I loved this BB cream, I agree it is more like a tinted moisturizer and it is perfect for those who like a little bit of coverage without looking overdone. I am not a fan of the full coverage BB creams as they are so heavy on my skin. This is perfect for smoothing out the imperfections on good skin. A dash of powder on top to set it and it looks so natural.

Liquid -Chanel - Vitalumiere Aqua

I really wanted to like this foundation, it looked good when the sales assistant applied it but when I actually started using it at home, it sank into my pores and ended up caking and looking chalky after a few hours on my combination skin. It also had quite a runny consistency which might bother some. It didn't offer much coverage at all and was so disappointing. I much prefer the Chanel Vitalumiere Eclat compact over this, with it's gorgeous sable brush. This is not good for dry skin days either, as it highlights all the dry patches. Think this is more for those who have pretty perfect complexions to begin with, rather than people who need a little bit of help day to day.

Foundations -Giorgio Armani - Face Fabric Second Skin Nude Makeup

This is one of my HG foundation staples for flawless natural looking skin. It gives a nice matt velvet finish without the need for powder on top, it has a smooth mousse like texture which blends really well. I am between a #2 and #3 for this, more a #3 in summer and I am a NC25. I keep coming back to Face Fabric after trying everything else as it is effortless. Great foundation for those who dislike heavy foundations. It offers light coverage for those with slight pigmentation and is perfect for covering pores seamlessly. I tried the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation but found it too shiny for my skin and colour wise the #5.5 had too much pink undertones for my neutral-yellow undertoned skin. Face Fabric lasts about 4-5 hours before you need to blot or powder on top. Do not use a heavy moisturizer underneath as it can pill off, but aside from that, an excellent option for those who want something similar to a tinted moisturizer but with a little more coverage.

Foundations -Almay - TLC Truly Lasting Color

This is a great foundation for combination skin, it gives a soft matt finish and wears really well during the day to a natural finish. I am ultra impressed with this foundation. I bought it over Bobbi Brown Natural Finish Long Lasting Foundation which was a bit disappointing and Lancome Teint Idole Ultra 24H foundation, both of which left me with an oily face within an hour of application. I generally prefer sheer to medium coverage which is buildable and Almay has become my new HG. I am a NC25 and Buff in this foundation is perfect for my skin tone. It also doesn't sink into my pores which Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua does. Love the pump packaging! Love the flawless face I get from this and best of all, it doesn't break me out. Use with a foundation brush for an airbrush photo finish.
