love the smell, love the packaging. hate the way it feels on, I feel like I have some kind of weird non-comogenic (is that the word I am looking for??????????) product. I feel like I just have some kind of wax byproduct on my lips that didnt soak in just slid around (including into my mouth, yuck!). It got trashed!!

I cant remember how much I paid for this. I have rediscovered this in my makeup stash. I totally forgot I had it! I love love love the way it makes my nails look perfect. This polish dries fast and creates a smooth shinny top coat that hids uneven marks and even ridges in your nails. Gives the appearence of the acrylic nails! I got so many compliments on my nail polish this week and I know its becuase it looked so perfect every day. My Mani lasted about 5 days. I did a top coat every evening and it chipped on the 4th day and I put another coat of color then top coat and it looked great all over again!

this is the second bottle of this I have purchased. I have gotten the small bottles both time ($2.99) and the prev one I think I had for at least 4 years. After four years and it being down to the very bottom of the bottle it did thicken a little but it didnt change the effect of the product. I purchased this again today and was thrilled by how QUICK it dried my nails. I was able to touch the nail (lightly of course) within a minute!! It has a nice shine and goes on thin so its easy to put on wet polish without dragging the color away from the nail. Only downfall to this product is that becuase it is thinner it doesnt create a "smooth" finish... hard to discribe. I have SH Teflon Tuff and It is rather thick but i love that it is really shinny and creates a very smooth top surface, looks flawless.I like them both!

Polishes -Sally Girl - Sally Girl - Nail Color - general

I wouldnt spend .99 on this TINY bottle when I could get a full size bottle of Sinful polish for 1.99. Also, color is SO sheer I had to put three coats on to get the color I wanted. I have an identicle color in Sinful that takes one coat to put on. I dont like the size of the bottle becuase its difficult to use especially when painting my left hand. I will be interested to see how it holds up since I am thrilled with Sinful's performance!! Overall, cute idea... not worth .99 unless you are in need of a special color and you dont have room for the larger bottles

Primer/ Corrector -Unlisted Brand - Monistat - Chafing Relief Powder-Gel

my review might be somewhat unfair becuase I havent used it consistantly for several days at a time, I dont always wear a primer and I have two others that I kind of alternate becuase I havent decided what one I like the best. This is very inexpensive (less than Rimmel) it has identicle texture and effect as the Smashbox photo finish light (I have not tried the original). It seems to also give the same effect. Pores are not totally masked but a good job of doing so. I have some large pock acne scars on my cheeks and this does a decent job of sort of filling them a little bit. I have used this with liquid foundation as well as powder mineral foundation and I like the effects with both. I think it makes blending liquid foundation especially easy! It was my way of testing the primer waters. If you havent ever used a primer and you are interested in seeing if one works for you this would be a good inexpensive way to try it out and it also is great for hot summer days between the legs. (I used it for this at my brothers wedding when I was outside, dancing etc etc etc. My legs felt silky smooth! No matter what weight I am my legs have always touched at the inside and been quite bothersome and sometimes painful in the summer when wearing a skirt or some shorts)

Polishes -Sinful - Burgundy Apple

I love this brand of polish, you cant beat the quality for the price. The packaging is just like OPI and the brush is nice and wide so it doesnt take too many strokes to cover the nail. it has a good consistancy so its not too thin or thick. I like the color very much. With 2 coats is identicle to the bottle color. with one coat its not bad either just not quite as dark. Previous reviewer did a great job of saying "like dried blood" very true!! This reminds me of something that could have been part of the OPI france / french collection.

Mascara -Physicians Formula - Lash in a Tube Cream Mascara

so sad...I remember years ago that I got this and loved it. I hadnt seen it in a while becuase apparently they have stuck it on the bottom shelf almost on the floor. It is pretty inexpensive ($5.50) and I got it at 40% off of that so it was super cheap. I was really excited to try it again. SAD... It was so clumpy, dry, awful... when I say clumpy I mean clumps the size of my finger tip! NO JOKE! It was so dry that it almost didnt want to go on. I do remember when I did try this last that the formula dried out very quickly and that I seened to go through the tube really quickly becuase it dried up so quickly. 2 lippes becuase I remember having good memories of it

Primer/ Corrector -Rimmel - Fix and Perfect Foundation Primer

I am new to primers and this was the first official primer I tried (I first tried the monistat first... interesting!) I used and the videos on youtube that I saw did give me the info about the "peachy" color. That has its ups and downs. I think that it serves as a color corrector and seemed to even out my skin coloring before I even put on my makeup. BUT I use powder mineral foundation and it makes that go on darker. I sometimes use MAC's Fix Plus as a finisher and when I did this I walked out of the bathroom then back in about a minute later and my face had turned orange. THANK GOD I was home with no plans and not on my way out the door to work I would have been screwed!!!

when i first got this product it went on pretty smooth but it dried my lips out believe it or not. I had the product for about a month and it changed texture and ended up being almost hard and difficult to put on. Also I dislike the scent and the packaging. There was nothing glossy about it!

Eye Primer -L'Oreal - De-crease Eyeshadow base

This works as a primer, it makes the shadow stick better than without for sure. I did get to test it yesterday against Mary Kay primer the color doesnt get quite as vibrant as with the MK but it does stay well. The only time it creased badly for me was with a cream shadow. Packaging SUCKS its awful and I havent used it all that much and I feel like I am struggling to get all the product out already becuase of the weird wand. I feel like there is a ton of product on the wand but it doesnt come off onto the lid. Weird! I will purchase again becuase I dont like to spend big $ on makeup.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Fantastic Lash [DISCONTINUED]

I have been using Lash Blast for the last few months and I heard good things about this mascara from people who also like Lash Blast. I was immediatley dissapointed. Its very dry, the brush is decent but you need to spend five minutes putting it on to get coverage. I feel like I have to be aggressive with the brush to get it on my lashes. I do think it gives a fan like look which is nice for a natural look. I am going to try it over my Lash Blast to see how I like that becuase sometimes the Lash Blast goes on a little thick. I dont like this product and I cant use it on the weekdays becuase I dont have time to screw around with this when Lash Blast takes one or two swipes and done!

Eye Primer -Mary Kay - Eye Primer

I got this product last night and I tested it on the back of my hand and its amazing how vibrant the colors went on with this vs. Loreal Decrease! Decrease is good for staying power I think but this is amazing for vibrancy. I tried it today on my lids for the first time with EDM shaddow. I have been having issues with EDM shaddow latley that it looks muddy on me after a while and the color changes really quickly. This primer seems to help a little but the shaddow doesnt look the same as it did at application. From what I understand these shadows are pretty bad for this for lots of people. I will try tomorrow with another pressed shaddow!

Eye Shadow -Everyday Minerals - Ginger Peach Eye Shadow

I adore this color. I look like crap in pink tones, they make my eyes look bloodshot but I used this with Thankyou which is a very pink color in my crease and its so pretty. I have one big compaint about EDM eyeshaddows in general... color seems to change on my lids. I have tried three primers and it doesnt seem to help at all. If I am doing something wrong please tell me! I also love the little jars but on all of my EDM jars the lids sont seem to be flush with the jar and some always leaks out. I have about 15 EDM jars and they are all the same! =( The BM jars have never had this issue, I think in part becuase they have a cardboard insert in the top of the lid to keep it sealed.

this does inface make my hair shine when I spray on dry hair. so much so that it almost looks dirty / oily. I dont like the scent but that might just be me. After reading reviews I might try it on wet hair and see what that does...
