Masks -Yes To Carrots - Yes To Tomatoes - Skin Clearing Facial Mask

I have already bought this repeatedly and finally decided I need to share my love for this product. I use it ask a mask about once a week or so but throughout the rest of the week as a cleanser, I got the idea from another reviewer on here. It makes a great morning cleanser (it won't remove your makeup) because its creamy and doesn't strip, just makes it feel balanced and fresh. Before finding this u was having problems with acne and I definitely find that this has helped. I also love the scent of this, light and almost edible. The only con is that you only get 1.7 oz which, if you use it as often as I do, doesn't last long. I will definitely continue buying this gem, one of my essentials and def HG.
Wow, I am newly obsessed with this lipstick. I love nude lipsticks but hate when they have a matte finish. This is a cremesheen which is a perfect texture for the nude lip look. It's not too lite and not brown at all, more slightly pink... So it doesn't give me a corpse look like some nudes do. I also love that I don't have to even look in the mirror to apply, it's very smooth and forgiving of any dryness on your lips.
I wanted to try a Creme Colour Base for a long time before I finally did. I first heard how great they are as highlighters from Kandee Johnson who loves Shell and Pearl. For me I wanted something really glowy that isn't frosty at all, and Luna looked perfect. I usually put this on and then top it with a powder highlight, but that's not necessary, this stays really well on it's own and gives such a nice, pretty glow. I'm really glad I finally picked this up, I won't need to look for another highlighter again as long as MAC makes this.

This is my all time favorite everyday perfume. I get so many compliments from both men and women. Oddly, many men recognize the smell, maybe because it is one of those unisex scents. It's a warm slightly exotic scent, similar to the scent when something is labeled as cashmere or egyptian cotton. It's a musk but not a manly, overwhelming kind. I wear this as my every day perfume but I feel like it is appropriate for night, dressed up at a formal event even. I started out with the roll on bottle and got a 30 ml bottle to fill it, even though now I usually just dab it on from the large bottle. This is an actual oil so it will stay on your skin as long as you want it to and even longer on your clothes. I can still smell it on a jacket or scarf days even weeks after wearing them. I will repurchase this forever and I highly recommend this to all women, it seems to go with everyone's body chemistry.
This is my favorite scent from Lush. So much so that I have the soap, perfume and the Lustre shimmer powder. I am obsessed with jasmine and it's hard to find a scent that really smells like actual jasmine in bloom. As others have said it is a dirty jasmine scent, that is what makes it so sexy instead of just pure and lovely. Right now I only have the slim vial (purse size) but I plan on purchasing the large bottle and refilling the vial. I usually get about 3 to 4 hours of wear with this, that I can pick up on, so I like to carry it with me and reapply it. It's not my everyday scent, but it makes me feel feminine and pretty when I wear it and I love the way it smells. Definitely pick this up if you love jasmine. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I wish the scent lasted longer.
I have been taking these pills for the past 6 months with a few weeks gap after about the first month and a half. I found these because I was researching what I could do to get my body and my hormones back in the swing of things after I got off my birth control pills to switch to an IUD. When I previously stopped taking bpc, I broke out horribly, felt nervous/anxious a lot of the time and just felt crappy overall. I was worried that I would go through that again if I couldn't find something to balance out my hormones. I finally came across Dim+ and it sounded more promising than anything, so I picked up a bottle of 60 caps for $24 at my local organic grocery store. When I started taking it I just noticed that my skin looked nice, it was becoming easier for me to fall asleep at night (I usually toss and turn) and I felt great all the time. When I ran out of my first bottle I didn't buy a new one because a) they were expensive and b) I didn't think I needed them anymore. A short amount of time went by and I started breaking out pretty badly, I was having a hard time falling asleep at night but the main thing that happened was my fiance told me that my moods were going bezerk. I couldn't believe it when he confronted me about it and everything he said was true, my hormones were affecting our relationship in a major way. Immediately I bought a new bottle of pills and then ordered an additional bottle of 120 pills for $19 on Amazon. I also bought a bottle for my mom who has hormonal imbalances. She was taking herbs given to her by a professional herbalist who is renowned for her work. When she ran out she started taking the Dim+ that I gave her and she said she didn't even know she was getting her period, no PMS whatsoever. Her mood swings affect her marriage as well and her husband has noticed a difference with her taking these supplements. If you are still wary, you should know that all these pills consist of is vegetables such as broccoli, kale, cauliflower. All carcivorous veggies that have a natural source of good estrogen that flushes out all the bad, synthetic estrogen that birth control pills put in our bodies. Also, shopping at Super Supplements last weekend I saw the 60 count bottle for $12 and bought one, Not as good as Amazon but you don't have to wait for shipping. Whole Foods has a pretty good price on these too. I will never be without them and I seriously think all women should at least consider them.
Cleansers -Aveeno - Positively Radiant Cleansing Pads
kitten14 2/9/2012 8:21:00 AM
I definitely see a difference when I use these. They make my skin very soft, clear, even and tighter (on a good way, smaller pores). I use these every two or three days and on the other days I use Derma E Vitamin A Glycolic cleanser. My skin has been pretty clear using these two products except some clogging around my mouth. I love how they foam up and are good at removing all my makeup, even eye makeup. They are lightly scented, same as all Aveeno products. The smell doesn't bother .me. As many others who reviewed I also cut some of these in half, but later decided I like using the full round. The only reason this isn't getting 5 lippies from me is because the packaging is too large for the product and wastes plastic. Other than that, perfection.
Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Shadow

I have three of these: Tough as Taupe (matte), Bad to the Bronze (shimmer) and Bold as Gold (sparkle). My favorite is the bronze but the other two are great also. I was shocked that the color payoff without creasing with these is phenomenal. I didn't buy these until I read reviews and watched videos on YouTube all raving about these. The bronze is perfect for wearing on its own but I usually like to be a little more creative with my eye makeup. I think I will really appreciate these is summer for camping and swimming. Since these are so new no one can really say how long these stay creamy until they dry out, but I will definitely repurchase the taupe and bronze and purchase more shades.
This was kind of a hard polish to find once I knew I wanted it. But I finally got my hands on it and even though its the end of January I couldn't wait to paint my nails this color. I absolutely love this shade of blue. It's a hazy aqua marine with a pearlecent finish. Pretty much all the other reviews said that this color barely shows up, which I kind of agree on. I used three thin coats and my nails are the same shade as in the bottle. I could have stopped at two coats, it still looked really pretty, but three gave the perfet results. I put a coat of seche vite over it and it dried pretty quickly. I also love the brush on this, its small enough to avoid my cuticles so the color stays on my nail bed only. I really love this and I will repurchase if necessary.
Blush -MAC - Mineralize Blush - Fresh Honey (Naturally Coll. 2012)
kitten14 1/25/2012 6:32:00 AM
A gorgeous apricot/coral that really warms up my cheeks. I absolutely love this blush, as I do all of the MAC blushes I own. This one however, is unlike anything I have seen from their permanent line. It's a really great way to perk up my face when I just want to wear mascara and eyeliner or when I have a dramatic eye it doesn't call for too much attention. Reminds me of the early stages of Autumn, before it starts getting grey outside. The formula is remarkable in these blushes, they are so smooth and blendable. If I were to go back and get another item from the Naturally collection I would get another of these blushes but in the shade Early Morning, which I was debating on but the mua said Fresh Honey would look better with my complexion. I also love how much product comes in the pan, its domed and a little goes a long way so I could essentially hold onto this for quite awhile. I'm so glad I picked this up, its become quite an essential to me and I highly recommend it.
I always like perusing the natural/organic grocery stores for new beauty and Skincare items. This face wash was my most recent purchase when I wasn't looking for anything in particular but when this caught my eye I knew I had to try it. I've been going back and forth between a few different face washes and wasn't really loving anything in particular. I wanted simple and moisturizing but Cetaphil and CeraVe weren't doing it for me with all the chemicals. I thought this sounded promising because it containes glycolic acid and my skin needs that after being clogged with Cetaphil, CeraVe and Purity Made Simple (the worst). I started using it right away which isn't always a good idea but what the heck, I was intrigued. I definitely noticed after a couple of days that my skin looked brighter, my pores were smaller. After almost a week of using this daily (once a day) I definitely noticed that my skin looked more even toned and smooth. I used it with my clarisonic to de clog and it made a pretty big impact. Instead of lots of little bumps all around my mouth and chin there are now just a few. I have only used it with my clarisonic once so I expect that after a few more times my pores should be pretty clean and refreshed. I really love this cleanser, I'm glad I took a chance. I even like the scent of it (light and clean) and the way it foams up but still feels kind of creamy. I will most definitely repurchase.
I had no idea what to expect when I bought this off Amazon. I had watched YouTube gurus rave about this and read the reviews about this but not everyone had great things to say. I really love this though. It's really easy to apply and it looks completely natural. My skin isn't too bad lately so I can't say how I would like it if I were dealing with any skin issues. I love that it makes me look so flawless and it doesn't feel like I have anything on my face. I really like the packaging too, it seems like so few foundations have a pump and I appreciate the ones that do. I haven't worn this for more than 8 hours yet but I know it lasts that long with a loose powder to set. Definitely love this and will repurchase.
I'm not sure why I didn't buy this lip glass much sooner as I always loved the shade and the name but always passed it up at the MAC store. I finally bought this and I'm so glad I did. It's a gorgeous golden apricot color that looks great with my light olive skin. I like to wear it over Shy Girl (also MAC) lipstick to make the peach show even more. Nymphette is still my #1 favorite but this is coming in at a very close 2nd and I will continue to repurchase.
Right off the bat I just have to say, Wow! These are the first brushes I have ever used from Sigma so I can't compare to their older brushes, but these are quite amazing. I ordered them from amazon.com (thanks for the gift card, Dad!) and I was so excited to get them. I used almost all the brushes (minus the foundation brush, prefer the dual fibered one for that) and I swear my makeup has never looked more flawless. I even got comments about how precise my winged line looked thanks to the tiny eyeliner brush. The powder brush is just pure luxury, I actually laughed when I started using it thinking of the other reviewers comment about how it made her want to do nothing but apply powder to her face all day, seriously that's not an exaggeration. It's so fluffy and soft, just feels wonderful. I used it for blush too and it works well for that, not too fanned out like most powder brushes but very rounded and precise. My favorites are the powder, small eyeliner and the dual fiber (sorry I haven't memorized them by # as of yet) but they are all essentials and I now wonder how I lived without them. Do yourself a favor and buy this set. I was a MAC brush whore until these beauties came along. Now, besides my 217, its "what MAC brushes?"
Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Reb'l Fleur by Rihanna
kitten14 12/27/2011 3:51:00 AM
When I heard Rihanna came out with a perfume I just figured it would be another overtly fruity fragrance like all the other celebrity fragrances. I hardly bother to smell them anymore, but one day I was at Ulta and noticed the tester bottle of this. I was shocked when I actually really liked it, well the scent I like but the bottle is tacky in my opinion. I was there looking for a new perfume but I just couldn't bring myself to buy a celebrity perfume. I ended up getting something else. So anyway today I saw this at Fred Meyer for $23 for 1 oz. and thought why not. I considered buying it about a thousand times and it was super cheap. I wore it out tonight and I really like it. To me its not that fruity to but more of a musky floral which is what I go for. I like scents like these for when I want to feel all sex kitten-ish, which is what I call it when I look kinda sweet but add an element of sexy. I usually wear YSL Parisienne when I go for that mood but I'm glad to have something to mix it up. I can't say yet whether I will repurchase but since I got the small 1 oz bottle I think I will go through this fairly quickly. I really hate the bottle though. Not something that ill be proud to place next to my Chanel, Marc Jacobs, etc. More like something I will keep in my purse or car.
