BB Cream -MISSHA - M Perfect Cover BB Cream

I got my missha perfect cover BB cream from Amazon (seller CP Cosmetics). I'm not sure if it's genuine but the packaging and consistency looks right. I don't like it. It goes on greasy and has a slight sheen to it. I even put a swatch on the back of my hand and the hand with the bb cream on looks slightly more shiny. I can't have shiny bb cream because my face is already too oily. It is also very grey upon application but oxidizes to a yellow after half an hour. I have big pores and blackheads on my nose and cheeks and this covers them up so they're not black anymore but it does not hide them. My pores just end up looking like tiny bumps all over my face. The bumps look cakier as the day progresses perhaps due to the bb cream sucking in the oil from my pore. I even used primer, too, and that doesn't help. I don't think this product is worth the hype. I thought it would make my pores look 100% smooth like baby skin but I guess not. =[

Treatments -Clean & Clear - Blackhead Eraser

I own an Wave Duo but I bought pads for the blackhead eraser because they're interchangeable. Compared to the Wave Duo pads, these suck. They're too scratchy for my sensitive skin and they don't seem to do much for black head removing either. Sure my skin was very soft after I had done using it but it was also red, flaky, and raw. The pad itself also smelt too perfumed and it left fuzzy residue on the velcro of my attachment head. Definitely will not buy again.

Moisturizers -Burt's Bees - Natural Acne Solutions - Daily Moisturizing Lotion

I've tried the other products in the Burt's Bees natural acne solutions line and they weren't anything special but this lotion is amazing and works well by itself. Before I used this lotion, I would get breakouts every few days, but after I started using this lotion, my face has stayed completely clear for the first time since I was 12. Granted it does not keep my nose free from black heads but overall my face has never been this clear before. My skin wasn't even completely clear after I was treated with Accutane and this lotion was exactly what I needed to control the rest of my acne and even my skin tone. It does have a heavy consistency like a night cream so some people might not like this. The price is a little steep ($18 at my local Walgreen) but for how well it works and the glass pump bottle packaging, it is definitely worth it. It is also 100% natural and it smells and tastes (yes I tasted a little drop) natural with a sweet aroma like someone mashed up a bunch of nice herbs and bottled it. I simply love this product. Do try it. Pros: --Works! --Smells nice --100% natural --Convenient glass pump dispenser Cons (not necessarily for me but maybe for some people) --Thick consistency --Kind of expensive

Cleansers -Boscia - Clear Complexion Cleanser with Botanical Blast

I love how well this cleanser foams and I love how it smells. It vaguely smells like lychees (If you don't know what this is, then nevermind). The cleanser is very gentle on the eyes but it does leave my skin feeling tight and dry. It's not that big of a deal to me though. I've been using this product for 10 days and I've notice a difference on my face. My skin's smoother and less red and I have fewer black heads than usual. However, like at least 4 other reviewers have said, I've started to break out in small whiteheads on the front of my chin (under and around my bottom lip) even though the black heads on my chin that used to be there are gone. I will keep on using this until the bottle runs out but if I don't stop breaking out on my chin, I won't buy this again. $26 for something that does not work 100% is too steep for me.

This conditioner is awesome! It leaves my hair feeling so soft and sleek and it's the best smelling conditioner I've ever used. I use it with the shampoo. At first I didn't see any results but today I felt my hair and it's so smooth and soft. As of the date this review is written, I've been this conditioner for 10 days. Update:Still using this conditioner and the shampoo! I've gone through a whole bottle now.

Shampoo -Unlisted Brand - Kirkland Signature Hydrating Shampoo

I currently use this shampoo with the conditioner. It leaves my hair soft, sleek, and smelling great. This shampoo has a professional salon quality formula, but the price is so much cheaper! I got 2 huge bottles for 7 bucks at Costco (only sold at Costco I think). The bottles have a nice pump so you don't have to tilt the bottle over. This shampoo doesn't seem to clean very well though. I have to wash my hair everyday or my head gets so itchy I can't sleep. Using the conditioner with the shampoo seems to make the problem a little better and I can manage 2 days without washing my hair. Overall good shampoo, great shampoo if used with the conditioner.

Cleansers -Carley's Clear & Smooth - Soap

I got this soap with the clear and smooth treatment and I've used it to wash my face and hair. The soap was pretty drying and left my face feeling squeaky like wax and it also stung my eyes. Afterwards, my skin was so dry, it felt itchy at spots. However, this wasn't much of a problem because i have oily skin and I used some lotion.I like the soap's clean smell and after only two days it made my skin really soft. I also tried this soap on on my hair like the seller suggested, It did good job of cleaning but it was hard to lather. Afterwards, it left my hair feeling like a dried mop (like how my hair feels after I've been swimming in the ocean). My hair stuck together like clumpy seaweed and lost it's glossy smooth feel, too. Maybe I'll try it with conditioner next time. Overall, I like how this soap leaves my skin baby soft and it didn't cause any break outs. Good to use with Carley's treatment. I would buy again. Update: I've been using this soap for a month and my skin has gotten used to it so it's not so drying anymore. This soap's nice! Just don't get it into your eyes.

Although I have previously used Accutane, it did not get rid of my acne completely. I still have little white heads, black heads, clogged/huge pores, uneven skin tone, and pit scars. My skin is no where near smooth! I decided to try out this product and hopefully get that nice airbrushed smooth skin. This review is for the teen formula with 5% benzoyl peroxide. 06/25/09 First impressions: So far, I have been using this treatment once a day with the included soap for 2 days and so far I have good results. I had read from a previous review that the ground walnuts in the treatment are razor sharp and cut her skin and it worried me, but I find that it was a MAJOR exaggeration. The shell pieces in this product are even smaller than the apricot particles in St Ive's apricot scrub and smaller than sugar grains. I have no problem scrubbing my face with it. Unless your skin's paper thin, I don't think you would have a problem with the ground up walnut shells. The soap that was included with the treatment is a little drying but the treatment itself doesn't seem to have any negative effects on the skin. After two days, my skin already feels really soft and I see the amount of blackheads on my nose has deminished. No new acne has popped up so that's a good sign. The treatment solution itself smells kind of like lavender. I didn't find the smell too strong. The product is kind of runny though. 08/09/09 It's been more than a month since I have first started using this. I've went through one-third of the bottle already. My pores are smaller and my pit marks are less visible. I definitely have smoother skin now! This product has also reduced the redness on my face and whitened my face a bit, which I like. So I got the smooth part, but I'm still working on the clear part. My face still breaks out every few days with a small white heads around my nose. I still have constant visible black head. A couple of times, I've gotten painful pimples which I spot treated. I haven't seen the 100% clear results but the seller says it takes up to 3 months for this stuff to work so I'm still hopeful. I should mention I ran out of the provided soap 2 weeks ago and I've been using just plain old Dove body bar instead. I haven't noticed anything different. 1/2/10 I have stopped using this treatment. I realized it's just the soap that was making my skin softer, without it, this product does nothing. It also leaves my skin inflamed after I scrub with it. Would not buy again. $8 shipping is ridiculous.

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Replenishing Lip Balm with Pomegranate Oil

This lip balm isn't as nice as the original peppermint kind because it doesn't apply as easily as the other and there's no minty tingle. I do like the pomegranate smell though (although other reviewers hate it) and it makes me feel good having pomegranate in my lip balm because I love pomegranates. I didn't expect the balm to be red...and it is red, so yes, don't apply too much or your lips will be all funny colored. I would buy this again because I just love burt's bees and I love pomegranates, and this product is still better than most lip balms out there. I like to alternate it with the original peppermint balm.

First of all, I LOVE THIS SCENT. I'm not going to convince you to buy this particular scent...for that you should go to the lotion review or actually smell it. I find it funny how other reviewers based the rating on scent alone...especially when this product doesn't even work to leave the scent on the skin. It doesn't lather well at all (even with a latherer or washcloth). Since it doesn't lather, it doesn't stay on my skin long enough to leave the scent. It's very disappointing because I really love the white tea and ginger scent. If you want the scent, buy the lotion or the hand soaps instead, not this. This shower gel does a crappy job at cleaning and making you smell good.

Powder -Everyday Minerals - Foundation Original Glo Formula

This foundation covers but it makes me look older! I have acne pit scars but the the foundation makes them look worse by exaggerating the indents on my skin. This stuff clogs pores (makes me get blackheads) and whenever I wear it I feel like I'm wearing a caked on mask. It's not shear at all nor does it spread very well. The packaging of this product is horrible. The cap gets magically unscrewed and the powder flies everywhere every time I use it. I had to use this stuff wet to prevent loose powder from flying everywhere. I don't think I'll buy this again. The more I use it the more I dislike it.

This is the exact same product as the Herbal Blemish Stick (I checked the ingredients), so I'm just going to post the same review as that on here. For me, I haven't noticed anything from using this product other than the stinging and the licorice/parsley smell. I sometimes get very small white heads on my chin and forehead and annoying blackheads around my nose, but the product doesn't seem to make them go away or prevent them. I don't get any major cystic pimples anymore but I would imagine this product would work wonderfully (and is probably intended to work) on those. It's more of a spot treatment, and since I have patches of tiny blemishes, it's not a good product for me. Other than the results, I don't like how this product is just a liquid. Feels like I'm rolling leaf juice onto my skin. Couldn't they just make a lotion so it actually feels like it's staying put on my skin?

I love this brush! It's soft, does not shed, and relatively compact. It's perfect for mineral make up. I have nothing bad to say about it. I like the price too; very good quality brush for 7 bucks.

Cleansers -Yes To Carrots - Can You C Me? Eye and Face makeup remover

What I like about this make up remover is that it's made up of most natural ingredients (none of those ingredients that end in -ate, -lic, etc...things we can't even pronounce). In fact, for a make up remover with natural ingredients, it works relatively well. It removes pretty much everything with one go except for the mascara. You might have to rub the stuff onto your eyes more than once to remove the mascara. Also, I like to mention this stuff does not sting the eyes! I hate it when I buy an eye make up remover and I can't even use it around my eyes because they'd sting. However, I would not purchase this again because this product acts like a cleanser (with out the oil removing qualities of a cleanser). I also don't like it's lotion-like consistency. The instructions say to use a wash cloth and use water to wash off make up. I prefer a make up remover that wouldn't require a sink to use, and if I'm going to wash it off, it shouldn't feel so much like lotion. In my opinion, lotion should be kept on, not washed off! (No, you can't just wipe it off because it's messy and will leave a greasy feel on your face.)
