This is my first BeneFit blush and I like it enough, but it hasn't been my go to color. I bought it based on more than a few reviews that stated it was good on any skin tone.My usual blush brush doesn't pick up as mush pigment as the smaller angle ones that comes with it. The application was nicer when I used the brush they provided. The color looks alright for day wear but doesn't give me the wow factor I was looking for. I'll stick to coral or something with a bit more shimmer when going out on a saturday night.

Lips -Unlisted Brand - Mox Botanicals - Coconut Almondine Lip Butter

The first thing I do with any product is smell its contents. It smells exactly what the name suggests.. coconut and almond. It reminds me of a truffle made with marzipan... sweet and rich. I rub the lip butter twice to fully coat my lips. Feels soft and silky at first. Stayed on my lips for more than half the day. LOVE the packaging! There’s some weight to it which makes it easier to find in my purse. Says on their website they refill your butter at a lower cost if you send them your empty container. Score!

Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Mox Botanicals - ASP Solid Perfume

Ever had perfume open in your bag and lose half the liquid before you even noticed? ASP is a solid perfume which means I can take it with me anywhere knowing it won’t spill. This is the first solid perfume I’ve tried. Lasts way longer than the lavender lotion bar I tried last summer. The packaging is beautiful and practical. This full size perfume fits in the clutch I take dancing Saturday night. I can say that about my last liquid purchase. Hints of Rose and Sandalwood hit my senses at first use. It’s a scent I could use during the day at the office or out on a date. Scents can be so personal, but I would definitely recommend this for a friend who was looking for something versatile. Bonus: paraben and sulfate free!

Lipstick -Clinique - Long Last in "Heather Moon"

I bought this lipstick along with a gloss to add extra shine. On its own the shade won’t stay very long on my lips. If i eat or drink water that process is sped up significantly. It feels good going on, but not a great look on its own... you’d have to re-apply more than you want to. You're better off with a stain from Tarte.

Eye Shadow -MAC - magenta madness

Mac eye shadow has always treated me well. The pigments are bold and stay on your lid with the right brush. I have used my fingers before in a hurry, but the shadow creases more easily on my oily lids. I love the magenta over a smokey eye base or lighter highlighter. It can pop or blend into other tones well. Mix and match your own compact. The mix and match shadows are cheaper and you get to have just the colors you want. Love.

Makeup Brushes -MAC - 235 Split Fibre All Over Eye Brush

I've had this brush for 6 plus years and it has never failed me. I use it for shadow and blending everyday. It picks up color well and deposits on your lid immediately. The fluff of the brush if you will allows for blending. You can clean it easily and the handle is a great length. I would recommend buying this brush if you don't feel like getting the entire set

I love this body lotion. It smells AMAZING, that is if you like citrus scents. It's a very creamy lotion and feels like body butter after you put it on. The packaging is a wide mouth jar. You know when you're almost out and you don't have to have a bottle upside down all night to get the last of the product out for use. Pick this up.

I use this lotion for healing tattoos. It's hydrating and non-greasy. You can buy the travel size for more than half the cost and use for more than a month depending on your ink. Great lotion!

Top/Base Coats -OPI - Ridge Filler

The filler works well to smooth out any dips or ridges a buffer can't smooth out. Works a tiny bit better than a base coat. I use it on my mom or older ladies with less than perfect nails. OPi makes my favorite brush when it comes to polishes. Only one coat is needed for this filler. Two coats for the lacquer.

Styling Products -Aquage - Beyond Shine

This is a great styling product. I use it as a finishing spray most of the time. I also use it as a heat protector before curling my hair or using any type of heat source. It's not sticky and adds a great shine to your strands. Layering the product isn''t an issue. Hold and spray a good twelve inches from your hair to lightly mist for best results.

Moisturizers -Estee Lauder - Estee Lauder Daywear Lotion SPF 15

This is a lightweight moisturizer that feels great on my skin. I like the smell and its SPF 15 is awesome. I find it a bit pricy but it has lasted me awhile. I would get it when they offer a gift with purchase.

Styling Products -Aveda - Be Curly Curl Control (old) [DISCONTINUED]

This product didn't agree with my hair. If my hair is somewhat dry it gets hard and pulls out strands while I"m trying to style. I'm not sure how it enhances curls. I put it on my towel dried hair and defused it...not sure it helped.

Polishes -Unlisted Brand - Nails Inc - Magnetic Polishes

This polish is awesome. It gives a textured look, but is smooth to the touch. The magnet cap is great and super easy to use. The lip on the end helps you balance the magnet over your nail. Other brands have a separate magnet and they don't seem to be as effective. The wave design is very beautiful. My favorite color in this series is silver. At this point, I would suggest this brand over any other magnetic polish. Great buy for yourself or as a gift!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot in Painterly

Great eye primer! Sometime I'll use it and won't put any shadows over it--just a bit of eyeliner and mascara and I'm good to go. I recommend it for anyone who complains about greasy eyelids. Should last 1-2 years at least!

This is my favorite eye liner ever. I've been using it for 5 plus years. With the right brush, it goes on smooth over any deep pigmented shadow or crayon. I've used it for dramatic looks, day wear and special FX for Halloween and other costume parties. Lasts a very long time. A MUST HAVE!
