Polishes -Sally Hansen - Xtreme Wear in Strobe Light

I purchased this because I had a few polishes that were too warm toned for me, or some that were just plain bland. When I put this polish over those, I found it changed the shade just enough that i couldn't stop looking at my nail's loveliness. If you like sparkle, and this has a good amount, you can double the possibilities of all of your polishes. I also have disco ball by Sally Hansen and can hardly wait to try that. To me, this polish was cheap when compared to all others I own so it was totally worth it for me.
This is an awesome fall color. I can't speak about how long it wears (yet) but I was pleased as could be when I found this DC'd shade at a local spa/salon. 1 thick coat would do the trick, but I applied 2. Looks marvelous!!

This is THE BEST polish I own for being long wearing! Who would have thought it would top other higher end polishes! The color is my "go to" color and I can easily get a week out of it when top coat is applied over 2 coats of polish. I wish they offered more colors. I think the larger brush with this polish makes for the easiest application. I can have my nails polished and ready in 15 minutes flat. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!
Foundations -Revlon - ColorStay Mineral Mousse Makeup

This is a nice drugstore product. I don't find the application to be bad at all, but I always apply a moisturizer before and let it soak in. It is very blendable and you probably can get by with a couple dabs to do your whole face for light to medium coverage. I would consider repurchasing when this runs out, unless they discontinue it before I do.
This color is the perfect peach shade! It is pigmented, so a little goes a long way. As with any of my pigmented blushes, I use the huge NARS brush and blend well. I don't feel clownish as could happen if you weren't careful. It's gorgeous for spring and summer. EDIT: This shade is not matching my skin tone for winter but believe it would be better suited for someone with a tan, IMO.
Blush -Bobbi Brown - Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeks in Cabo Coral

This product works well for me when I use bobbi's face blender brush. I dip the bristle tips into the pot rouge and then swirl on the apples of my cheeks and up to the temples. Then I blend by using my huge NARS brush. It looks natural. A great color for summer.
Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lipstick in Rosy Nude

I own many lipsticks from high end lines. This lipstick is every bit as good as most of those. I love this color for my pigmented lips. It is natural and polished. Give these lipsticks a try. I think you'll be pleased.
Gorgeous color, no shimmer like so many other blushes these days. In my extensive blush collection, I have no other one like it. A light hand is all you need. Ilamasqua may just be my new favorite line for blushes (and lipsticks)
Don't be scared of this blush! It is super bright and a tiny bit goes a long way. The application that works the best for me is to lightly dip a Mac 188 brush into the blush, swirl it gently on the apples of my cheeks and use my huge NARS brush (I forgot the name but its super stiff yet soft) to blend, blend, blend. It looks like I just came in from a brisk walk in the fresh air. I won't ever use this up because you only need a tiny amount. I took off a lippie because it is not a blush you just swipe on and go. You need the right application to make it look natural.
This is a very pretty lipstick...if you apply it with a lip brush, set it with powder, and apply again lightly with a lip brush. To swipe it from the tube gives the color that so many previous reviewers found garishly bright. The formula is creamy but less so when applied lightly and set. I topped it with a pale pinky peach gloss and can't wait for the first truly spring day to sport this with capris and sandals! I couldn't give this 5 lippies because it is a shade I have to work with and it isn't one that you can swipe on and go. I freshened it up during the day from the tube but had to blot a bit.
I own this in 710 and think the color is one of THE best nudes I own. It is moisturizing and lasts long on my pigmented lips. I would love to try other colors.
Liquid -Giorgio Armani - Lasting Silk UV Foundation SPF20

This is a very nice foundation. Not the best I have ever used but I would recommend using this with an armani foundation brush and use whisper light blending strokes starting from the center of the face and working outward. I found it took just one pump to give my face enough coverage and it blended much better this way than with my fingers or my prescriptives foundation brush. I like that it has enough uv protection to allow me to feel I can skip an additional sunscreen if I'm in a hurry.
This is Vera's newest fragrance and will be my spring scent. The bottle is darling and came with a black fitted t-shirt with super cute silver jewelry print on the front. I'm awful at describing fragrances but after sampling in a magazine, knew I'd have to add this to my collection. It's fresh and fun and girlie. The bottle is super cute.
I was not able to wear Chanel #5 but this I can wear, and I love it. The only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't last terribly long on me. The bottle is so huge that I could spritz it all day long and have it quite awhile. Wish they'd make a small size you could carry with you. Despite the lack of staying power, I am going to hang onto this one!!
I like this for removing eye makeup. I gently swirl on lids and lashes and remove with a dampened cotton pad. Gets rid of all traces and is gentle, at least for my eyes.
