I've been using this mascara for.... a long time. I started using it because my sister said it's what the Victoria's Secret models use for the runway. (Not sure if it's still true, but it was back then). I've tried other mascaras during only to be disappointed or horrified. I bought Clump Crusher a few weeks ago and didn't like it at all. Diorshow in black (090) is it for me. It's true it does seem to dry out quickly, and towards the end of its life the top will never screw on quite right, which I think contributes to the drying. It is on the expensive side... but it's so worth it for me. The price *has* gone down over the years, and it's now $25. I love it and will probably keep using for a long time.... highly recommended.

I just found a sample packet of this and started using it... and was so sad to find that it's discontinued. I love it! It makes my bare skin look way better when I don't want to wear makeup, and looks great underneath makeup as well.

I've been using this stuff since 2006. They don't sell it in stores any more, but it's still available online, thank goodness. I use shade C most of the year and switch to shade D in the summer. I've never had a better color match. It's just perfect for my skin. I've tried many others in the past 6-7 years, and nothing has even come close, in color and in texture.

Blush -NARS - Orgasm Blush

I love this blush. Over Christmas, I put it on half the women in my family, and it looked better on all of them than the blushes they were currently using. I know that was enough to convert at least my mom, who now uses it daily. I guess the shimmer is controversial. Personally, I love it. I have light-medium skin and I never-ever notice any sparkliness, just a natural glow. My mom is in her fifties and would look silly with sparkles, but this just warms her right up.

Eyes -Unlisted Brand - Roux - Lash & Brow Tint

I have long, fairly dark lashes already, but the roots and ends are light, so I thought dying them dark black would give more pop overall. The effect is subtle... I don't think anyone would notice but me. It makes my eyes look just a bit more lined, which is nice. I'll probably do this every once in a while, but it doesn't make a big enough difference for me to do it all the time. Having read a bunch of reviews, I was very careful during application. It turned out to be very easy, in my opinion. I used a qtip and a magnifying mirror. I had no problems with the liquid running. I found it easy to stay on my lashes and never got any in my eyes. I got one small dot one the skin under my eye when I was doing my bottom lashes, but it's no big deal, not really noticeable. The packaging is okay.. reviews below talk about blister packs, which would have been horrible, but apparently they've changed the packaging since then and it now comes in little bottles.
