LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this stuff!!!! It is a miracle! I use it daily, under my moisturizers and I can say with conviction, it saves my skin from hard water, dehydration, and from looking just plain tired. If I really want a glow, I put it on OVER my moisturizer. Kate rocks!!!!! Believe me, I have tried it all!

My advice.............don't fall for the infomericial. This stuff is atrocious! The product is cakey and it makes your skin feel weird and it does not feel natural on the skin. It also burned my skin a bit (making it feel irritated) - which lets me know that it's not "all minerals". There is no way all of those actresses would wear this stuff, it is too cheap!!! The brushes that come with the set are cheap as well - the hairs fall out of the brush and all over your face AND they are so coarse!! Please don't waste your money.

I am a tried and true Kate Somerville fan! This product is one I will not go without. It is pretty expensive, but the results are amazing. I had been using this product with Kate in a Jar, for just a couple of weeks and my dermatologist said, "your skin looks amazing!" ........no facials, no peels, just all Kate. If anyone saw her on tv, she did pass along a tip that is very helpful!!!! - the lid of this jar does unscrew.......so you can get every drop out, even after the pump stops dispensing. This is a great product!!!!!

Lip Treatments -La Mer - Lip Balm

Luxurious product that really works. Yes, it is pricey and not for the people who love Chapstick. This is definitely for the women that like to feel pampered. It is a treat to put this on and the smell is wonderful. I put it on every night before bed and my lips are so soft in the morning. It is also great under any lipcolor. Love this stuff.

THE BEST, BEST, BEST BODY MOISTURIZER OUT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is nothing like La Mer Body Lotion..........believe me, I have tried. If it weren't for the steep price tag, I would be indulging in this luxury day and night. When I was using it for a couple of weeks, I slithered into bed one night and my boyfriend said, "YOUR SKIN IS SOOOOO SOFT!!!" (I hadn't even put it on that day - what they claim is true.........you get to a point where you don't have to wear it every day). My boyfriend is not the observant type that would comment on an overpriced body lotion either. I LOVE this stuff!!!!!

Cleansers -La Mer - Cleansing Gel

THIS IS MY FAVORITE CLEANSER!!!! It doesn't irritate my eyes and I can lather up my entire face, leave it on while I shampoo my hair..........and NO irritation. I love it!!! I couldn't believe it when I read the negative reviews. La Mer hit the mark with this cleanser. It removes everything and is just so clean. I have a theory that if it burns the heck out of my eyes, I don't want it on my skin and there are so many horrible cleanser out there that either burn your eyes and smell, or they leave a film and make you break out. Not this one. I have been using it for 2 years with not one complaint.

2 bad things about this............1) it makes your face oily if you wear it during the day........2) it doesn't seem to have any benefits. Kind of a waste of money :(

Sunscreen -Kate Somerville - Protect SPF 30

I love this sunscreen!!!! I have been resistent to wearing sunscreen religiously, as it usually makes my face look oily after an hour or so. This sunscreen goes on and disappears...........no chalky looking skin..........no film! It actually makes my foundation go on easier, like a primer. Now, I look forward to wearing sunscreen. (it does have a frangrance..........kind of a soap smell - that clean scent) - but that is only evident if you wear it alone, without anything over it. Love this product!!!!!!

I am coming back to this cream. I ventured out, thinking that there was something better - going to the Kate Somerville's expensive $150/jar and La Mer. There is nothing that give such great overnight hydration and at such a great price. This is one of their better products.
