Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Volume

I have short and sparse Asian lashes. I thought The Falsies by Maybelline was the best mascara ever until I tried this. This mascara is absolutely fantastic! It defines and volumizes really well, with decent length. The formula is a bit drier than the other mascaras I've tried and I love it; very minimal clumping! I find that one coat of this for my lashes is equivalent to about 2-3 coats of Maybelline The Falsies. It holds up really well and doesn't flake throughout the day. I would have given this a 5 if it wasn't for the flat wand tip. Some people don't mind it, but I wish it had bristles on the top (like Benefit They're Real). Nonetheless, it is still an AMAZING mascara!

Mascara -Bobbi Brown - Everything Mascara

This mascara doesn't really do anything extraordinary for me. I do like how it thickens it really well, and doesn't smudge but that's just it. Not really worth the price, there are much better mascaras for much cheaper.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies

I've read LOADS of reviews with this mascara before buying it--- many raved, and many ranted. I got this one sale for $3.99 CAD (originally $8.99, I was so happy!) I have thin, short, Asian lashes. Although it does not give a "false lash effect" as it claims to, I LOVE this mascara! It volumizes so much and lengthens and separates well. It also holds a nice curl. I wouldn't say that it never clumps-- all mascaras clump even just a tiny bit. It does clump a bit BUT very very rarely, and it's super easy to get rid of it if it ever does clump. I DEFINITELY recommend this product, but not for beginners, just because of its unique brush (which I love too though)!

Lip Treatments -Maybelline - Baby Lips lip balm

This product is okay, but not good enough for me to repurchase. This was the first lip balm that I've actually bought. All the lip balms I've been using are gifts and I get so much that I don't need to buy any. But I really wanted these because of the cute packaging! So I got this in Cherry Me. I liked that this lip balm wasn't sticky like all the lip balms I've tried. But, this lip balm does not have a taste-- just a scent. I was pretty bummed about that because taste is one of the things I love about lip products (lip balms from bath&body works taste amazing!). At first it made my lips SO DRY. My lips were already so dry, that you can peel them with your fingers. I really wanted to like this product. My friend gave me another one in peppermint. The first time I applied peppermint, my lips were SO SMOOTH unlike cherry me. I don't know why it's like that. After using peppermint, I tried cherry me again, and it wasn't as dry any more. I do have to reapply it a lot throughout the day. If you are thinking of buying this product though, I'd get the clear ones-- peppermint and quenched. :)
