This was a horrible conditioner for me. I have light blond highlights that are starting to look a little brassy so I decided to try this conditioner hoping to restore them to their original state, but instead I ended up even brassier than before! Now my whole head of hair is about the same reddish tone and looks awful. I can't believe what one application was able to do. I only left it on for about 2 minutes and now I wish I had never touched it. It even left a stain on one of my fingers despite the fact that I tried to rinse it off immediately after application. Also it's very drying and shouldn't be labeled as a conditioner. Very dissapointed.
Treatments -Aveda - Brilliant Damage Control Spray

I love this product. I use it as a detangler and for protection against the hairdryer which I use everyday. It makes me hair easy to comb out and also keeps the static away. (Used to be a big problem for my fine hair.)
Perfect hairspray. It goes on light and has a pleasant smell. I have already been through several cans and will no longer use the expensive salon stuff. This definitely does the trick and still looks soft and touchable.
Hair Color -Garnier - Nutrisse Permanent Creme Hair Color

The good news is that this hair color will leave your hair in silky smooth condition when you are done, the bad news is my hair ended up an unattractive shade of copper when I was finished. I left the dye on my hair for the full recommended time (30 min) but when I rinsed it out, the top of my hair was lighter and brassy and the ends were darker. (Not sure how that happened.) To be fair, some of my hair was close to the picture on the back for the "after", but overall it does not look very good and I will be going to the salon to salvage it up with highlights. If you can find a good color this does make your hair soft though.
Cleansers -Burt's Bees - Orange Essence Facial Cleanser

I have been using this cleanser for several years now and am still amazed at how great it is. I have combination skin with really dry patches and oily patches while breaking out on the chin. This is the one cleanser that seems to even that all out and helped clear up my chin area. It is gentle, has a great smell and will always be a staple in my skincare routine.
I have been using this toner for over a year now and really like it. It has a nice scent and really seems to pick up any dirt left behind after washing my face. It is gentle and does not cause breakouts.
Moisturizers -Olay - Age Defying Daily Renewal Cream - Beta Hydroxy Complex

I have been very happy with this moisturizer. It is one of the few moisturizers I can use without ending up with major breakouts. It has a nice smell and texture and if used before makeup makes foundation go on a lot smoother. Great price and good value.
The color of this foundation is amazing and the closest to my fair skintone that I have ever tried. It blends in flawlessly and I don't even look like I'm wearing makeup aside from the fact that my skin looks nice and even. I gave it a 4 for now because I've only been using it for a week and want to see how my skin handles it, but so far it has been the best foundation I've tried yet. Still get a few spots of shine later in the day, but a huge improvement from any other makeup I've tried.
Foundations -Prescriptives - Anywear Multipurpose Make Up Stick

I really like this foundation. I have dry patches on my forehead, and an oily nose, but this foundation really evens out my skintone nicely. I do need to powder my nose several times throughout the day, but I've never found a foundation that didn't require that. What I like is the ease of application, I just use the stick to apply in the general areas I want it, then blend with my fingertips. It blends in really nicely and conceals large pores and red spots. The only strange thing about it is the fact that it doesn't seem to settle in all the way and if I sweat at all, it sort of beads up on my face. Still, with the smooth texture and lightweight feel it is one of my favorite foundations. Update: got tired of dealing with the extra shine and foundation beading up. Might be a better bet for winter months when skin is drier.
Liquid -Tarte - Peaches and Cream Liquid Powder Foundation

This is the best spring/summer foundation I have ever tried. I usually get very serious shine on my nose/forehead by mid-day, but this foundation keeps the shine away while giving me a flawless finish. It does a great job blending into the skin and the lightest color matches my very pale skin tone well. I have never found another foundation that does this great of a job. I really hope they continue to make it. Update: as the product gets older (only a month or so) it starts to look heavier on the skin and was not blending in as well. Also the color was starting to look more orange. No longer a favorite.
This is my new favorite foundation for winter. I have combination skin with dry patches on my forehead and heavy shine on my nose. I usually stay away from products that use "moisture" in the title since they have a tendency to make me break out, but was looking for something to brighten up my winter skin which tends to look flakey with any type of foundation at this time of year. This foundation definitely did the trick. It blends in well with my very pale skin and looks quite natural. I now have a smooth finish but it doesn't make me break out at all. My top summer pick is "Peaches and Cream" by Tarte, but for the winter this has been a great alternative.
