I used the Clinique 3-Step System during my early teens and did not find anything remarkable about it. I was particularly put off by the bar soap, which I felt was a waste of money. After nearly15 years, I re-discovered Clinique and was pleased that the cleanser now came in liquid form. I decided to buy the system and unlike before, the cleanser/liquid soap is not my favorite "step" in the system. The fragrance-free odor is something I really like. It smells pure and clean. I also love how it lathers and cleans my face w/o drying my skin at all. I can actually stop at washing. It's great to be back to this basic.

Hair Removal -Nair - Ready To Use Body Wax Strips

I actually like this product. Works perfectly for my underarms considering it's a strip. This is the most convenient and "comfortable" at home waxing system. I don't like ones that you have to melt on your own - - too messy.

Polishes -Essie - Mink Muffs

I always wondered why Essie was nearly double the price of other polishes, but shortly after I applied this, I pretty much figured out why. It has great coverage and dries really quickly. 2 days after painting my nails, it is hardly even chipped - - This is new to me considering I usually chip my nails hours after my manicure. Hopefully the quality stays the same even after several uses. As for the color, I love love love this! It's subtle at the same time has that "dark" opaque look I like in nails. I keep my nails short and they look best in dark, opaque colors more than anything. This color is pretty much a classic, like black.

Olay does it for me again! I searched a product that could possibly revitalize my dull skin, found a couple of great reviews for this so, I gave this a shot! Well, I must say that it did work wonders for me. My seemed so much brighter and smoother after a few uses (I try not to scrub everyday). I just got my second tube. Oh yes, I love the warm "thermal" effect. Super!

Shampoo -Suave - Daily Clarifying Shampoo

Bought it today and tried it out. I was originally looking for the Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo since my hair was disgustingly full of build-up. Since I couldn't find this, I looked for an alternative and decided to try this out over my usual alternative (JnJ Baby Shampoo) since this was a few bucks cheaper. To tell you quite frankly, I was skeptical but guess what? My hair feels and looks so much better than it did the past few weeks. The curls and bounce are back. I guess I should be using this, once or twice a week, given it's a "clarifying" shampoo (although it says, "daily"). Quite happy with such an inexpensive product :-)

Goodness, just finished my first bottle which lasted for about 2 weeks (once daily application to upper arms, stomach and buttocks)...It definitely firms up the skin helping giving you that "firmed" look. Appearance of cellulite in my thighs and butt have decreased significantly. Actually works better than its more expensive counterparts...Amazing product! ...well, I've been working out too, BUT I can't credit the skin firmness to the weights, can I? :P

Skincare - Body -Avon - Bust-Sculpt

I've been using this for 2 weeks and I've noticed firmness in my chest area. It's no bust lift, so to speak, but it looks and feels much firmer than it used to be. It's quite amazing actually, considering it's been only 2 weeks and I have been using it once daily.

Moisturizers -Olay - Total Effects Night Firming Cream

A great night cream, especially when used with the Total Effects Moisturizer with UV. I have seen the dramatic improvement of my skin after a few weeks of religiously using it. My skin looks clearer, smoother, "tighter" and younger, so to speak. I also use this occassionally on my bust. This must be the best night cream I've ever used so far.

Brows -Sephora - Eye Brow Palette

I really have nothing to compare this product with as I had earlier used the eyeliner palette of Clinique as my brow color (worked well, I must say). This product is well worth it. The wax keeps my brows in place and the brow powder is very natural. I comes out a bit dark at first, but it fades into a nice, natural shade later in the day. Like the others, I find the mini brush a bit useless...I dont use it to apply the powder..just the wax (I don't like putting wax on my sladnted brush). Overall, a great product I would recommend to anyone in search of a good brow product.

Fragrances -Clean - Shower Fresh

This is a wonderful clean scent that not offensive at all. It layers beautifully with any possible lotion - - and surprisingly for a CLEAN fragrance, this has an exceptionally long staying power. However, I'd like to comment about the bottle I got...The spritzer was loose and I lost 1/8 of the contents in transit :( I think quality control should double check their bottles before releasing it out into the market. Otherwise, I'd definitely buy this fragrance again - - even if it's a bit too heavy for my budget :P

Eyeliner -NARS - Pencil in Parrot Cay

I love this eyeliner! It's a better alternative to the white eyeliner for lining the rims of the eye. A perfect eyebrightener...I've brown eyes by the way - - perhaps that's a factor :)

I find that the matte colors on this palette were better than the frosted ones. I bought this coz I had left all my eyeshadow at home when I went on a vacation. Basically, no matter how much I put on, I can barely see any of the color...and the frosted one runs to my lower lid too. I guess this would do for emergency situations...But to actually make this part of your daily make up kit...I don't think so...

A scent of contradictions: Elegant yet simple. Young yet "wise" (read: mature). Freespirted but refined. Simple lovely so to speak. It costs a lot, but I would definitely repurchase

Fragrances -Philosophy - Pure Grace

How I love Pure Grace...I love it's simplicity...which ironically, makes it really, really sexy. I smells good as soon as you spray it on your skin and it smells even better after a few hours. I'm finishing up my first bottle and since I LOVE it soo much...I have two more in stock. Note that I bought the first bottle a month ago :) I could bathe on this scent. :) on a side note..it's very man-friendly. My male friends love this :)
