Liquid -Guerlain - Parure Aqua Fluid Foundation SPF 20

Let me start with I'm not a foundation fan, but I do need something that unifies my skin tone and lightly covers some old acne marks. I also don't like to feel anything on my skin and I'm not a fan of perfect airbrushed skin. I read so many reviews about different brands of foundation that I think I confused myself. I decided to try the Guerlian Parure #24, and WOW. The makeup artist mixed it with the gold base primer, it did exactly what I wanted to do AND my skin did not turn orange nor get shiny 2hrs later. I had bought several other products so decided not to buy the primer but I definitely buy the next time I have 20%. This is the second day using it and I actually look forward to putting it on. The make up artist, also used it as a concealer and that also worked, had me somewhat depressed because a week ago I bought the MUFE corrector and concealer !I So, I've been putting that on first and then after my foundation I use the concealer brush to smooth our the edges with the foundation. This will be a repeat purchase.

After hearing about all the hype around this lipstick I decided to check it out at our local Sephora. What can I say ? I love this lipstick! The texture is amazing, it looks as though it will be very heavy and sticky on lips, but you don't feel it at all. The look is very glossy so if you like a matte or natural effect this is not for you (at least the beginning). The staying power of this lipstick is a first for me. I put it on at 8am, I had 2 cups of coffee, tea, a salad for lunch followed by an apple. The gloss wore off after the coffee but what remained was a beautiful stain that remained until I got home at 7pm. The stain was not accompanied by usual dry lips. I bought #23 (which is one of the new shades that they just released in France) it looks like a very dark purple on the sephora site, but it's a beautiful burgundy color, very rich, very fall. I'll definitely go back to buy another shade. FWIW, I wear Guerlain #24.
Eye Primer -Too Faced - Shadow Insurance, Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer

This is third primer that I've bought, the two others that I've used have been NARS and Smashbox. NARS worked very well holding up for about 5/6 hours with some light creasing. I liked it because the color was neutral. Smashbox was the same as not applying any primer. I tried this one on a whim and have been really happy so far. I let it sit a few seconds after applying for it to dry and my eye makeup lasts easily 10hrs. I did notice that the first application was a little oily but after reading the reviews I kneaded the tube a little before.
I bought all the colors in this collection after all the hype. I'm still torn on this product. There is a very big learning curve to doing this properly, I'm convinced if you take the time then you could have an amazing look. I'm just tired of having to deal with the 'moving liner' throughout the day. That said the packaging is sublimal and taking this out of your purse makes me smile. I will continue to plug through on this considering the investment that I made :)
After years of testing out this product each time I went to Sephora I finally caved and bought it. It's very shimmery (my POV) so a light hand is needed. This gives a nice sun kissed look with a hint of coral. Very pleased with my purchase and will buy again !
I bought this upon a make over that I had that used this, expensive pink & wood winked at the time the look looked soft and when used together I like it. However on it's own its very difficult to use without looking like a clown. This could be because I'm more understated when it comes to eye colors but I just had more hopes for this.
Bought this yesterday, was looking for a natural easy color that I could wear just about any time. This fits the bill, it's the color I wish my lips were . In N0C40, this a brown/mauve color. This may be my HG of 'nudes'
I'm not usually a bright color nail person but I love this. I had bought this for my feet last year and just fell in love. It's pink without being 'too' pink. I've had it one for nearly a week and no chips and trust me I've been washing dishes crazy this week.
MY HG for eye primers is NARS, but a friend of mine mentioned that this one was great and that I should try it. I'm not a fan of the chalky looking and feeling texture. Coverage is less than average compared to Nars which goes on colorless and holds up for about 8hrs. So happy that this tube is almost finished !
Moisturizers -Clinique - Turnaround Overnight Radiance Moisturizer

I've been using this for a several years, I switched in between because I felt the need to explore and each time I came back to it. I wake up with a bright, even toned complexion. It's rich so a little goes a long way but this is worth every cent. It's like having a mini facial every night. This has earned its way into my HG products.
Lipstick -Clinique - Colour Surge Bare Brilliance - Cherry Quartz

I'm on my 5th tube of this ! This is very natural on me a pinky red. Granted I have to use a few applications to get the color I want but the effect is always very natural and glossy. I tend to use this when I know I'll be outside as the color looks much healthier and rosy in the sun. This is not a color that I would use at night it adds nothing to your face. My only issue is the staying power , it's essentially a colored lip balm.
My cousin is a MAC artist and she recommended this color to me NW40. This is very creamy and tends to fill in any lines that you may have which then looks cakey. The color at the end of the day tends to turn a little orange. For this to look OK you have to make sure that the area is very well moisturized and that you set with powder. The little jar is nearly finished and I'm now looking for another brand. Not impressed.
Lipstick -Guerlain - Rouge G de Guerlain in 05 Gracieuse

Guerlain products are my weakness, I went into the Guerlain store and saw this color, it seemed like a perfect 'nude'. I've been looking for a nude color for a while, something that gave me a 'lift' but still remained in the nude family. The SA used this over a lip pencil, the used one of the kiss kiss glosses over and the color looked good. I have to make sure to focus on my eyes and cheeks when I wear this. It's not my favorite color but because of the price I force myself to use this. I will not be buying this color again.
Lipstick -Guerlain - Rouge G de Guerlain - 23 Geisha

I'm always in search of the perfect red, and after reading several reviews for this color on a few different sites I decided to give it a try. I went into the Guerlain store in Paris and had a SA show this to me - WOW ! This is a true red (not too blue nor orange) that can be quite elegant and casual at the same time. As with all Guerlain lipsticks the staying power is not great but its very moisturizing. This is very flattering on me and I get compliments when I wear this
This product came so highly recommended by sites such as this and InStyle however this just went on quite pasty and caked later on in the day . I was not impressed.
