seeeeeeeeeeeriously overdrying. and my skin's crazy oily! lt stung so badly. but see, l have sensitive skin. AND! I WILL SAY: USE THIS AFTER A HOT AND HUMID DAY. Because the sweat can clog your pores and this just drawssss it out. but it leaves my skin so dry afterwards, and for the next few days it was flaky and slightly pink. I wear makeup everyday so that is a HUGE don't. I think just using a deep cleansing mask is an essential after a hot and sweaty day, but it doesn't have to be this mask. if you use it, make sure your skin isn't sensitive. good luck to those who want to try it

loooooooooooooove <3 really light, yet moisturizing! nice for that sping/fall season where your skin isn't thaaat dry but still needs some hydration. can't live without :) ps. my skin's crazy oily AND hyper sensitive, and this works wonders for me. doesn't break me out. oh and it's really soothing - l tried a neutrogena wash and it irritated the crap out of my skin, but when l used the st.ives olive oil cleanser along with this moisturizer my skin's allll better.

yuckkk. seriously, this really dissapointed me. reason being it was yet another product that would make my skin sting. but what's worse, is that the morning after l went to the gym and noticed my face was abnormally red. Usually my face doesn't get THAT red when l worked out. so l shrugged it off and went over to the papertowel dispenser and rubed my face and it STUNGGGGG. so when l took a shower l went back to my st.ives olive oil cleanser and laneige water bank gel cream... my skin said thanks. ugh, the past few neutrogena washes l've tried SUCK.

Cleansers -Olay - Shine Control Lathering Cleanser

:( it's lovely.. like the packaging, smell and lather.. but other than that it's crap. here was my experience: a few seconds after l would lather it on my face, it would sting. and then when l would rinse it off, my face would squeak. like you don't understand, it was an audible squeak. l'm all for a clean face, and after that my face was mattified, but at the same time just because my skin's oily doesn't mean l'm going to dry the crap out of it. l exfoliate twice daily, use a harsh toner and pore minimizer, along with a strong retinoid at night.. my skin's super oily but with everything l use, it's moreso combination. so that's why l like gentle cleansers. l would only recommend this for people who don't use much on their skin on a regular basis. suckssss because l love olay!

:( the packaging was so pretty... but the actual product sucked. So I don't know if Laneige knows what combo/oily skin looks like, but I can definetly sum it up in one word: SHINY. So what did this product do? ADDED EXCESSSIVE SHINE. Not only that, but it was way too moisturizing for my oily skin, and having been already dissapointed with the laneige pore trouble deep cleansing foam (since my skin is sensitive it broke me outtt), I was really hoping for this to work. I don't know what's with asians having amazing skin generally and their products just not working for me :/ althouuuugh, I am trying the laneige pore tightening emulsion and I love it, so it really depends on your skin type.. But whatever... *sigh* I'll stick to my clinique level 4 toner, best toner I've had, I'll probably continue to use it for years :p

Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control

amazinggggggggg. Although the packaging I use looks different than this one, it's a st.ives scrub for blemish and blackhead control, so I'm just guessing I'm reviewing on the right page. But it's fantastic - so grainy and makes my skin feel so smooth afterwards. I use it with the neutrogena wave during a bath or shower, and what I do is I spread the product over my face, work it in for about 30 seconds, then put a "blank" cosmetic pad (in other words, I just use a regular cosmetic pad, not the neutrogena soap-filled pads that come with the wave) on the head of the neutrogena wave, wet it, then turn on the vibration and apply to my face... Ahhhhhh so clean, can't get enough. I've found my niech! (however you spell that >.<)

so sad :( I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my extremely oily skin (although some areas are more on the normal side) and it dried the crap out of it. Like honestly, my skin squeeked after washing it. l'm only giving the two stars because of the smell and packaging. If it weren't for that, there would be no stars - seeming as it BROKE ME OUT. I'm ashamed of my skin! I ordered this online (I live in canada) and I was expecting much out of it - so dissapointing. hopefully I'll find a cleanser I like someday because after this I tried the SkinFood Aloe Cleanser and it made my skin squeek too! WHAT IS WITH THESE ASIAN PRODUCTS AND THEIR NEED FOR SQUEAKY CLEAN? ugh.

amazing. my lips are never, ever chapped anymore. I use this on top of multiple lip balms and my lips are incredibly smooth; can't live without!

Cleansers -Clinique - Liquid Facial Soap - Oily skin

Very gentle on my combo/oily skin, which is good 'cause if a cleanser is too drying my skin goes into an oil frenzy, leaves a bit of a matte finish after washing, but I was using the #4 toner which made it shiny :/ but overall it's an amazing cleanser, gels are great because they give the gentlest clean. l had to switch though, 'cause l used this product for over a year and my skin was getting used to the ingredients, so of course it wouldn't clean as deep and I was breaking out. Now I'm using some random neutrogena wash, which is keeping acne at bay but it dries out my skin a little. I'm switching to laneige soon, the cleanser and pore minimiser have shipped in (I ordered from ebay) but I'm still waiting for the toner and moisturizer (I'm also questioning on whether I should get the balancing emulsion) all in all (sorta got off topic ahaahah) this is a great cleanser :) I think it would even work on dry/normal skin

Powder -Clinique - Perfectly Real Compact Powder Foundation

the finish settle on the top of my skin, like it wouldn't blend properly, and it would almost give off the fact that l was wearing makeup - even on the oiliest parts of my face. Definetly not a good product or worth the price.

Made my skin look so cakey, and kinda made it flake :/ since my skin is combination, sometimes I get dry skin from using anti-acne products, but this foundation was honestly no help
