I got a little tube of this for gratis at work and at first i didn't really notice any difference. Third time i used this,i was blown away and it keeps getting better. my skin feels so smooth in the morning and it really does brighten my face. Also, it does absorb quite quickly, maybe too quickly for me. I don't even have enough time to spread it all over my face because it just absorbs too quick! not sure if that's good or bad. I'm planning to purchase the full size next week. i really like it (: only thing i hate is the smell. It smells nice in the beginning, then fades to a medicinal/fragrance type smell that i do not enjoy.

Liquid -NARS - Sheer Glow Foundation

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE OILY SKIN!.. I have oily/combo skin mostly on my nose area and i have to say, this foundation makes my face so shiny and oily that i actually look like im glowing. Lmao, not in a good way though. I kind of figured it'd make my oiliness more prevalent because of the fact that it's called 'sheer glow' and usually more 'luminous' type products do that. But i got this foundation as a sample at first way back when i used to work for the Sephora store & all i could remember was the finish it gave. Which was beautiful! So later down the road, I need a new fdtn so i might as well pick up a bottle. First of all, this foundation DOES NOT have a pump! so it gets pretty messy if you're not careful, and i imagine it will be a pain once i'm almost done with it. I blend it on with my fdtn brush and it applies beautifully and honestly makes me look flawless. Great coverage, more like a medium coverage. not light at all. throughout the day, lets say 3 hours, my nose is glowing! shiny as all hell and when i touch it it's disgusting. it's like im melting! haha, i blot and it's fine. 2 MORE hrs and it does it again! but this time my forehead is slick&cheeks. I'm like forget it. let it shine i'm not in the mood to keep blotting throughout the day. I will not buy this fdtn again. Great coverage though, beautiful finish. But i only recommend for dry/normal skin types. (which is why i gave it a 3) if i had normal/dry i'd obv make it higher. Oh and btw! Nars sheer glow = Barcelona, MAC=NC40

why oh why. I seen the reviews on sephora and just thought, wow this must be a great moisturizer! wrong. hated it, hated the smell, and the feel. It has a lemony-chemical like smell to it. It leaves my skin feeling greasy, i wish i would have tried a sample out first before buying the full sized product. Was so happy when i finished it, I did not want to waste it. couple of months later, i got a sample of it for gratis, and it brung up old memories. I hate the damn thing, and the smell. not to mention if i tear up it starts to sting my eye! uhh.. yeah that's weird. I'll stick to my Sephora Instant moisturizer thank you very much!

Lip Treatments -Jack Black - Intense Therapy Lip Balm spf 25

I AM IN LOVE!. I have SUPER dry flaky lips. I've never found a lip balm that would actually moisturize my lips for a long period of time and take that away. Until ofcourse, i tried this product! i've heard so many great reviews so I thought i'd give it a try. I am so happy i did, i bought the tea&blackberry flavor, and although i don't really care for the smell, the product moisturizes my lips like no other. I want to purchase more but i know i won't be done with this tube for a while!

Misc Beauty Tools -Clarisonic - Mia

I purchased a grey Clarisonic mia, and at first i was thinking it was going to be a dark grey like pictured on the website, but it's more of an ugly light grey. but whatever, it's not the color, it's how it works right? So far i'm loving my clarisonic mia. I was going to get the mia2, but having a slower speed didn't really seem like a big deal to me. I have not had it for long, so i have not seen THAT much results yet. But i do see that my skin is so much softer afterwards and that foundation goes on smooth. Not to mention, the clarisonic actually makes me WANT to get up and wash my face. I use the clarisonic with Murad Claryifying Cleanser and it's the perfect combination for me. I love the feeling of this and i def want to try more brush heads. I totally recommend.

Eyeliner -Kat Von D - Tattoo Liner

Needed a new liquid eyeliner. I was looking for a really dark black/long lasting liner and decided to give this liner a try. At first i was going to buy the UD liquid liner in perversion but i seen the reviews on trooper (which were great btw), plus its a buck cheaper so i changed my mind. Well i received it, packaging is cute but it is NOT dark at all. Not even really black, more like a dark grey-black color if that makes any sense. The tip is soft so it glides on smoothly, but i really don't like the color, and some of you may not be able to tell, but i can. Will not repurchase.
