This does not budge. It stayed in place w/o flaking throughout a 2-hour ballet class. That is all!
I love any product that makes me look better with minimal effort. My hair is long, fine and straight, and when I air-dry normally, it looks...long, fine and straight. Bb Texture gives me texture, lift at the roots, and a little body throughout. disclaimer: I love that kind of gritty, second-day hair with what I like to think of as "good frizz." Think Clemence Poesy hair - this delivers. I emulsify a pea-sized drop in my palms and work it into damp roots, and then I do another, just slightly, bigger drop and work it into the lengths of my hair. I let it air-dry almost all the way, then spend just a couple of minutes blow-drying the roots sideways for body, then air-dry the rest of the way. My hair is still straight - it won't create wave on it's own - but it has lots of lift and texture. And while it is pricey, it will last forever - I use 2 pea-sized drops every other day.
Mascara -Almay - One Coat Nourishing Mascara Triple Effect

Holy HG!!! I'd used L'Oreal/Maybelline mascaras for years, but one day out of the blue my L'Oreal Voluminous Definition made my eyes itch. I kept using it, thinking it was a fluke, but the itching persisted, so I decided to try Almay, and this is the best mascara I've ever used. The brush is a little different - longer on one side than on the other - and the results are really good. I comb the longer side through my lashes and it makes them look really long and defined, and then, if I want, go over it again with the shorter side for more volume. I do have to wipe the tip of the wand with a tissue before using to avoid clumps, but that's no big deal. It stays on all day, doesn't flake, and removes easily with my normal oil cleanser.
I adore Lipstick Queen! Everything about the line, to me, is near perfect. The packaging is beautiful, the saint v. sinners is a nice concept, and I am loving the return to old-world, lipstick glamour. As for Saint Wine, the color is a deep-but-sheer plummy wine; really beautiful for a fall evening. The texture is very light, and it sinks right into your lips. To me it's almost a cross between a lipstick and a lip stain, and it is not shiny at all. After 30 minutes of wear, I could not feel the product on my lips and assumed it had worn off. But I looked in the mirror and saw that my lips were actually still stained that gorgeous plum-wine shade. There is no scent or flavor, just a bit of what smells like wheat or germ oil.
This is a truly great mascara. Lots of volume and length with no clumps, no flaking. If you really want a lot of volume, it takes a bit of time to build it up, but it doesn't clump even as you add on layers. The only thing that would keep me from repurchasing is the cheesy packaging (yellow and purple? seriously?). I've found that L'Oreal's new extra volume collagen mascara performs similarly, in a simple black tube. Maybe I'm just being silly, but packaging appearance does make a difference to me : )
My first Chanel lipstick, and to be honest, I am a little disappointed, especially at a $30 price tag. The packaging is fantastic, and the color, a warm coral-y red, is beautiful. But the texture! The lippie is a bit hard and doesn't glide easily onto lips. It takes a lot of the product to build up color, and then it fades quickly. Sorry to say it doesn't come close to my HG red lipsticks, Max Factor Vivid Impact.
Moisturizers -Aveeno - Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer SPF 30

I'm honestly kind of surprised at all the negative reviews here. I adore this moisturizer. It's one of the few drugstore-priced lotions that is oil-free with an effective SPF of 30. I've been using this for several weeks now, and it hasn't made me break out at all. The shimmer particles in it are tiny (TINY!) and don't really show up on me once the product has sunk in. The texture is nice and light, not greasy or shiny. My skin is pretty much normal, and this is the perfect amount of moisture for me. To be perfectly honest though, when winter comes around again, I'll probably have to either switch to something a bit richer or layer this over a serum or something. Another plus: I can dab it right around my eyes without stinging them, which means I don't have to use a separate sunscreen for my eye area! (FYI, I'm pretty sure the new tinted formulas of this do not have an effective SPF. Go figure.)
Finally a nude I can wear! I have naturally highly pigmented lips, so most nude glosses look like nothing on me, and most nude lipsticks wash me out. I think this one works so well because it's sheer but more highly pigmented than most glosses. It's so sexy, and lasts longer than your average lip gloss. I took a point off for the high price, but I honestly don't mind paying - it's that beautiful.
This one flaked awfully on me every time I used it. I will stick with my L'Oreal Voluminous!
Liquid -Flirt - Act Natural Light And Sheer Foundation

I've finally found a tinted moisturizer that works for me! The consistency of this is a little thicker/more opaque than many tinted moisturizers, but definitely more sheer than foundation. I tried Laura Mercier oil-free tm, but it turned orange on my skin. This one (I have it in Nude Envy) is perfect! It's sheer but it evens my skintone and leaves me looking natural and glowy but not shiny. It has antioxidants too. The only con is the uneffective SPF, but I wear a different sunscreen under it anyway. I recommend this to anyone.
This is a no-joke exfoliator: I mean it is a REALLY rough scrup. But, it is the best exfoliator I've found for hands, feet, and elbows. It has a nice fresh-fruity scent that's not too strong, and the bar form makes it so much easier to use and so much less messy than normal scrubs. I keep it in the shower and use it almost everyday on hands, feet, elbows. Plus bar soaps are really economical - this lasts a long time.
Gels/Soaps -L'Occitane - Amande Cleansing and Soothing Shower Oil

I use this as a shaving oil for my legs and I love it! It smells wonderful and lathers up nicely (not as much as a traditional body wash, though, so it may take some getting used to). I get a close shave, but the best part is how moisturized and soothed my legs feel after shaving with this. I usually get dry, flaky, bumpy legs after shaving, but with this I don't even need lotion after shaving!
This is so versatile! When it's humid out, I work a dab of this through my hair while it's still damp; it keeps frizzies and flyaways away. The rest of the time, I use it as a finishing product. I wear my hair wavy, and a dab of this gives my waves texture, definition and shine without being sticky or greasy.
Agree with all the other reviewers: this is not peach at all. More like a mid-tone pink with just a touch of plum. It goes on sheer, and it has no shimmer at all, so this is usually the blush I wear to work. Overall, great color and texture.
A gorgeous peachy-gold shimmer with just a touch of pink. The shimmer particles in this don't really read as shimmer on the skin, rather as a soft, "lit-from-within" glow. For a glowy summer look, I use bronzer (in the "3" shape) and then use this on the apples of my cheeks with MAC's 129 brush. It's gorgeous and sheer!
