i loooove ACV! i bought this to use on my hair after reading about it on MUA. i was very skeptical since my hair just doesn't get shiny! Once i took a whiff of the scent i was even more hesitant to use it since it smells like dirty socks and sweat and bad milk and apple juice! But i took a risk and i was so surprised! I mixed 1 parts ACV with 3 parts water and put it in a water bottle and then drenched my hair with it after shampooing. I left it on for maybe 3 minutes and then rinsed it out and put on some conditioner since i've heard it can be drying. Even as i was rinsing it out of my hair, i felt a difference. My hair felt much smoother! The ACV scent doesn't go away until your hair is completely dry and even so it lingers for a bit but i don't care since my hair is practically reflective! I've been using this once a week for a month or two and it's been great. ***WARNING DO NOT GET THIS IN YOUR EYES OR YOUR MOUTH. IT STINGS LIKE HELL IN THE EYES AND TASTES GROSS AS WELL.

Toners -Alba Botanica - Hawaiian Hibiscus Facial Toner

I love this toner. It smells pleasant, it works well, it soothes my skin. I used this consistently for a year and a half, and it's always been good at clearing up my skin. Lately i've been experimenting with skin care products and home remedies. Whenever i break out from weird ingredients, i jump right back to this toner. Use it for a couple of days, slather some CeraVe moisturizer on top, and my skin is back to normal again. This toner was especially helpful in clearing up my forehead.

Lip Treatments -Christian Dior - Addict Lip Glow Color Reviver Balm

This is a pretty decent lip balm. It turns pretty bright on my lips though, and doesn't last so long. I have to reapply every 2-3 hours or so. The packaging is gorgeous and the lip balm has a pleasant smell and taste to it...sort of minty. In general, i like it. But for nearly 30 bucks? I'm not sure it's worth it. You don't get much product for what you pay for. update: i've been using this for the past 4 months and it's nearly gone. Still, my verdict remains the same. It's just like smashbox's o-gloss except very moisturizing and in balm form. I guess it's flattering but it turns quite bright on me after only a few minutes. Not worth the hype!

Masks -Freeman - Feeling Beautiful - Facial CLAY MASK Avocado & Oatmeal

Just tried this last night. This mask smooths onto my skin like a dream. After using QH for about 4 years, i switched over to this and i'm glad i did. QH was a thick, dry consistency that was hard to spread and this mask spread like butter! I left it on my face for 20 minutes before washing it off. Upon removal i could see that it sucked all the oil out of my face and left my pores tight and small. It was an ACTUAL visible difference, something i never saw with the QH mask. I havent seen a difference regarding acne or blackheads, but it does improve the overall appearance of my skin. I'm pretty satisfied with this product, and it's a steal at $4. OH and just a heads up, this does sting the eyes quite a bit but put a couple slices of cucumber over your eyes and you'll be fine :)

BB Cream -Garnier - BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector - Light/Medium

This smells fantastic. I actually like the scent! It matches my skin tone and the coverage is fairly nice but this "bb cream" never seems to dry! It feels so heavy and sticky on my face i just know it's clogging up pores. Not good. It's waay too oily.

Mascara -Prestige - My Longest Lashes

wow. This mascara lengthened my lashes like almost never before! It's my favorite for the time being, but the most annoying thing about it is that it doesn't hold a curl. Probably because of how it's not waterproof, but i'll live.

well, after reading the rave reviews of lemon juice, i went out to get a bottled version. The first few nights of this seemed to work, but it actually INFLAMED the little flesh colored bumps on my forehead and now they're even more visible than before. I may return to this after i've gotten my skin under control, but for now i'm gonna start using my Alba toner again. EDIT: so it's about 3 weeks since i've started using this daily, and i really do like it. The pimples on my forehead cleared up eventually, and now my skin feels super soft and more even toned. I have changed the way that i used lemon juice though, and i find that this new method is way more effective. After cleansing my face, i put some lemon juice on a cotton ball and use it as an overall toner. Before it dries completely, i put on moisturizer and let everything dry. The moisturizer relievess the stinging sensation immediately! If i have any huge blemishes, i'll go back and spot treat using a q-tip. This has helped tremendously in clearing up my skin. It hasn't completely stopped my breakouts, since i still get new pimples every other day or so, but it draws out the whitehead and helps it mend faster. I don't think it helps all that much with scarring...but i do see a little bit of a difference.

Sleek packaging and good reviews drew me to this product. This mascara simply CANNOT hold a curl. Even with my best lash curler. It's really black, but it clumps due to the excess product on the super thin brush. I don't reccommend this at all.

I thought olive oil was gonna be a miracle product for me but it turned out to be a disaster. i got the best olive oil i could and put a small amount all over, after my shower. 30 minutes later, i was leaving oil marks everywhere i sat. The oil just wouldn't sink in. It just sits on the surface. I do admit that it softens my skin though. It's been about 4 hours since i've applied olive oil and there is still residue. My skin is still slippery ):

Horrible horrible mascara. Wet formula, clumpy, and weighed my lashes down. Couldn't even hold a curl with my favorite lash curler.

Maybe i got a bad batch, just like the review below me. I really wanted to like this product, it had so much promise. It came out looking goopy and my lashes stuck together no matter how hard i tried. My lashes also hardened really quickly. The formula was very wet. I was pretty disappointed with this product but it was cheap, so you get what you pay for.

I've used this product for 4 nights now. The first night, it brought up 4-5 painful pimples on my face. The night after that, those very pimples sort of healed. I'm still breaking out but my skin feels remarkably soft. I believe i'm still in the purging process & hoping for the best. Will update after 2 weeks.

this is a pretty thick cream, and it works pretty well. it just makes my face shiny, but i have pretty dry skin. what i dont like about it is that there's mineral oil in it. and that's suppose to clog pores and whatnot . so ..... :/
