The product is good for the price. I have hair that is sometimes very curly, sometimes just wavy. It is relatively thick, frizzy, and tangles easily. I bought this for days that I just wanted to dampen and comb through my hair. This product does what it says: it helps work out the tangles in hair. This means less breakage (curly girls know what I'm talking about!)! The downside: need a lot of the product, and the pump is a little hard. My hand gets tired using this bottle! Something in the product makes my neck itch (so I really have to use this by tipping my head upside down). I will probably continue to buy, because, for the price, it does what it says it will do. :)

Cleansers -Mario Badescu - Seaweed Cleansing Soap

Love this product. I use this with my Clarisonic, and follow up with Seaweed Cleansing Lotion (AM) or Glycolic Acid Toner (PM). This soap removes makeup without drying out my skin. It keeps my dry/combo skin balanced, and prevents breakouts (some products cause/ aggravate cystic acne). I will continue to buy this face wash.

Ew. Caused cystic acne. I am not a happy girl right now. Maybe this is MB's way of forcing me to use the buffering lotion? LOL. Ok, its not funny. :-/ I thought that I could use this product to battle occasional breakouts. Wrong. Also, this does not remove makeup very well.

Eye Makeup Remover -Trader Joe's - Spa 100% Pure Jojoba Oil

This is the best makeup remover. EVER. I wear kohl, gel liner, mascara, etc. and this removes everything. Plus, it is gentle on lashes. Even though I wear eye makeup, my natural lashes look great! ;) The only thing I would change is the packaging... it gets a little messy (not sure how to remedy that).

LOVE. Of course, I would love it more if the Candy, Baby scent were an EDT (Please, VS, make an EDT in Candy, Baby. People will buy it. Promise!). Just a few things... The scent doesn't last long at all. If you use the wash, lotion, and spray together it lasts longer :) I suspect that is why VS makes the splash so weak. Again, can we have an EDT??? On that note, the wash is great. The lotion is just OK. The body soufflé (discontinued) was AMAZING. VS, in addition to that EDT, we need a body cream (something like your spa line in the blue jar, which you discontinued years ago). Anyway, back to the spray. It is a soft, sweet, candy scent. I get lots of compliments every day. Men seem to love it. Will continue to purchase.

Skincare - Body -Mario Badescu - Special Cleansing Lotion O

This is the best product I have used, thus far, to keep back and chest breakouts under control. It is very drying, so you'll need a good moisturizer to avoid the "aged skin" look. The price is a little high for the product. Packaging is nice-- standard MB packaging. I use Special Cleansing Lotion O with the Botanical Body Soap and Papaya Body Lotion. This is a great combo!

Cleansers -Mario Badescu - Enzyme Cleansing Gel

Love this cleanser. I use this most of the time, and Clinique Acne Solutions during my period (to control hormonal breakouts). MB does a great job with packaging, and the prices are reasonable. Don't be put off by the fact that this cleanser doesn't foam. Excellent daily cleanser!

Skincare - Face -Clinique - Acne Solutions Line (all products)

This is one of the best products, for me, to help control hormonal breakouts. I break out during my period, so I use this line around that time of the month. It is a bit too drying to use regularly (I use Clinique mild 3 step with dramatically different gel or MB enzyme cleanser when not using Clinique Acne Solutions). The price is just right. Of course, cheaper is always better, and I would not pay any more than this for this particular line. Packaging is fine (kind of which "acne" wasn't displayed on the package). Overall, this is a good product. I will continue to purchase. I find it helpful to use Moisture Surge with this product line to help prevent flakey skin that might result from using this line. UPDATE 9/20/2012: I changed my overall rating from a 4 to a 2. Here's why: I used this line for a few months... It worked very well (this is why i switched rating to a 2 and not a 1).. FOR A FEW MONTHS. Then, it just stopped working. I gradually got more and more breakouts, but my skin was flakey (so much that my makeup would be flakey). I don't know if Clinique changed the formula or what, but it just doesn't work now. I switched back to Mario Badescu products (I use a variety of products based on the issue I need to address), and a heavy nighttime moisturizer.

Cleansers -Philosophy - Purity Made Simple (Real Purity Cleanser)

Worked fine for about two weeks, then... red bumps/ breakouts (like cystic acne) all over my face. So disgusting and painful. I was disappointed. Really wanted to like it... I love Philosophy's marketing! For the price, I expected more. It was okay, and eventually broke me out. The salesperson at Sephora told me that this product is heavily perfumed, which could be irritating to my skin. Oh well, back to MB and Clinique!
