Eye Shadow -MAC - Naked Lunch

This shadow is HG for me. I use it as a highlight for my inner eye corner and it's amazing. It provides a lovely brightness there. Mine has never been hard to use or gotten crusty either. I use it with a fluffy blending brush to put it in the inner corner.

This used to be my HG moisturizer. I still like it. I know some people had a bad reaction to this line and I was frankly surprised I didn't. It goes on smooth and when it soaks in it makes my skin sooo soft and calms any spots. The downside is it did make my skin more oily. The packaging can be turned to make sure none falls out, which I love. In the end, I traded this for Boscia because I was unsure exactly what is in it and I wanted something a bit more natural and safe.

Moisturizers -Boscia - Revitalizing Black Hydration Gel

After trying Boscia's daily moisturizer, I didn't have high hopes for this one. I had a sample and decided hey why not. First off, it's black and sparkly. So pretty!! It doesn't color the skin at all. The charcoal in it definitely helps keep my oil at bay. It does on smooth and although it feels heavy at first, it begins to tingle and feel cool and when that stops it has sunk in! I havent broken out. I bought the large size. I hate the price, but if it works I will buy it. The packaging is unusual but it dispenses almost the perfect amount!

Moisturizers -Boscia - Vital Daily Moisture SPF 15

I wanted to like this since my cleanser is Boscia, but this is crap. It smells kind of like anise or medicine. It reminds me of cheap lotion... :/ it doesn't even work for the dryness on my SO's face and she has pretty normal skin.

This is my HG cleanser. FINALLY, after years of searching! I love this. It feels nice on the skin. It lathers well. Everything dries my skin so I need a moisturizer, but it keeps my acne at bay and keeps my skin smooth!

I love the packaging, but the scent is just so-so. It's a little mature, imo. I will wear it on occasion, but it seems a little classic for my tastes.

Lip Treatments -eos - Lip Balm Sphere - Summer Fruit

These are the coolest!!! I love the packaging, because it ensures that the lip balm doesn't melt and get all over, plus the sphere of balm is easier to apply to your lips! Summer Fruit is kind of like cherries. Mine is a little dry, but I haven't had problems with any of the other scents. I love these!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot in Painterly

I love that MAC's paint pots certainly keep makeup from creasing, but Painterly is far too light. I am NC25-30 and so when I use Painterly it looks a little silly and too light. I have seen other gurus use this who have similar or darker complexions and it just looks silly. I wish they had a similar matte shade that was a little darker!

I love this scent. It is strong with a smell of licorice and vanilla, but lasts all day. It isn't overpowering or obnoxious, it just makes its presence known. :)

I hate this mascara -.- It was absolutely the worst I've ever used, no lie. My lashes clumped and became like 3 lashes no matter what I did. The brush didn't help either.

I love this scent. I think the hate over it comes because it was so popular a little under a decade ago, which for some or most of us was high school. I remember that a lot of the girls who were really mean in school wore it, but that didn't deter me from loving this scent. It is sweet and sexy, lingering with fantasy. Definitely lovely.

This fragrance has the most gorgeous bottle and the best thing is it sprays from the stem of the apple! Very cute :D The scent is gorgeous. It has a kind of strong initial scent that is a little spicy, but dries down to a lovely musk with a more sensual vanilla. It lasts a long time and lingers vanilla, so when you're in the mood to smell a little warm yet fresh, this is definitely the way to go.

Tingly, menthol-y goodness in a little durable tub. What more could one ask for? What? And it helps with chapped lips and even chapped skin? A-mazing. :) I have used this for years and my mother has used it for even longer. It is awesome and should be in everyone's purse!

Seriously, can anything better be said about this item? I caved and bought it when I saw it in Ulta. I got it with the brush, which is very nice and applies product smoothly. I don't feel like I missed out when they switched out the liners, since I use MAC's Feline only and have no urge to switch. Not to mention that you can easily put your own favorite eyeliner in there to use :) The colors are all awesome. I find they all blend very well. I did notice the glitter fallout on those few shades, but honestly a makeup wipe took care of it when I was too lazy to flick the excess off my brush. All in all, so worth it! Considering the size of the shades and the quality, the price is very reasonable.
