I have quite dry skin but an extremely oily t-zone and this foundation works great for me. As it is water based I don't get the same flaky, patchy bits that I do with other foundations (studio fix). It also doesn't make me very oily, although i do have to powder every 3-4 hours I'd say, although I have used worse foundations. A thin layer of this foundation is great for everyday, and if you have a few blemishes, you can certainly build up the coverage in certain areas using this foundation. Price is quite steep....but it is Chanel at the end of the day. Packaging could be more luxurious but i actually quite like it because its very portable and light. Overall i would repurchase!

Pressed Powders -MAC - Studio Careblend

As someone with extremely oily skin with areas of dry skin, this powder is perfect for me. It is very light and sheer (but buildable) and therefore doesn't look cakey. It kept me looking matte for at least 3 hours before I started to look a bit shiny again. And it didn't emphasise dry areas which is normally my pet peeve with powders. Would definitely recommend to those with combination skin :)

Love this product! As someone who has EXTREMELY oil skin to the point where it is uncontrollable, this product certainly manages to keep my face matte for a good 4 hours before blotting. I also have a few dry patches which i was worried the powder might emphasise but it is so finely milled i haven't had a problem at all. Great for setting foundation and under eye concealer....will be purchasing again!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT SO MUCH!!!!!!!! Being asian, I had typical short, sparse lashes and to be honest I didn't actually expect any results from using this as I thought it wouldn't meet the hype. However, I can honestly say this product is amazing. Words cannot describe to me how much of a holy grail product this is for me. I've recently repurchased a second bottle now and have come to the realisation that I may never stop using it! I can't bare the thought of my lashes returning to how they used to be...but I don't mind spending the money on repurchasing it whenever it runs out because it's so worth it. Obviously the main benefit from using Rapidlash is the length of your lashes increase SIGNIFICANTLY and by that I mean Kim Kardashian style. But for me I also loved the fact that my lashes seemed alot stronger and my lashes never seemed to fall out anymore. It is definitely a product which needs patience, it doesn't work overnight, but if you persist and stick with it.....the results are just outstanding :)

God I love this product. It's a pain to get hold of though, couldn't find it anywhere. I used to use white eyeliner on my waterline to brighten up my eyes, however it looked a bit harsh and unatural. This product is an amazing alternative and gives the same effect but a far more natural look. It has a creamy consistency which glides onto the waterline easily but the product itself doesn't run down quickly as many other creamy eyeliners do. Perfect colour, long lasting, and a holy grail product!!!!!

Liquid -Kanebo - Sensai Fluid Finish foundation

I am surprised there has been such little hype around Kanebo products, as I find they are definately an underated brand. Although their products are on the pricey side, everything I've bought from them over the past 8 years has been outstanding quality. This foundation is a very natural looking one, I would say light-medium coverage. If you have acne scarring, most likely you'd had to team this up with a concealer. But overall a great everyday foundation which gives a nice glow and almost looks like second skin. Love the formulation, so easy to blend however doesn't tend to last so well in hot weather unless you use a setting powder.

Having EXTREMELY oily and acne prone skin, this foundation was perfect for me. With other foundations they would either need powdering/blotting every hour or so as my natural oils would just seep through, but this foundation stays looking matte but not cakey all day. Great coverage as well, i found i can get away with almost no concealer on my blemishes when using this foundation. Definately wouldn't recommend this to people with dry skin as it can really emphasise dry patches and can look a tad cakey.

Mascara -Clinique - High Impact Mascara

Definatley my holy grail mascara. In my opinion the best mascara of all time although it is a little pricey to keep repurchasing (not that it stops me anyway!) Nice big fibre brush which really grips all individual lashes, smooth formulation which gives an even coat and no big clumps, lasts all day and is easy to remove with makeup wipes. A no brainer really!!
