This has changed my skin in a week! I'm 41 and have dealt with acne-prone skin since my teens. I've tried everything.....from low to high end, prescriptions to laser treatment, accutane, natural oils....the list goes on. I recently bought some evening primrose from Trader Joe's because I heard it helped with PMS symptoms and I've been having occasional night sweats (maybe I'm perimenopausel?). Anyway, I then looked on here to see what or if there were any reviews on it. I saw some MUAer's were pearcing the pills with a pin and using the oil topically on their skin so of course I thought...why not? I only use 1 to drops and then mix it with some rose water and pat all over my face. I use more oil on my back and chest. OMG my skin has made a 180. It's soft, clear, acne scars are healing quickly and my skin is glowing! The oil doesn't clog me at all. I have bacne as well and my back feels so smooth....and it never does!!! I'm sure it's the combo of taking it internally as well as topically but I'll update in a month to see if I'm getting the same effects.

I didn't like this at all. Maybe if they marketed this as a mattifying primer...but not a BB cream. It dried my face like the sahara and accentuated every dry patch on my face....and my skin really isn't that dry. I don't think it spread that great and my skin just looked horrible and I used smaller then a pea-size amount. I just think if it's a BB cream, I don't want to moisturize first, I want my BB cream to do that as well as the other "miraculous" stuff it's supposed to do. It's supposed to simplify my life....not make it more complicated... lol. Anyway, maybe if you have super oily skin, this stuff would be great....but not for me.

I was so excited to try this after all the rave reviews so when I got a Sephora GC, it was the first thing I went to buy. Unfortunately I was very disappointed and returned it. I didn't like the way my mascara went on over it.... it made my lashes look stiff, spidery and clumpy. Granted...they stayed stiff, spidery and clumpy all day so I guess if that's the look you're looking for then great. I did not try it overnight as a treatment so maybe for that it's ok, but I don't see how this stuff could be good for your lashes really. For the price, I expected way more. :(

I didn't like this. It was really hard to blend and I could feel it sitting on my face. I much prefer Maybelline's BB cream.
I bought this recently for the first time after reading all the great reviews but I must have got the new reformulated one because as another recent reviewer noted (wish I would have seen this before I purchased)...this stuff did nothing but make my hair feel like straw!! I've had better results with $3 shampoo!! Bummed I wasted money on this crap. I would not recommend or repurchase...it may go down the drain.

Big pleasant surprise for me. I've tried a plethora of BB creams now and they either broke me out, were the wrong color, or felt just too heavy. I've heard others call this more of a TM....but then it's a Great TM. Goes on easily, matches my skintone (I have the lightest and I'm an NC20) and it doesn't make me greasy or highlight dry patches. For the price, I will definitley repurchase. Oh, and good sun protection!
I don't know...I just don't get this product. I bought into the hype....ordered it from France....and it's just bleh to me. I hate the feel of it on but I was prepared for that aspect....just like slathering vaseline on your face...but I could deal with that if I saw results...which I'm not. I think Alpha Hydrox Night ResQ did more in 2 days then this did in 1 month. I was told this was better than regular tretinoin as well but I have to disagree. Also, I think it runs into my eyes at night and I've been waking up with really irriated eyes too. I'm just going to use it on my lips to see if this helps with fine lines there so I don't feel like I wasted another $30 on a skincare product that doesn't deliver. Definitely will not be repurchasing.

I've tried the dry/damaged version (and conditioner) and also the men's dandruff formula and I wasn't wowed with any of them. I think the dandruff one really dried out my hair too. Luckily I bought sample sizes of all but I don't think I'll be purchasing the regular size.
EDIT: Ok, why am I not getting the wonderful results that everybody else is? I think this is making my skin worse. I'm only using it for bacne, not my face, but my skin feels irriated, really bumpy and I'm breaking out all over my chest. :( Very bummed. Is everybody reviewing the bars or the liquid?

I ordered a sample of this stuff first after reading the good reviews on here but I dont' think I'll be purchasing the full size. I'm usually not sensitive at all to smell or fragrance but there's something in here that I just don't like. I don't even know how to describe it. It also felt a little heavy and greasy to me as I was looking for a good sunscreen to wear everyday under makeup.

Oh how I really DID NOT want to love this product because of the price....but I do. I went to Sephora after returning some other daily moisturizers w/ sunscreen that were just not working for me and got a weeks sample. It seriously made my skin look better within 2 days and my makeup looked flawless over it. I just can't fork out $90 for my daily ss. If price isn't a concern, I would highly recommend.
Tinted Moisturizer -Skinn Cosmetics - Skinnygirl Tinted Daily Moisturizer

UPDATE - Ok, my initial review on this was done way too early as I have dropped this down to a 2. I don't know why I thought the shade was a good match..maybe bad lighting in my bathroom? I put this on the other day and looked in my mom's bathroom and I looked like an umba loompa. I cringe that I was walking around like this. Plus the packaging really sucks. I ended up returning the lip scrub as well. It burst out the end of the tube the first time I used it. I doubt I'll be trying anything else from this line. I was in Walmart and saw the new display for the Skinnygirl skincare line. I confess (head hung low)...I watch all the Housewives shows on Bravo and so had to try something from this line. After my disappointment with the new Garnier BB Cream (another review) I thought I'd pick up the TM and Vitamin C Scrub which I will review separately. This product has turned out to be a nice surprise so far though this is only day 2 so I will update after a couple of weeks. It's Broad Spectrum SPF 15 and I think there are 3 shades..I chose the lightest called "Sand" and it's perfect for my NC20 skin. It's on the thicker, creamy side so it really does feal like a sunscreen lotion but it covers really well and once on, feels like nothing for the amount of coverage you get. I like that there's barely any fragrance (hint..hint..Garnier) and is matte yet not flat. The downside is the packaging which is why I gave that only 2 lippies. It seems kind of cheap and it comes with one of those stupid self attached brushes which I hate so I just squeeze it out and apply with my fingers but a lot of the container is the brush and I don't think your'e getting that much product. This will probably only last a month if worn everyday. I will update in a few days if I notice any breakouts.
Foundations -Garnier - BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector Daily All-In-One
kanka999 1/7/2012 12:13:00 PM
I found this at a Walgreens by my house which surprised me because I didn't think it was around locally in retail places. Anyway, so of course I was justified in buying it even though I have way too many foundations and TM's and I need another one like I need a hole in my head. Anyway, I can't review on the benefits or if it causes breakouts because I only wore it twice for about an hour but I just couldn't get past the strong fragrance. It lingered like crazy and just reminded me of something really cheap. Luckily Walgreens accepts returns without a hassle. Oh, I do know that there wasn't much coverage. I can say that the shade I chose (light) worked out fine for my NC20 skin but again, I can't say if it would turn because I didn't wear it long enough.
