This is my HG toner! Mandelic acid is an AHA, and it works wonderfully at lightly chemically exfoliating my face. Its brilliant. It keeps my skin smooth and clear. The first time I used it, I was shocked at how immediately (the very next morning!) my skin looked and felt. The smell, to be honest, is like pure alcohol. Its very strong and makes my eyes and nose burn when I use too much on a cotton round. Despite that, its the most wonderful product I've discovered.

This is hands down, my HG cleanser. Despite only the 3% mandelic acid, its brilliant at both minimizing my pores and chemically exfoliating my face. I've been using this alongside my Vivant 3% mandelic acid toner and both have done amazing jobs at clearing up any breakouts and keeping my skin even, smooth and clear. Not my favorite scent (none of the products are particularly nose-pleasing), but its brilliant nonetheless.

The ratings just shocked my socks! I haven't noticed any burning, peeling, itching or excessive dryness from using this product at all! I have normal-combo skin and have been breaking out recently, so I purchased this cleanser. It comes out in a clear, gel like consistency that slowly foams up on your face and use rub it in. The smell is quite strong though, but I like it. When I'm done, my face feels a bit tight, but not overly dry at all. I just use my regular Aveeno moisturizer, and I'm set. I haven't noticed too much acne treating, but I'm thinking its more for an all over prevention than a treatment. Oh well. But its really not as bad as the reviews say it to be!

Styling Products -Clairol - Herbal Essences Touchably Smooth Smoothing Mousse

This mousse is AMAZING. It claims that "My formula delivers a foamy dose of softness and smoothness that helps keep everything just the way you like it." And it does exactly what it claims. The directions say to shake it up, flip it over and foam it out, and work it through damp hair. I follow these directions and then do my own thing. When I come out of the shower, I blow dry my hair on cool, till its damp but not soaking wet. I then foam out a golfball size onto my palm and work it into my roots and comb my hair through with my fingers. I then continue with my after-shower hair routine. When my hair is dry, I flat-iron, and then dampen my hands and use this mousse through my straightened hair to tame frizz and help my hair stay straight and nice. It leaves my hair flexible and soft, but keeps it the way I want it, which is what it claimed to do in the first place. I love this product, its so affordable and works wonderfully. I definitely recommend this. *Note: I have thick, coarse, dry hair.

To be honest, I bought this because I was looking for a cheap thrill mascara from the d/s. And this was around 7 dollars, so I bought it. The packaging is adorable, and thats the only thing I like about it really. I have NEVER gotten spider lashes as quickly as I have with this mascara. It was ridiculous. I tried multiple ways of layering, wearing one coat alone, etc. The only thing that worked was one single, no layering at all, natural coat. Then I let it dry fully and went in again with the mascara. It wasn't too bad, but I am not a fan. Plus, the smell is horrific.

Skincare - Face -Shiseido - Benefiance NutriPerfect Night Cream

I originally purchased this night cream for my mother's mature skin, as it is its purpose. It comes in a gorgeous gold-top container, and the weight is so nice. Not the best cream to carry around with you for trips, but you could always scoop some out into a smaller, plastic jar. The cream comes with a small scoop so that you don't have to constantly dip your fingers into the cream, reintroducing germs, etc. The cream itself is very rich and moisturizing, though some could find it a bit greasy. But it soaks into the skin nicely, and leaves your skin feeling soft and supple. Its heavenly, really. I bought this for myself after stealing a bit from my mother :) Although I don't yet have mature skin, its amazing just as a nighttime cream, especially for my dry skin. I would totally recommend, and although the cream is on the pricey side ($93!), its very much worth it.

Maybe Baby is a very light, flory, and fruity scent. The notes that really stand out to me are Cyclamen and Peach. There is a very light musk scent that comes out in the drydown, which is really nice.

I bought this on a whim. As I always do with Benefit. Something about the brand just draws me to it everytime I go to sephora, ulta, or any other department store. One Hot Minute is a shimmery rose gold loose powder that I use to highlight my face. I have light-med skin, and this works best as a all-around face highlighter. Its very pretty on, but the hassle of using the product is a bit too much for me. I wouldn't repurchase.

Birthday Suit is a gorgeous shimmery taupe color, both in the pan and on the lids. Its a swipe-and-go color, as well as a base for both neutral and smoky eye looks. I love it paired with Mac Satin Taupe, Nars Ashes to Ashes and Benefit Where There's Smoke and Fawn Over Me Velvet Shadows. Beautiful!

I love this! RSVP is a golden, shimmery champagne color that is so easy to swipe all over the lid. I pair it a lot with matte browns to create a very simple neutral eye look.

Its marketed as a blush, which I cannot use it as. Its much too light. Instead, I use it as a highlighter for my cheekbones. It gives a subtle yet beautiful glow to my cheekbones. Its a bit pricey for a highlighter, so I probably wouldn't purchase again.
