Let me first say- I have combination skin. But kind of- to the extreme. My forehead is EXTREMELY oily...when people say so-and-so is drying, it is usually fantastic for me. My cheeks- are normal/dry. I have acne prone skin, and when I saw good reviews, I went out to buy it. ...So I tried it. It feels very smooth and has a decent scent....I put it on my skin and it feels a tad bit sticky however it is lightweight...until 30 minutes afterwards, my skin is just as oily as it would have been without the product! I just don't like the product and if you have just a tad bit oily skin or normal skin, this would be perfect. FYI, this won't work if you have very oily skin because this is silicone in it, and this won't do anything if you have really active oil glands.

The reason why I give this product a good rating? I don't use it as a foundation,but a concealer. Be aware that this is more yellow based, best for Asians like me. The packaging is okay, but a bit unsanitary as it's a jar...but who puts on makeup with dirty hands? Just be careful. I apply it with my finger-simply dab into the jar and dab onto my blemish. Blend by patting with finger. Then, finish by brushing/stippling on powder to set. The price is 8 bucks at walmart, but can get up to 13 at walgreens. I have oily skin, but this has styed on without oxidizing or sliding off.

It is very creamy. Very pigmented. I put it on. It says waterproof. BS! By the end of the day, I have raccoon eyes. No joke. No joke. No joke. I swear, you need to have really dry eyes and eyelids for this to work, but it smears smears smears.

Lip Treatments -eos - Lip Balm Sphere - Summer Fruit

This product is for people with slightly chapped lips, the kind that needs just a little bit of moisturizing. The price is not that great, too high for a drugstore lip balm, but I guess you're paying for the packaging. The scent at first will smell like plastic, but keep smelling, and you will smell the "fruit" in it. The packaging is very cute, however, is not skinny like the softlips, which is very discreet. Do I like this product? Yes! Will I buy it again? No. It is cute, it moisturizes, but not the best.

Polishes -Revlon - Lilac Pastelle #185

Tried this product. Wanted to love it, ended up hating it. Why? It is streaky to apply, 2 coats is opaque. HOWEVER it never dries. Never. Had it on for a whole day (like, 9 hours) it is dentable and smudgable. Is this even legal? Revlon, you better put your mind on the mark, because this is horrible and will absolutely ruin your reputation.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Wash

At first, I loved this product. Amazing, it worked! My face wasn't oily throughout the day. Then I gave up on it, I was bored, and moved on. Came back to it, and did they change the formula? My face is tough (not sensitive) but this doesn't get rid of dirt very well, but it smells like it's full of chemicals.

OMG! A mattifying moisturizer! For 6.99! I'll buy it! So I go home, and wash my face, and put it on. I look a little pasty, but I leave it. It also feels a little grimy. But I deal with it. Do you know what mattifying means? It means no shine. But I got oilier. Thumbs down. Use at own risk.

Eyeliner -Clinique - Quickliner for Eyes in Dark Chocolate

Doesn't glide on. It is not as good as the Sephora Nano eyeliner at gliding. Color is beautiful, love it. Price is not reasonable. The "automatic" part of the eyeliner... urm... That broke the second I bought it. Don't know how. Just doesn't work. I suggest you don't buy this... However, it does glide on jsut not as well as some others... It stays on...kinda, there might be a little smudging.

Powder blush. color is beautiful, has shimmer. Applies well, nicely pigmented. Doesn't last long. :/ Wouldn't buy again, but it is nice to use if you are using a base underneath.

Mascara -Clinique - Lash Doubling Mascara

Alright- Good mascara. A little pricey. Doesn't clump. Smudges throughout the day, expect some grayish smudges under your eyes. Doesn't "double" your lashes. Mostly just lengthens them, but nothing dramatic. Very Natural. Would I buy again? Not really, but not a bad mascara. Nothing very special.

Concealers -Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Concealer

Okay. I am a tanned girl. Very tan, but not anywhere near black or Indian. Just tanned. The medium is too light for me. I use it under my eyes. Good coverage, it glides. Good. A week later- I open the tube up and.... the concealer has a layer of oil on it. Gross. It pretty much sweats out oil. Use at your own risk, folks...

The price is 5 dollars for this little piece of eyeliner, probably as tall as a Chapstick, but skinny as a CHOPSTICK. Yes. Okay- I bought the midnight black one and received the silver green one. The color pay off- amazing. The Feeling- amazing, it glides on. Price- Way too expensive for that little stub. The staying power- ehm...it smudges, and if I blink really hard, whoops...raccoon eyes... yeah. Not buying again. However good for costume makeup...

Polishes -Sally Hansen - Hard as Nails with Nylon nail polish

Alright- I bought this at Target for relatively cheap in Sheer Vanilla. So I apply one coat- very sheer, like the name. I apply the second coat- beautiful, absolutely beautiful milky color. But- after it dries (probably 1 hour later...) I poke it with my other fingernail, and there it is. A dent. This nail polish is gunky- gooey, clunky, etc. I have also tried Sheer Strawberry- the results were the same; gooey, gluelike, clunky. Except the color was more pink. Will not buy, and will be talking absolute trash about this.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Fusion

I am a beginner to makeup, however I have tried 6 mascaras so far, high end and lower end, and this is by far my favorite. I will stick to this for...possibly my whole life. The brush is gigantic, and the bristles are rubber and very small. Clumping is relatively none- there are barely any. It makes your lashes look fuller and slightly longer, but natural at the same time. If you wait 5 minutes and apply another coat, it looks very dramatic- build able mascara.
