I really don't know what to think about this foundation...except that I may have completely wasted my money on it. I bought it because of the many wonderful reviews on here...but when I got it home, I was not AT ALL thrilled. It is so unbelievably heavy on my face...and cakey as well! Believe me, I'm all for full-coverage foundations, but this was just too much for me. It's so heavy, and it makes my face look completely fake and unnatural. No matter how much I moisturize and apply primer, it makes my dry spots EXTREMELY noticeable...to the point where I have to take off all my makeup and redo it with another foundation because I am so embarrassed of how it looks. So if you have dry skin...I would definitely not even try this product. I've tried applying this multiple ways...with a brush, a sponge, and my fingers, and it all comes out the same. The only reason why I gave it this amount of lippies is because it really does stay on for a long time...it won't wear off at all. And, if and only if, I mix it with what I have left of my MUF HD foundation, it makes for a good night-out foundation...because it's dark out, the flakiness and heaviness doesn't appear so noticeable. Plus, if you're going for a fun night out, you want your makeup to last. I will never repurchase this foundation ever again...those who found this to be your HG are lucky...I'm still looking for mine. ): But for now, I'll stick with this for my nights out.

Lipstick -NYX - Round Lipstick in Strawberry Milk #595

So I bought this lipstick because I absolutely adore this color. The color is the reason why it got higher than 1 lippy review. And because their cruelty free... Here's the problem: the first time I used this, I just put it on real quick after I bought it to see what it looked like. The color sunk in to all the cracks on my lips, making it look super horrible, and it made a huge noticeable crease where my lips meet. My lips were a tiny bit chapped, so I thought maybe that was why. However, the next time I used it, I was getting ready to go out, so my lips were nice and smooth after washing my face. I applied it, and it still looked horrible. It looked super cakey, and even though I put it on evenly, some areas were clumped with color while others didn't have enough...making it look extremely messy, and just really bad. I wanted to love this product...I really did. I've tried it a few more times, but it just keeps doing the same thing. It just looks so thick and cakey when it's on...and this is definitely a color that you want to look natural. I really hope that I can find a very similar color in another brand. I have another color with NYX and it doesn't do the same thing...so maybe I just got a bad batch of it. Even though it's $1.99, I'm scared to try it again.

Misc Beauty Tools -Unlisted Brand - Schick Intuition razor

I LOVE this razor! I have extremely sensitive legs, and the hair on legs is pretty thick and dark...so razors like Venus don't do anything for me. This, however, is amazing! Even though there is a bar attached, I use mine with sensitive shaving cream as well, because otherwise my legs will break out and become irritated. But this is the razor that has given me the closest shave! It makes them so smooth and shiny. When you want to do something like shave your underarms really fast while you're getting ready, this is perfect! It's less of a mess...all you have to do is wet the area, shave, and rinse. I did only give it four lipsticks because I will agree with everyone else that it gets expensive. Since my hair is so thick, I have to shave every day to every other day in the summertime...and so I'm buying cartridges a lot. (They're about $11.99 for a 3 pack.) Also, my only other complaint would be that if you're trying to shave "down there," this makes it extremely difficult because the bar is so big. But I use this to shave the actual bikini line, and then I buy disposables to shave further down...problem solved! I don't mind because you can buy a good size package of disposables for relatively cheap...and they last way longer. Overall: amazing razor, but may be too expensive to use everyday depending on your budget, and it's hard to shave "down there."

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Secret Wonderland

so with the secret wonderland collection, i have: 2 bottles of the body mist, 2 bottles of the body lotion, the body wash, a tube of the hand creme, a tube of the triple moisturizer, and the bubble bath. obviously i LOVE secret wonderland! the only thing i don't have is the EDT, which of course, is next on my list for the winter. when i first purchased last winter, i had my boyfriend with me, and he literally got turned on in BBW when i sprayed it on my neck! he loves the scent. it's so feminine and lovely. i've heard that the EDT doesn't last too long, but i'm hoping that when i wear it on nights out after i take a bubble bath in it and lather my body in the lotion, i'll smell good for the whole night but i'm confident that it won't be overpowering. please keep this scent forever BBW!

Liquid -Clinique - Acne Solutions Liquid Makeup

being completely sick of drug store foundations, and being broken out in huge red cysts from a recent Revlon purchase, i decided to wander over to the Clinique counter in Macy's after reading reviews on here. i have never loved the way my skin looks in foundation this much before! one layer gives good coverage, though i think more than that would be cakey. i put my own powder over this when i'm done applying, and my skin looks fresh and naturally dewey all day long! and it lasts all day long too! it is pretty expensive for me...but i'd rather spend the money on my new HG than spend the money doing trial and error's on the crap the drug store brands sell. everyone seems to hate the squeeze bottle...but i actually don't mind it. i just wish the bottle was way bigger for the money i spending on it. the clinque lady used a tiny little dot for my whole face, but for some reason i'm needing to use more than that. i'm not sure how long it's going to last me, but i hope it lasts a while before i need to buy more. EDIT: I have moved on from this foundation as well. :/ In the end, it started drying out my skin, and started become really flaky...which I guess I should have expected from an acne treating foundation. It also oxidized quickly on my skin, turning it pink/orange and making it look horrible, especially in sunlight...even though the girl at the Clinique counter matched it to my skin. I have a good amount left in my bottle, which is just sitting here unused. Will not be repurchasing this.

i bought this on sale at Ulta because i saw the good reviews on here. will i purchase this in the future? NOT A CHANCE. i bought it for normal/oily skin and it still made my face look dry and flaky, whether i applied it with a brush or my fingers. sure, i love how long lasting it is but it's so cakey. and for how heavy it is, it doesn't cover up a thing. my scaring and breakouts still show through. and speaking of breakouts...this gave me zits! and i'm not talking about little white heads, i'm talking about HUGE painful red zits that are inpoppable and refuse to go away. very disappointed.

Hair Removal -Sally Hansen - Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit for Face, Brown & Bikini

so i'm not gonna lie, i didn't buy the Sally Hanson brand, but instead the CVS version of it. it was cheaper, and plus, i get more of an employee discount on our pharmacy brand stuff :P i bought it before leaving work because i planned on going home to do my arms, and i forgot that i ran out of my good jar wax that i usually buy at Ulta, which was unfortunately closed at that time of night. i really never put my faith into wax strips before, but i thought i'd give them a try. and i LOVE them! honestly, they removed more hair than my sugar wax, and it was so much faster! and i love that the azulene oil is in a wipe form, making it much easier to apply an even amount. i only give it 4 stars though, because it says that you can use each strip 3-4 times, but i found that after only 1 time, it wouldn't remove any more hair. so the strip goes to waste. and right after waxing, my arm turned pinker than usual, and itched a little...so i hope it's not a tiny allergic reaction, because i finally found my go-to product! it's gonna save me tons of money on salon expenses (: and if the Sally Hanson brand doesn't work out...maybe try the CVS one like me?

Fragrances -Dolce & Gabbana - Light Blue

EVERY single time i wear this, i get nothing but compliments. this is the best perfume, by far, that i have ever used. unlike most other perfumes that i've tried, this stays on me all day long...through the hot arizona heat, going to work with 8 hour shifts, and then going to night classes right after. and when i get home at night, i'm proud to say that when i take off my clothes, i can smell them and they still smell just like dolce & gabanna...as if i just sprayed it on. the scent is so fresh and summery, but i still wear it throughout the winter because it's just so lovely. it's definitely strong, but in a good way...i totally notice when other people are wearing it around me. definitely a 5 star perfume...and the packaging is pretty cute with the frosted glass bottle, and it's never failed on me with the pump. sure, it's pretty expensive. but you have to pay to get top quality.

so my mom actually picked this up for me a while ago on a clearance shelf, knowing how much i love makeup, back when this product came in the square bottle (she always thinks of me when she shops!) however, she didnt realize it was too dark on my pale skin. but now that i live in arizona, i have a chance to use it after being in the sun...and i dont really like it :/ sure, it does make my skin look nice and smooth, which is very nice, but (even though it contains salicylic acid) it has been making me break out SO bad! ive never had this many break outs at once! not only that, but it makes parts of my face, mainly my T zone, so oily. i dont know if this has to do with the foundation being a little old...but im kind of doubting that since its never been used or even opened until now. maybe i'll try the newer version in the new packaging, but im kind of scared that ill just waste my money.

Fragrances -Victoria's Secret - Love Rocks

so this is my top favorite fragrance by victoria's secret (second is sexy little things noir.) so when my d&g light blue ran out, and i decided that i wanted something different, i remembered this perfume...and how i wore it one night on a sexy date with the boyfriend, and it drove him wiiillldd. he loved it! i went into vs today, and found that it was 50% off, which made me excited...and then i figured out why: THEY'RE DISCONTINUING IT!! i'm unbelievably upset...i love the spicyness and darkness, yet beautiful scent of this perfume. the scent will last all day, and i always get complimented on it. the bottle is really pretty and elegant, and is unlike other perfume bottles. it's the perfect perfume for a night out. i guess i'll just have to stock up on whats left on the sale shelf, and then try and find a scent close to this one. :(

i read the reviews on here, and decided to give it a shot. i LOVE this lotion! by far the best lotion i have ever used! the scent is absolutely amazing, and my skin feels SO soft and silky when i put it on. i put it on in the morning after my shower when im getting ready, and even by the next morning when i wake up, my skin still feels the same way! i would recommend this product to anyone! the only downfall to this product is that since my legs are super sensitive, it really burns when i apply it right after shaving. i dont know if it's the perfumed scent that bothers them, or just the lotion itself...but i thankfully have a vasoline lotion that i use for my legs so it's not that big of a bother! i just wish my legs could feel as silky as the rest of my body when i use this

Deodorants -Dove - Go Fresh - Pomegranate & Lemon Verbena Scent

while i do admit that this kept me really dry, which is obviously a huge bonus in a deodorant, it WILL NOT come out of my clothes. i tried washing my blacks in the washer with Tide and a little bit of oxy clean, and there's still marks on my shirts after they came out. also, the scent is very nice but after a while, especially at the end of the day, it smells more sour than sweet and it gets kind of nauseating. my stick is done, so i'll either try a different scent that's less over-bearing, like the cucumber one, or a completely different brand altogether.

i loved it at first because i thought that it went on pretty good, and was smooth and natural...and cheap! however, it made me break out. and the more i broke out, the more i needed to cover. and wherever i had spots that needed extra coverage because of the break outs, it looked cakey and unsmooth.

Concealers -E.L.F. - All Over Cover Stick

i do like this a lot. it does better than my other much more expensive concealers. however, it easily comes off. after i put my foundation on, i have to reapply it because it looks like i never even put concealer on. however for the price, it works wonders after i reapply it. also, when i put it on, it doesn't even look like i'm wearing concealer. it blends really good (i have it in light).

Lip Treatments -E.L.F. - Therapeutic Conditioning Balm in Orange Cream

it does make my lips really soft and smooth, but ONLY if my lips aren't chapped. if my lips are chapped, the balm doesn't do anything about it. and even when i don't have chapped lips and i put it on, it makes my lips feel really waxy and greasy.
