Lotions/ Creams -Philosophy - Amazing Grace Firming Body Emulsion

I love this lotion! 6 weeks ago I broke my ankle and had surgery and now I'm in one of those walking boots. The skin around my ankle and half way up my leg was so dry I couldn't even shave. I tried and it was like the razor shredded my skin and it bled and bled. Skin was so dry that I could peel it off. Finally I can stand to touch my foot and move it around some so last night I used this lotion on it twice. It's amazing the results I got. The dry skin is completely gone this morning and the skin looks soft and moist. I just ordered the body wash and lotion for my daugher in law. I think she's going to love it as much as I do. I will always have this in my bathroom.

Moisturizers -Philosophy - Hope in a Jar - for all skin types

I really like this moisturizer. I tried it years ago and thought it broke me out but I've discovered that I was probably using too much. Apply it with a light hand. Anyway. The reason I tried it again was because of my sister. She only uses Philosophy products and looks 15 years younger than she is. Her skin is beautiful. I started my Philosophy routine about 2 months ago and I'm loving the results. I know people complain about the smell but I say don't change a thing about it. It works. As far as cost it is quite economical as it will last forever. a 4 oz. jar will last me close to a year. Remember with all Philosophy products. Less is more. I say give it a try. If it doesn't work for you - you can always return it. The Philosophy website has a 60 day return policy and often has specials and sales.

Cleansers -Philosophy - Purity Made Simple (Real Purity Cleanser)

Love, love, love this cleanser. I have oily sensitive skin and haven't had any break-outs or clogged pore problems with it at all. The black heads on my nose are gone and It leaves me feeling moisturized and prepared for the rest of my skincare routine. (also Philosophy). It does seem expensive at first but a bottle will last you forever as it only takes a pump or two use. If you buy the 32 oz. and (for me) it lasts well over a year it comes out to $2 a month. I think that's pretty cheap actually. As to smell I haven't noticed any smell at all. Maybe I need to pay more attention. I use this in the evening to remove my makeup including my waterproof eyeliner and mascara and in the morning I use it with the exfoliating wash. BTW I notice a lot of you asking about pumps. You can go to philosophy.com and buy 8 oz, 16 oz, 24 oz and 32 oz pumps for $1.25 ea..

I've been searching for a sun block lotion that wouldn't break me out and leave me shiney. This does leave some shine but I just use a primer (The Present) over top and I'm good to go. I've been using it for about 6 weeks now and even though I have very sensitive skin I've never had a problem with this

Hair -Sacha Cosmetics - Sally - Hair One Hair Cleanser and Conditioner

Love love love this product. My hair is so dry and damaged and it is nice to finally find something that softens it. FYI I have short hair that I dye red and I only leave this on for about 3 minutes with about 9 pumps and it works just fine. I wet my hair, run some HO through it, rinse and add more product to stay in my hair while I finish my shower. Then I rinse it out and use one pump on my wet hair as a leave-in.I only wash my hair 1-2 times a week. I let it air dry and then use a straightener with Beyond the Zone Turn Up the Heat (also from Sally's) and then I run some PM Super Skinny Serum through it, Every 3 or 4 shampoos I use neutrogena clarifying shampoo and then use the hair one as usual. I have no problem with greasiness. I use the olive oil and the argan oil 50/50 and my hair feels like silk from wash to wash. I can't stop touching it. I must say that I tried WEN (and I think this is better) and returned it.. I always keep a couple of extra bottles in my cabinet. The only thing I don't like about it is the packaging the pump runs out with about 1/2 of the product left. Very wasteful. Anyway try it if you have dry and damaged hair. What do you have to lose? Sally's has an awesome return policy.

wasn't sure when I bought this if it would work for me or not. But at Sally's you can always return items you don't like. First for my hair - extremely dry/ porous and damaged. I use this product as a leave-in and it is just awesome! My hair has never felt so soft and looked so shiney. So for all of you girls out there on the fence about this product. Give it a try. I'm going back to buy some for my sister. ! The way I use it is to spray about 4 pumps in my hands and rub together then rub through my hair from the back - then I repeat but rub in from the front. Awesome.

Styling Products -Paul Mitchell - Super Skinny Serum

My hair is coarse, dry and frizzy. But I love SSS. First I use a couple of pumps on my damp hair, blow dry, style and then use some as a finishing serum. Leaves my hair soft and shiney and I don't think I could ever use too much. I've never had a problem with it making my hair greasy. Love the smell and the packaging is pretty cool too. I like the way that the lid screws off so I can refill the small travel size from the 5.1 oz. This is one of my "must have" hair products. But truthfully I buy the generic brand at Sally's.. Same ingredients and works the same. It's not bad to save some money in this economy.

Styling Products -Beyond The Zone - Turn Up the Heat

My hair is naturally curly, coarse thick and colored. I section off my hair and use it on dry hair with my straightener. It's awesome at heat protection as well as wonderful at making my hair soft and shiny. I use it everyday for the shine factor alone. Sally's often has sales so this isn't expensive and one bottle lasts for months and months. They also have a liberal return policy - if you don't like it just return it for a refund. If you have dry hair you should definitely give this a try. EDIT: I am still loving this. Makes my normally straw like colored hair soft and shiney! EDIT: Love this, It is one of my favorite hair styling products.
