Top/Base Coats -Rimmel - Lasting Finish Pro Nail Enamel Base & Top Coat

I was completely surprised by the performance of this product. I have tried so many top and base coats and just figured I was asking too much out of them. Than I used this product with some Rimmel polishes. I couldn't believe how long my polish stayed on without fading, chipping or getting dull. Initially I wondered if it was just the Rimmel polish giving me the staying power. So I tried the Rimmel base/top coat with other brand polishes. I got the same wonderful results! I won't be using any other base/top coats going forward.
