Mascara -Maybelline - Define A Lash

I'm Asian...so I have short lashes that droop down. Over the years I've been trying products like rapidlash to try to grow my lashes a bit longer..btw rapidlash works well lOL.. define a lash works for me because after curling and applying, my lashes will stay up and sturdy!. use waterproof though.. and it makes my lashes look longerr and it doesn't look clumpyy. I love this mascara...i'm sure there are better ones but it all has to do with your lashes too. if you have thick and full lashes it may clump...if you have thin spacy lashes it can look really good! try it outt

Treatments -Burt's Bees - Herbal Blemish Stick

So...first off the packaging I would have to say is horrible...It's a roll on stick and it looks kind of like those dollar lip glosses with the clear ball at the tip. It hurts if you have pimples and youre trying to roll the treatment on it. and worst of all dirty residue goes into the tube as you roll it on your face...like dead skin cells or if you have dry skin after cleansing all the flakiness will roll into the bottom of the tube. So when youre reapplying the next day..you never know if all that gunk is ending up back onto your face. I never finished using it..just thinking and seeing pieces of skin inside didn't look sanitary..it pretty much defeats the purpose of trying to get clearer skin. As for the stingy sensation..you get used to it and because its willowbark it does help a bit with acne..it'll calm down the bumps but overall it doesnt fully heal anything. Mainly for the packaging..i won't think about buying this again..

first off I would like to say...if you are asian and are yellow pigmented.. don't purchase this make up. they do have a variety of colors ranging from cools-neutrals-warm colors..but the warm tones don't really math asian skin... (or at least mine..) it has a matte finish so its good for oily skin, but the SPF may cause clogged pores..so for skin like mine (acne-prone) i can't use it. I've started using TheFaceShop's Oil-free BB cream instead, and it's working pretty well. I have also heard that Clinique's Even Better foundations are good for any ethnic skin. I'm still trying to prevent breakouts and struggling with blemishes...so if this is you then don't get this product!

Cleansers -Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser (Normal to Oily Skin)

I live in NYC now so the price is a bit higher than normal.. BUT the packaging is awesome bc of the twist open and close pump. and honestly HONESTLY. HOOONNNNESTTTLY. this stuff really REALLY helped my skin. after a terrible break out...and i mean terrible as in all over my forehead and cheeks...after using a bad product in the past..i started using the regimen BP treatment but it really made my skin dry and I was developing aging skin with wrinkles and such under my eyes =( but i read about cetaphil and got it about a month ago. It's really been soothing to my skin and my wrinkles from dryness has been clearing. I stil get pimples and my blemishes, i'll probably take with me to my grave...but this stuff REALLY WORKS. AND NOTHING WORKS ON MY SKIN. SERIOUSLY. and people...STAY AWAY FROM BP IM SERIOUS IT WILL RUIN UR SKIN. that is all :)

Masks -Queen Helene - Mint Julep Masque

This is the best mask I have ever used. and it does everything it promises on the label. it really has changed the texture of my face and my skin tone is evened out. I'm not quite sure if it's because of the cleanser ive been using...but i've been using this mask along with it after each wash. it really dries up my pimples! i've gotten used to the minty-ness, so it doesn't sting or burn when i apply it. I'm pretty picky about certain products because most of them don't even work on my skin. my skin broke out so much last semester while in college...and i'm still struggling to get rid of scars and remaining pimples that keep growing back! but this mask really does help with calming them down. BUY THIS. YOU WILL LOVE IT I PROMISE. and this is coming from a veryyyy picky customerr
