I love MAC's Studio Fix powder. I will never use any other powder again. It really provides great coverage. And it matches my skin tone perfectly (which is really hard to do since im so olive). Try it for yourself! MAC lets you try things and if you dont like them you can return them. So you cant lose! Anyway, I dont really have too much to say about this product besides that I love it and that I recommend it!

Other -Crest - Vivid White Toothpaste

I was excited to try this because of all the great reviews ive read all over the web, but im really disappointed. Ive been using this for a few months and it hasnt whitened my teeth at all. The only reason Im giving it two stars is because it makes my mouth feel fresh afterwards, but then again, dont most toothpastes do that? Anyway, I dont think this works at all and I wouldnt recommend it.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Voluminous Waterproof in Black

So, I'd heard so much about L'oreal's Voluminous mascara that I decided to give it a try. I was very disappointed. There is nothing special about this mascara. It really doesnt give me extra volume and it does absolutely nothing for length. The brush makes it really hard to keep your lashes separated, and I normally dont have a problem with separating my lashes. It's not as dark of a black as I would've liked. As far as the waterproof aspect goes, I didnt notice any smudging like other people have mentioned. And it didnt flake for me either. I didn't go in water, so I didn't really get to check it out that way. Honestly, its just ok. I wouldn't recommend it though. I've had better mascaras. I would not purchase this again. Oh well, back to my search!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Greensmoke

This is one of my fave eyeshadows of all times. This color is beautiful and would be flattering on anyone. I have darker olive toned skin and sometimes its hard to find shades that arent too light on me. This is a perfect medium. Its great to pair with a dark brown in the crease for a smokey eye. And if you put a dark base under the greensmoke, you can use it by itself for a smokey eye. You can also use it for a more natural look if you use it alone. Its a beautiful color and I absolutely LOVE it. This is one of the few shadows I will probably hit the bottom of the pan on! :-)

Treatments -Seche Vite - Rebuild

This product is AMAZING. I have very weak nails, that are constantly peeling. Let me say, even after 1 use, my nails felt better. I am now never without this on, whether its a base coat or just a coat on my nails by itself. I've been using this for about a month, and I've only seen peeling probably 3 times. Which is HUGE for me! I'm so happy. My nails look and feel healthier. My nails will probably always be thin, as this doesnt make your nails hard, which is kind of a bummer, but that's not what its meant for anyway. My nails feel hydrated and are finally staying in one piece no matter if I wear nail polish every day for 2 weeks, which normally if I do that, my nails hate me afterwards. This stuff is a must have. I dont know what I'll do with myself if they ever discontinue it. I HIGHLY recommend. It really does "rebuild" your nails. Love it!

LOVE IT! Gorgeous color. Not too light. I have darker/olive toned skin, and it looks great with my skin, which is hard to find with greys for me!

Mascara -Too Faced - Lash Injection

So, I am trying to switch all of my products to cruelty-free products, because their are no drugstore brands besides Almay that are cruelty free. I came across the Too Faced Lash Injection mascara in black and I thought it sounded great. So even though it was $20, which to me is expensive for a mascara, I thought Id try it. I was SOOO disappointed!!! This is a terrible mascara. It is really clumpy even though I try to apply it in thin coats. And it flakes a lot. You can barely touch your lashes and it will come right off in flakes! And if you accidentally rub your eyes...you're in big trouble!! Also, the smell is very strong, and even though I like citrus, I hate the smell. There are only a few things I like about the product...it is very black, and does provide volume (which is why it makes me sad that the cons outweigh the pros). But other than that, the mascara is pretty bad, and I would never recommend it. Sorry! :-(
