Moisturizers -Yves Rocher - Hydra Vetetal gel creme 24h intense hydrating gel cream

This is a very comfortable moisturiser to use, absorbs into your skin reasonably fast. Suitable for hot weather. Another thing that I am really happy about is also the price you pay for it, very affordable. Only thing is if you're very particular about the smell, probably sample it first. It has a cucumberish smell to it. I would expect something more "water" like since it's boasting of 24H hydration. Would really recommend this to those who are starting out on skincare for the very first time since it's natural too. As for those who have specific needs or have mature/problematic skin, you will prefer something "stronger". This is more of a really good basic moisturiser.
Thankfully I did not purchase this but received a travel size BB cream from one of Lancome's events. This product is not that bad on the overall, just that it wasn't suitable for me? I have combo skin but this was way too oily and shiny for my face. It's not like I experienced this much later during the day but when I first step out of the house? My sister asked if I put oil on my face, lol...Also the colour is a lil pale looking, not suitable for all skin shades I believe. On the plus side, it's SPF 50.
Treatments (Eye) -Estee Lauder - Idealist Cooling Eye Illuminator

Love the cool ceramic feeling on the eyes each time I apply this product. This seems to only help with the appearance of dark circles but not with reducing the puffiness. It could also be more of a make up trick rather than an eye treatment to treat the eyes. Since this is illuminating, it removes the appearance of dark circles temporarily? Just a thought. Anyway, will only repurchase if there is a value set as the applicator is nice and cooling to use.
Treatments -Estee Lauder - Idealist Even Skintone Illuminator

I believe this should mainly be used by people with young skin or those who are already blessed with good skin? To me this seems more like something to illuminate your "already good skin", to give you that extra "oomph" for everyday use and to help even out any LIGHT spots/blemishes. Do not expect any miracles to cure or remove any spots, you will definitely need something stronger for that. I have freckles so will not repurchase. This product also has a really nice scent.
Cleansers -Shiseido - White Lucent Brightening Cleansing Foam
kimmykim 2/13/2013 2:26:00 AM
This cleanser does really "clean" your face as it can work up a good amount of foam to cleanse & massage your face but somehow it is too drying for me. Would be good for those with oily skin. Took some time to adjust to the fragrance of the entire White Lucent range so caution to those who are sensitive in this area.
Moisturizers -Clarins - White Plus HP Whitening Velvet Emulsion SPF20

This emulsion is pretty good, your skin looks dewy but on certain days (not too sure why, maybe I am not applying the Clarins' palm pressure properly) it may appear as too shiny but it's supposedly oil-free. The fragrance is pleasant too. Nothing much to complain about but will only repurchase during promotion/value set. Need to look for another moisturiser with the "HG" factor..Lol...
I'm not too sure what to say about this cream really as it's not too consistent. Sometimes I wake up with my T-zone oily and sometimes it is fine. It could be due to the way Clarins products are applied (apply pressure using your palms instead or applying with fingers directly) and my skin may not be used to it or rather I'm not applying it properly...Lol...Other than that, I do not see any significant benefit and nothing major to complain about as well. Will only repurchase if this is on promotion/value set. Still looking out for my HG moisturiser.
Treatments -Estee Lauder - Advanced Night Repair (Serum)

One of the best repair serums ever, will never stop using this! At first, I thought this is something I will use perhaps in my mid 30s or so since it has anti-ageing properties but this serum is actually good for repair (caused by the environment or simply your lifestyle/diet/lack of sleep) and also for hydration (as it locks the moisture in your skin). I have seen improvement in my scars as well as notice a significant difference when I apply my other serum/moisturiser on top of the ANR. They all seem to absorb better and I don't feel like there is a layer on my skin. This is definitely something awesome that really helps to boost your skin's DNA!
I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now and it's pretty good so far but too soon to comment much on whether it helps with hair growth. Just wanted to check if any other users had any flakes/dandruff issues after using Nioxin Shampoo & Scalp therapy from System 1? Let me know!
Makes your skin feel smooth, helps to hydrate and cool it too. It does not irritate the skin at all. Didn't really see any significant changes in terms of whitening or fairness though.
I just absolutely love this perfume! Would wear it on a daily basis. It has a really sweet floral aroma to it. It actually helps to boost my mood too. :)
Leaves the skin feeling clean & smooth. Kinda like the glitter effect it leaves after washing the mask off. Overall, not too great and yet not too bad of a product.
This is the first product that I've tried from Lancome- was pretty excited since it looks convincing. This product is supposedly meant to combat wrinkles, unevenness, and pores but sadly for me, the only change I can see is at the pores. It is a lil minimize but other than that, not much significant change.
