This is a great liner! It's very pigmented and stays on until I take it off. I picked this liner up on a whim at Kmart for 1.99 cause I was curious and WOW I am so glad that I did. I like this felt tip liner better than the MAC Penultimate liner. I hated that one and had so many problems with it, but I have had no problems with this one! Will repurchase for sure!

I absolutely hated this product. I got this hoping for something to use on my waterline that would last. I got home, tried it out and within 5 minutes the beautiful black that I had just applied to my waterline was gone. It smeared and smudged all over the place and seemed to stick everywhere but where I wanted it. I dislike it so much that I'm actually going to return it. Yuck. Spend a little more and get the MUFE Aqua Creamliner if you want a product that will stay put on your waterline.
