This shade of green makes my green eyes look great. I decided to try Mildew after I discovered I didn't pack my favorite GA green pencil for a business trip. First I line my eyes with a bronze gel e/l and then place Mildew on top of the bronze liner. UD liners are the best-wears well and stays put.

Lipstick -MAC - Fanfare Cremesheen

SA talked me into buying this against my better judgement. On my NW30 skin it looks absolutely horrid. Looks cakey and almost mat on. Lipstick should look good when applied- if I have to "work" to make a l/s look right it's not worth it.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Visibly Bright Daily Facial Cleaner

It sure brightened my face- beet red, dried out and looks like sh*t. This might work it your face is extremely oily, but if you have normal / dry skin avoid this like the plague. I use BHAs and various other exfolients and this garbage is harsh.

Polishes -Chanel - Le Vernis Nail Colour in Paradoxal #509

This color looks great when I'm tan. Applies smoothly, but this looks better in the bottle than on the nails. The shimmer which looks so beautiful doesn't show on the nails, unfortunately. Wears well with out chipping or peeling for a week.

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Spark Glossimer

Beautiful red with gold sparkle. No taste, no stickiness, a red for ladies who don't wish to do bold, vibrant, or OTT red. Spark is still one sexy red.

Polishes -Sally Hansen - Nailgrowth Miracle Nail Polish

This is absolutely the worst product. Nightmare to apply this thick, goopy mess. The most slowest drying polish. The brush picks up too much polish. Maybe because the consistency is like molasses. Waste of $$. Bought this in Natural Sienna-great color/crappy polish.

Looks far better in the bottle than on my nails. Application is streaky, but needs at least two coats to get rid of the streakiness. It didn't work for me. I don't think it's a classy color at all- at least on me. On my nails Peridot was just a cheap,cheesy gold with green flash. If you like the color of Japanese beetles, go for it.

Black enough, but it felt like I was applying a cross between paste and Elmer's Glue to my lash line. Didn't smear, wore well, but I hated the glue/paste feel.

Smells like a cross between root beer and a head shop. Great sillage and it lasts on the skin. Very sweet. Unfortunately, I don't wear it well.

I bought into the hype. This is the worst eyeliner product I've ever tried. No color payoff. I can't even get enough product on the brush to apply to an eye without sticking the applicator into the base to get more product to finish lining. Takes forever to dry.

Not waterproof. Flakes. Fades.The brush is garbage. Remember when you were a little kid and you would get those cheap watercolor paint sets with the crappy brush? Well, Maybelline must be using these brushes. This is headed for the trash.

Lipstick -Cover Girl - Lip Perfection in Sultry

This is for the Lip Perfection line. It looks like it would be a great neutral/nude color. Unfortunately, this didn't work for me. The color applied lighter than it appears in the tube, it has a slight fragrance, plus a greasy feel which is unpleasant. In fact, I eventually wiped it off because it felt so gross. Maybe I got a bad tube, but I wouldn't try this line again,

Don't you wonder how this crap makes "the Best"list? I guess ad executives figure if they keep writing how great this garbage is women will continue to believe their hype. I wouldn't wear this if it was free. Doesn't add length, volume, thickness, flakes, smears, great product if you like racoon eyes.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot in Painterly

The MA suggested this for me. I could feel the drag as it was applied. Was it too old/dried out? I don't know, but it looked flat and ugly on. Then she applied the shadow next, And it still continued to look bad. I wouldn't have taken it home if it had been a gift. I'm glad I didn't waste money on Painterly.

In the tube this looks to be a true red. Unfortunately, it morphs into a loud pinkish red on my pigmented lips. Great quality, smooth application, and leaves an even stain on lips. I wouldn't buy this again because this shade doesn't work for me. I won't downgrade a product because the color isn't right for me or if the product is expensive. Come on, you know what the product costs when you buy it. All in all, an excellent l/s.
