I love this balm, right now, if I had to get rid of all of my glosses but one, this would be the keeper. The color is the darkest your lips but better natural pinky red it could be and still look natural. It's very comfortable to wear, smells great, and is long lasting. It works best as a lip balm, but makes a decent blush in a pinch. My only complaint is the size, since it's a fat balm, it's about the size of a quarter in circumference, and it's a little akward to apply, and bulky for a pocket. I would absolutely buy this over and over, and the other two if I had a sephora near me, but shipping and handling pisses me off :)
I adore this. I carry it with me everywhere, it's all I need with a mirror and 4 natural but pretty colors that let me pick according to my mood. I use this at least 6 times a day, and there's plenty left, I don't know why ladies are complaining about them running out so fast. The top shade is chocolate, a the deepest shade with little shimmer, then vanilla at 3 o'clock, lightest one with loads of shimmer, then at the bottom praline with very little shimmer, a great medium pinky nude, and at 9 o'clock brown sugar which is pretty much the same as praline but with shimmer. I love this palette, and when it runs out if I can buy another I will, and I'm really cheap, so I must be in love :)
I love this palette. The colors are all very sheer and wearable, and I prefer the thinner consistency to the lipglaze pens, which I find kind of sticky. I even swapped away all of my pens because I figure with all four palettes I'm set.
Well, I wouldn't buy it again, because the peaches didn't really suit me, but I adore the nudes and pinks palettes, the quality is fine. I love the little brush and the palette itself is very lovely. I prefer the consistency of the lipglazes in the palettes to the regular lipglazes. They're thinner, not as sticky. The top shade is a sheer redish orangish shade, the one at 3 o'clock I'm sure is apricot, I suspect the bottom one is peach, and I have no clue what the one at 9 o'clock is, but it's the most horrible color on me. The other three are lovely and wearable, but I'm not crazy for them, and the one ugly one would make me not go for this palette again. :)
Eyeliner -Physicians Formula - Loose Kohl Eyeliner

This is a great eyeliner, very sexy, but it smudges easily, and the applicator tip got all squashed up and bent and I don't think I did anything to bend it, I just used it normally, so that's the main flaw, but maybe it's just a one off :)
Skincare - Body -BeneFit Cosmetics - benefit - sandal scandal

This is one of benefit's worthwhile products, it really works, I used it for like 4 days straight and my feet were in much better shape. It's basically the same stuff as wonderbod, so I've used it on my arms too and it is better than wonderbod since it doesn't seperate or run. A product so good I actually shelled out the 34$ for it twice :)
These are lovely eyeliners, the bootsy brown is very natural in a way that draws attention to eyes and the chimpy blue is also a great color for any season, but particularly spring & summer. The nilla black makes the finest black line I've ever seen. The only drawback is that they're quite powdery for a pencil and I've found they won't go on over some shadows and require quite a bit of layering for intensity, but otherwise a great pencil for sensitive eyes :)
Eye Shadow -BeneFit Cosmetics - Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner (All Shades)
karenclark46 2/27/2003 11:26:00 PM
These are ok shadows, but they dry out and then are very annoying to use. I've had like 6 of them, all swapped for, so maybe I just had bad luck and they were old, but all but one were dried out and cracked and you had to rub a lot onto your finger to get the color to your eyelid. I think these are over rated, the colors are all available in better quality shadows.
The colors are rich and great, a bronzy cream, true bronze and slightly bronzy cocoa, but they're very seasonal and in my opinion won't work for winter or spring, maybe summer, definately fall :)
Well, these have good and bad points, love junkie is absolutely goregeous and so's id, the minty feel makes lips feel bigger, but the tubes kind of leak and too much comes out, also they have no staying power whatsoever, but I still like them :)
These were too sheer for my liking, they're very hard to layer so that they actually show up. For the price, it had to be better than it was for me to keep it. :)
Mascara -Christian Dior - Maximeyes [DISCONTINUED]

I'm a complete and utter mascara junkie, always on a quest for the perfect one, and this one is in my top 5. It really makes your lashes stand out, but on the down side, it smudges like hell, so I've had to get used to not rubbing my eyes when I've got it on. But it's got the perfect balance of volume & length. It's a very pretty mascara, Makes you look beautiful without making you look like a hoe.
Lotions/ Creams -BeneFit Cosmetics - Bathina Body So Fine
karenclark46 11/4/2002 10:34:00 PM
I swapped for this and promptly swapped it away. My skin felt softer and smoother before I put it on, so unless I'm some superly soft skinned freak, this isn't such a hot product. And I wasn't nuts about the smell either. Benefit is either hit or miss with their products, this is a big miss.
This is really cool. The colors are great, but not long lasting. They wipe off too easily for my liking, but they look wonderful when they're on. I would say that it's on the pricey side, but theorhetically it's all you'd ever need to line your eyes, and 28$ for 8 eyeliners isn't bad. It's great for me because I prefer cake or really really smooth liner pencils. The only colors I don't care for are the purple, which is a strange color and is a little drier than the others, and the silver, but that's just my tastes. The brush that comes with it is also really cool :)
Goes on smooth, and smudges beautifully, a great pencil, and I'm very very picky about eye liner pencils. I've got black/brown, and the black is a lovely charcoal color and the brown is a great cocoa, the first brown eyeliner I've ever liked :)
