Eyeliner -Wet 'n' Wild - Eye Pencils

I think this is just an average/below average liner thats only saving grace is its low price. I wanted this liner to work cause I really like WNW products (blush, bronzer, teal liquid liner) but it doesn't last long at all. It went on smoothly and looked great after inital application, but after one hour it was totally smudged off! I'll stick to one of my other 200 liners!!!
