Tinted Moisturizer -Vichy - Lumineuse - Tinted Moisturizer

I don't get the high reviews for this product. The shade selection is horrible. The lightest shade, 01 Clair, is too dark and way too peachy - almost orange! - for any light to light medium tones. Texture is a little tacky as well. Maybe a previous version of the product was great, but the current one, not so much.

Lovely reddish coral lipstick. Moisturizing enough, and with enough color to liven up my face while remaining office appropriate.
Pros: - Subtle, wearable shades - The darker shades can be used as liners with very little fallout. So easy to work with! - Very well matched set - Long lasting, without a primer Cons - Bulky packaging - the drawer with the brushes is useless and just adds up to the size - The shades are leaning towards cool toned. I am warm-neutral, so they still work for me, but I can see this washing out warmer toned ladies.
Moisturizers -Garden of Wisdom - Coconut Revival Cream

Sigh. Really wanted to love this cream - wonderful ingredients and smells delicious. However, my oily, acne prone skin did not like it and clogged like crazy. It does work wonderfully as a hand cream, so at least it did not go to waste.
The color is lovely, the most beautiful rose/brown with a hint of peach that looks super natural while livening up your face. On lazy days, this is all you need to walk out the door. However, while it has a creamy and silky texture, it dries up really quickly, and vanishes. Expect to reapply often. But the color is pure perfection.
Eye Shadow -Chanel - Les 4 Ombre Quadra Eye Shadow 81 Beige Velours

My first Chanel eye shadows, and probably my last. The packaging is beautiful, and the shades looked like the perfect neutral, sheer but noticeable enough to give a polished look. I have to use a lot of product for it to show, and I'm specially disappointed with the peach shade, which looks like a sheer nude wash, with no noticeable effect brightening my eyes. The other three shades are not great, but not awful either. Plus, in a few hours, they creased badly - cheaper drugstore eye shades did not crease on me. Not worth the money, I think.
This is a great mascara that provides beautiful volume. Nice black, slightly glossy color, and makes your lashes look thick without being spidery. It does flake a bit, and after a month or so, the formula is a bit clumpier.
Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Iconic High Definition Lash Curler Mascara

Love, love, love. Gives me beautiful long lashes that do not look made up. No clumps, just natural looking lengthy lashes.
I had liked the original Lash Blast quite a bit, and decided to try the "Luxe" version in the blue color. It is a bit drier, and harder to work with than the original - the glitter makes it harder to build up, so it was always barely noticeable. As hard as I looked, I never managed to see any sort of color (was hoping for a subtle hint of blue, but nothing). I´ll stick with the regular Last Blash
Foundations -Meow Cosmetics - Pampered Puss Mineral Foundation

The variety of shades offered by Meow is quite extensive, almost overwhelming, but I found a really good match quite easily with Frisky Korat. It feels very natural, and keeps my generally oily skin reasonably oil free. And my hyper sensitive acne prone skin seems to take this foundation ok. The big drawbacks: - It is quite sheer. It does not offer nearly enough coverage to tone down redness from acne. - There is a big difference in color between Frisky and Naughty, so if you happen to fall in between, you might have to mix.
Liquid -Annabelle - SkinTrue Natural Lightweight Makeup

I've been using it for a week, and so far, I am happy to have found a good match for my light medium olive skin tone in an inexpensive foundation (Medium Beige). Coverage is light, but enough to even my skin tone and tone down redness, and I like that it sets into a matte, soft, almost powdery finish. I have skin that tends to oily, and so far, it has remained reasonably oil free for most of the day.
Eye Shadow -Lise Watier - Eye shadow quartet 'Les Basiques'

If you are warm toned, avoid this. The shades are ashy and made me look even more tired than without makeup. Champagne and Chocolat, Les Neutres or even Les Clasiques for an understated look are far more flattering if you have warm undertones.
Eye Shadow -Lise Watier - Eye shadow Quartet "Les Peacock"

One of my favorite palettes from Lise Watier. The teal is gorgeous for a pop of color, and the pink is a beautiful grown-up pink, that looks feminine without making you look pink eyed. Creamy texture, and blends like a dream.
Powder -Shiseido - Perfect Smoothing Compact Foundation SPF 15

In the eternal quest for a foundation that covers redness from acne, looks natural and does not make my skin get super oily, I decided to try this based on other MUA reviews. I am very happy so far! I am using O20, and during summer, it stays put, keeps my skin shine free, and melds into it, covering just right. Unfortunately, it is rather on the expensive side, and it is a little too dark for use in winter. I have been unable to find lighter shades on Sephora or The Bay - the O20 is hard enough to find as it is!
Not a big fan of it. In theory, it sounded like it would help calm down my breakouts. It did not seem to do much. The texture is kind of sticky, and it does not absorb quickly, so can't use it under makeup. And even using only at night, felt too sticky. And it did not help much either.
