A great balm from a wonderful line of products. Just be sure to warm up the balm in your fingertips before application. This product is best used at night for those with normal to combination skin, as it's a bit too heavy for me during the day. I've also used a little bit on my lips as a lip salve and it works wonderfully.

This is one of my favorite eye creams. It's not too greasy, absorbs quickly and has a nice delicate scent. It's expensive, but lasts a long time, so it's a good treat if you want to splurge.

A nice simple serum that will provide extra hydration when needed. A nice bonus is that it's packaged in glass with an easy to use eye dropper. The only con is the price.

Hair -Pantene - Smooth & Sleek Frizz Down Deep Fortifying Treatment

I was shocked when I first used this treatment conditioner. I had purchased it at WalMart for $2.97 as an impulse buy and I'll be adding this to my product lineup. Not only does it restore moisture to your hair, it does so in a non-greasy way which leaves your hair super soft. It works just as well as any salon product with similar claims at a fraction of the price.

I bought the 1" Chi cermaic flat iron after reading all the positive reviews. Here are some comments: Pros -digital thermometer allows you to set the temperature up to 400 degrees - heats up fast - straightens my long, thick hair quickly -ceramic plates did not do a lot of damage Cons - not dual voltage so you can't take this outside of 110v areas (a huge bummer for those of us who travel a lot) - died after 1 year of use I bought this off Costco.com for a under $80 so I can't complain too much. I have since puchased at T3 flat iron and like it a lot more.

Primer/ Corrector -Stila - One Step Correct

A great primer if you don't need more than just some additional hydration. The three colored helix looks cool, but I'm not entirely sure that it will help too much if your skintone is very uneven. That said, it makes my skin look dewyier and has not caused any clogged pores. I'll buy this again, but will also be looking for another product that will give me more bang for my buck.

Treatments -Moroccanoil - Morrocan Oil Treatment

After seeing MoroccanOil products at numberous salons I gave their oil treatment a try. I'd have to say this is one of the best products out there to combat dry ends. I have long thick hair and it has helped bring back shine and moisture. I use a pea-sized amount on wet hair and after a blowdry and flat iron, my hair is left shiny and not greasy. I will definitely buy this again, but next time, in the larger format.

Powders -Jane Iredale - Pure Matte Finishing Powder

A great mineral powder if you don't have overly oily skin. I have combination skin and it's great for areas aside from my T-zone. Note that if you're even slightly oily, you'll likely have to reapply. That said, Jane Iredale has great mineral products that don't harm your skin.

Mascara -Bourjois - Effet Liner Mascara

Perhaps this is a better product for those with long lashes. I have short, straight lashes and it certainly did not create a "liner" effect. The product itself is a bit messy. I'm very careful in how I handle my mascara wands, but after a few weeks there was a very thick ring on the tube itself. Add another week and the mascara basically had clumped/dried to form a plasticy ring that is hard to remove. This is an ok mascara, but I won't be buying it again based on the price and final effect on my lashes.
