things. I'm so glad that I did. My lashes have decent length but they need alot of volume and they also need a mascara to hold a curl. This does just that. I never worry about flaking with this mascara and as long as I scrape the excess off, I never worry about clumping either. I just remove this with my ponds cold cream at night and I have no problems. I have already repurchased twice!
I really love this lip balm! I'm a lip balm girl all the way..I hate the feeling of dry lipstick or sticky lip gloss but I still like to have color on my lips, that's where this comes in. I have it in the color cherry me (planning to get more) and it adds the prettiest subtle red tint to my lips and it moisturizes soooo well. I love the fact that I don't need a mirror to apply this, I can just swipe and go! So if you're like me, I totally recommend this. <3
Terrible. Just terrible. Big pores? Forget about it. Tiny smile lines? Ugh. This cakes up and settles into every imperfection you have. It makes me look like I have never heard the word "moisturizer" before, but it definitely doesn't control oil. Not to mention the color choices are terrible. The only reason this has the honor of receiving 2 lippies is because it has decent coverage.
Wow I'm really surprised by this product!! I seriously just bought this because I was very low on cash and I needed a mascara now, but I'm really liking it!:) It was only $3 at my target and totally worth it! My natural lashes are black, stick straight, sparse, and okay length. I just put this on about an hour ago so I can't say anything about lasting power, flaking, and smudging (yet). But I CAN say that my first impression of this is that it feels very light on my lashes, lengthens very well, adds a little bit of volume, and curls my lashes veryyy well. I will update in a few weeks to see how it holds up:) EDIT: okay so I've tried this for about a month now and i'm still liking it. it holds a curl for a whole school day (8 hours) and doesn't smudge. i do notice a bit of flaking at the end of the day but nothing major. the only reason it doesn't have 5 lippies is because it doesn't volumize much. I'm always trying different mascaras but if i'm running low on cash i know i can rely on this. (:
I used this for 2 weeks and all it did was make my foundation go on a little smoother. It started breaking me out with a bunch of whiteheads. Stopped using it immediately and my face cleared up right away.
Toners -Neutrogena - Rapid Clear 2-in-1 Fight & Fade Toner
kittyandtito 6/26/2011 2:37:00 AM
I am loving this!!!! I had a really bad breakout last summer and I'm still dealing with those scars a year later. I read about this here on MUA and thought "why not?". Well, I have been using this for about 2-3 weeks and I have noticed a HUGE difference in my acne scars!! They look sort of blurred out and not so dark now:D I don't even feel the need to use full coverage foundation anymore, it's more like a choice now..haha! I use this once a day (at night) because I feel like it would be too drying if I used it more often. This removes the remaining makeup that my cleanser didn't remove. The reason I took 1 lippie off is because I don't feel as if it actually PREVENTS acne...but I guess you can't expect 1 product to do everything. Nonetheless, I will still continue to repurchase this!! :) EDIT: I stopped using this because i realized it was breaking me out. I was in denial, but it was:( i think my skin likes benzoyl peroxide better.
So I was really excited to go to the store and buy this, but then I found out that this wasn't sold in the U.S. !? Ugh! :(
Eh, take it or leave it. I bought the "light" color, even though I'm sort of dark just because it looked dark enough through the packaging. And I was right, it was actually darker than me! :o. I only used this once on my face , and since the color was already off on the wrong foot, I wasn't very excited. Well, this did nothing for my oily skin. Nothing. And the huge amount of sparkles added to the horrible looking grease on my face, and that made me run to the bathroom to wash it off my face. But, atleast I found another use for this(: I now use this for when I wear tank tops or strapless dresses because it makes me look tanner and it covers the acne scars in my back and arms. So I can't completely hate this since it does have good coverage. Would not repurchase though.
