Skincare - Body -Johnson & Johnson - Baby Oil

This baby oil saved my face! One morning I woke up with hives all over my face. I had no idea how I got them, but it must have been from an allergic reaction or allergies. I had small little bumps all over my face that caused dry patches on my face, which got me a bit depressed. I couldn't handle the roughness and the bumps so I decided to visit a facial aesthetics. After my facial, nothing really changed, and it seems as if it got worse if I put any product besides moisturizer on my face. I did A LOT of research, some which recommended a lot of money..ie buying 60$ moisturizer, toner, etc... until I came across a blog, saying to rub the baby oil on the bumps and dry patches on the face to make them go away. I couldn't go wrong with baby oil, so I did exactly that that night, and the next morning I can clearly see my bumps slowly disappearing. In the next couple days I repeated the baby oil on the face and now my bumps and dry patches are completely gone! I would have never thought of this! I have never used baby oil until this incident but after this, this will be by my side forever! I absolutely love this product and wouldn't recommend it to everyone to put on their face (oily skin), but it does work for the hives+dry patches, and works great on the body!

Eyeliner -Palladio - Liquid Eyeliner
khousie 6/28/2011 3:56:00 AM
This is one of my favorite liquid eye liners and use it on a daily basis, however when you first purchase the liner, (I have discovered myself), the tip of the liner can be pretty sharp and therefore it does not apply the color on too well. The trick to getting the color on precise and evenly is to use the tip of the liner and write or smuge it on a paper until the tip gets soft. Once that is done, it applies on great and doesnt poke your eyelid as does. That's just my tip for this liner. ;) This is not a waterproof liner so it would smuge if you get it wet, but other than that if you don't mess with it, it will stay perectly in place. And of course you have to wait at least 30 sec or so after applying for it to dry. I've used this on all skin types and it compliments well with each individual. I've only tried and am interested in the pure black one. If you are looking for a liner worth the buck, I'd go with this one!

Eyes -Unlisted Brand - Red Cherry - False Eyelashes

Red Cherry false lash is one of my favorites! It is made of real human hair so it is a lot lighter than the sythetic ones. Some of the other brands I have tried on does not shape up to my eyes too well, but Red Cherry is soooo much easier to apply on my eyes...like it was a perect match! ;) style #1 is the best for a more natural but yet still wanting to show the lashes off. My favorite style that works with my eyes are #47! The only thing I have to say about this is that the lashes does not hold its shape too well compare to others I have tried...and that's becasue I sometimes sleep in them on party nights! But be sure to take good care of them to a longer usage!

Makeup Brushes -MAC - #213 Fluff Brush

This is one of my favorite brush! It does the shading perfectly! The hair doesn't fall off and holds the shadow pigment in well. I probably can do my entire eye just using this one brush.

Blush -NARS - Orgasm Blush

This blush and the color didn't wow me as much as I thought it would. It gives your cheecks a glow, but the color is too light where multiple layers may be needed if you want a color to show. If you are going for a soft and subtle look, it's the blush for you!
