Eyeliner -NYX - The Curve Felt Tip Eye Liner

Im very impressed by this new NYX liquid liner. I bought it at Ulta for $15.00 minus my $3.50 coupon, it was worth every penny! First, I love that it has a very slim felt tip applicator, super easy to apply, Im not a huge fan of having to use a brush to apply eyeliner so the curved shape of this makes application a breeze. Second, this is hands down the blackest black eyeliner Ive ever seen. One swipe gives you very intense color and coverage. Most eyeliners fade to a grey color throughout the day but this does not. The staying power is amazing, no smudging, melting or fading. I have used many liquid liners including Lancome, Loreal and Maybelline Stiletto, the NYX beats them all hands down. The applicator gives great control, you can make your lines thin to thick with little effort. I also love that this liner is not too wet, the perfect consistency to work with to get a great no mess look. If you wear false lashes, this is a great liner to use before and after lash application, it covers the band nicely. Overall, I would definetely recommend this liquid eyeliner, great product!

Bronzers -Physicians Formula - Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Powder - Light Bronzer

This is such a great bronzer for very fair to fair skin. Its so hard to find a great bronzer when your a NC15 (my skintone) or lighter! The texture of this bronzer is super smooth and silky, not powdery. It goes on light, which is great because you can layer and it won't end up looking to dark or muddy. It has a really pretty translucency on the skin, very minimal shimmer, just a glow, not glittery at all. The most awesome thing about this product is that it is not orange or reddish on the skin. Its really the perfect blend of colors for fair skin. I use a huge fluffy powder brush, not a Kabuki to put it on. Love this product, would definitely recommend. This is THE BEST bronzer ive ever used!! So happy with this purchase.

Powder -Avon - Extralasting Pressed Powder SPF15 translucent

Ive been using this as a finishing powder over liquid foundation (Double Wear). This powder is really nice because it is not "powdery" looking on the skin. The texture is somewhat waxy like, but very smooth not sticky I believe this is what makes it last and look fresher on the skin longer. Im NC 15 with dark hair and eyes. The Translucent is perfect for me, not to pink or yellow, nice neutral. If your a NC 20 to NC25, get the light color, this might be too light for you.The powder goes on a bit lighter than it looks in the compact. Surprisingly nice powder, I apply with a skunk brush for light coverage. I normally use Maybelline Fit Me Powder in #120, I think I actually like the Avon one better! Would definitely recommend.

Lip Gloss -E.L.F. - Daring

I love these mineral lip glosses, I got the color "Daring", Im NC 15 with dark eyes and dark hair. In the tube this looks bright pink with shimmer, its def a cooler based color. It applies smoothly and more sheer than it looks in the tube (a soft rose pink). Its a slightly thicker formula but that helps it wear a bit better. I also like that ELF does not put a scent or flavor in them. This is a beautiful color, a great deal and product for the price. Look at the swatch pics in my profile to see what it looks like on. I also have swatches for the color "Trendsetter", love that color too! Trendsetter has more shimmer in it than "Daring". These 2 colors look really good on fair skin, highly recommend.

Im so happy I bought this blush! Im a NC15 with dark hair, I normally wear MAC Pink Swoon or BB Pale Pink. I love the color of this blush and the texture is super smooth and not powdery looking. It gives a translucent pop of color, like Pink Swoon. The packaging isn't that great and you definetely have to use a good blush brush with it. On me it looks like a cooler pinky rose color, the shimmer is barely perceivable. Very happy with this purchase, would definetely recommend, especially for women that have fair skin.

Mascara -Mary Kay - Lash Love Mascara

What a suprise this mascara was! Got this for free from a promo in a magazine. Cover Girl Lash Blast is my go to mascara, I have to say that this mascara is just as good. Its a rich black, does not feel "crunchy" on your lashes, builds volume and length without getting clumped up. The brush is the rubber style like Lash Blash but maybe a bit skinnier. It wore great all day long, no smudges or flakes. Would definetely recommend this mascara. Good job Mary Kay!

Finally a brush that works great for applying powder lightly and evenly. I got this at Bed Bath and Beyond for $7.00, an awesome deal. Bristles are soft on the skin, it has enough bristles too, not sparse like some other cheaper types of brushes like this one. So happy I found this brush, love that its short and squat to, fits in a small makeup bag so its great for travel.

Got this at Ulta for $3.50, what a steal! I got "Midnight in Paris", which is a jet black and "London Baby", which is a gunmetal dark charcoal color with slight shimmer in it. Love the texture, applies solid not spotty, last and wears very well and doesn't smudge all over the place. The quality of this gel eyeliner is very impressive and i would definetely repurchase. Totally comparable to Bobbi Brown gel eyeliners, way better than the Maybelline gel eyeliner.

Was so let down by this set, liner and cream eyeshadow smeared everywhere after an hour, blush is way to orange on me, I'm NC 15 for ref. Mascara is ok, like my lash blast more. Concealer is way too light, order light if your a NC15 not the fair, it's very thick and could hardly squeeze out of the tube:( this is definitely going back, wish I could love it, but def don't.

Great sheer blush! Perfect for very very fair skin (NC 15). Smooth silky texture. Love this stuff! Color is not to blue or orange. Great neutral pink tone. It's also not super bright. Soft looking color on the skin. New note: Bobbi Browns Antiqua Bronzer is literally identical to Oh so Fair. Oh so Fair was LE, so If you need a replacement product check Bobbi Brown, they look identical on the skin, even the texture and finish is the same.

The perfect brush for applying contour powder, haven't had issues of shedding. I use it with MAC Strada or MAC Personal style blush. This brush puts on the right amount on my very fair skin without making the contour color too dark or heavy looking.

This is a great brush for applying concealer under the eyes, buffs product perfectly. This brush is very soft, no bristles ever fall out, even after washing it all the time. Good brush, highly recommend.

This brush is fabulous for putting on LIQUID foundation. You get a flawless look and you can do your face very quickly. Haven't had any issues with bristles falling out. Love this brush!

Primer/ Corrector -Hard Candy - Sheer Envy Skin Perfecting Primer

I really liked this primer, very inexpensive for the amount you get. Good packaging too. Use a very small amount (pea sized) and blend well into your skin. I use a MAC liquid foundation over it and it looks great. Make sure to shake well, all primers need to be shaken before you use them as most do tend to separate a bit. I do not see any sparkles or shimmer in this formula. I have not had any breakouts or extra shine on my skin from this primer. Overall, I'm satisfied with it and would buy again.
