The mini eyeliner kit: simple packaging, cute and mini and perfect to throw in your bag, loved that it came in black, blue and brown. HATE the product. Wow, for something as expensive as these, they should last but they don't! My Maybelline and Revlon eyeliners have superior lasting power. My Lancome Artliner is my HG as of now. I loved the hard pointed tip which was great for creating precise lines but it literally would smudge and come off within 15 minutes. NOT KIDDING. I tried on 2 different occassions because I loved the blue eyeliner so much but before I was even done getting ready, my eyeliner was arleady on the top of my lid and smudging. SO disappointed.
It's my HG pale/nude/peachy lip without looking washed out at all. I'm Filipino and have tan skin for reference. MAC packaging is sleek and simple, love the smell, relatively cheap compared to name brands like Burberry, and pigmented. It is a little drying but I just top it off with gloss and it's good to go. I love this color so much I bought a backup 3 days later.
Eyeliner -Wet 'n' Wild - H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner - Smoky

I opened this and literally said, "Is this right?" The wand and whatever is at the end of it, isn't a felt tip, it's not a brush, it's like a hard cone shapes thing. It creates nothing but a thicker line and is hard to get anything thinner than thick! (if that makes sense) It has decent staying power but just was a big hassle to use. Won't buy again despite it being so cheap.
FLAKING. FLAKING. FLAKING. The brush is easy to use, the brush is super thin, and it glides on jet black and glossy...but it doesn't stay on!! My eyes were so irritated today because it kept flaking off into my eye. Not only were my eyes itchy and irritated but I looked like a mess because I had bits of eyeliner on my lash line. Will NOT repurchase!
Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eye Studio Master Precise Ink Pen Liner

I love the slim sharp tip. Love the black inkiness - pigmentation is excellent. BUT it does not stay on!!! I line my top lids and after an hour, ink ends up on my lower lash line and my top lids. But because of the pigmentation, it almost stains my lids. It's best taken off with eye makeup remover otherwise when you wash it off it slides around and is hard to wipe off. It's the worst liner I've ever tried. My Maybelline stiletto has better lasting power and doesn't smudge when my lids become oily. I stopped wearing it after three times.
Ooohh I wanted to love this product but...nope. Well, in the winter and dark days I loved it. The consistency is awesome, very workable and sheer yet it gives great coverage. However, once you're in the sun it looks ridiculous! The first time it was sunny here I looked in the mirror and couldn't believe it. GLITTER everywhere!! Not sheen, not luminescence, not a nice gleam...but glitter and sparkles. I won't wear this in the sun. UGH.
I liked this a lot until I saw what it looked like on me in pictures. The peach side, although gorgeous in the pan, looked way too orange on me. I never wear it anymore but I still like the bronzer. It has a nice sheen to it with not a lot of sparkle.
I love this blush. I have Sunbasque, Dollymix, and this one (all from MAC) and this is my absolutely go to must have. When I thought I lost it, the guy I used to date bought it for me as a Christmas present the very day I lost it...he knew I was desperate. (I ended up finding it in my car and so now I have two! YAY!) It's more a natural flush because it doesn't have shimmer in it like sunbasque or dollymix. It totally makes me look like I just came in from the cold with that nice natural flushed look. It seems to work for a variety of skin tones as well because I first learned of Fleur Power when a girl came into my work and had the most gorgeous rosy color on her cheeks....she was a blonde with light skin and I have olive/medium tone skin with black hair and it looked great on both of us! I LOVE it! Only complaint is the packaging...mostly on all my MAC blushes and eye shadows..the glass usually pops out.
I just bought this today after losing my pink lemonade lipglass which I was never totally impressed with, so I looked for a new one. I'm totally into the pinky/purples and this looked perfect. Went home, did my makeup and put on a little of my 3N Mac lipstick and then this and loved it! I think it is a better color for girls of olive/medium toned/dark skin because it is a frosty color and may make lighter toned skin tones look a bit washed out. But I'm glad I bought it and was already contemplating buying another one. It's has a little more of a purplish hint of tint than a pinkish one.
i LOVE this blush! It's such a gorgeous color on me and probably would be on everyone else. It creates such a healthy flush, almost like a light light bronzer blush with a nice sheen to it....not glittery or shimmery, but a sheen like glow to it. I wear it every day and a little goes a long way. I love MAC blushes and the packaging is so cute. I love it!
Pressed Powders -Maybelline - Shine Free Pressed Powder

I'm afraid to say good things about this only because I'm a jinx on myself. LoL. Usually when I end up loving something and saying it out loud, something happens where I end up hating it, so I hope that doesn't happen. he he. Anyway, I love this powder--and this is coming from someone who's NEVER bought powder because I never thought I needed it and thought it would make me look chalky, pasty, and feel gross. But this powder doesn't do any of that. I was pleasantly surprised. I have acne-prone skin and this hasn't broken me out. My skin is very oily as well where I've been blotting up to 4 or 5 times throughout the day, and since using this 3 days ago, I haven't used one blotting paper! The very first day I used it, my boyfriend couldn't stop saying how sexy I looked--granted I don't know if it was the clothes I was wearing cuz he commented on that, but my makeup was lookin real good if I must say so myself. ha ha. I bought this in Soft Cameo, although I think I could have bought it in Natural Beige or even Golden, but foundation usually oxidizes a bit on me as the day passes so I wanted to be safe and buy a color a little lighter than I would usually wear. And even then, it doesn't look chalky, as long as you have a light hand with it. A little goes a long way with this powder. Using this made me realize that all my pictures could have looked a lot better without my oily face shining back at the camera! It set my makeup wonderfully, keeps the oilies away, and just looks real fresh. Definitely will be buying again!!!
The color is gorgeous in the tube, but on me, it comes out a little more orangey than I want (NC30). So I put it on top of my 3N lipstick and it looks perfect. It isn't as sticky as the other lipglasses and it is more pigmented than the rest of my MAC lipsglosses, so that's a +. The packaging is adorable too. Very nice lip gloss.
So I got this in the decongest your skin kit, which I didn't like too much, but anyway, hope in a tube isn't looking too hopeful. I liked the consistency of it; it was light but creamy and absorbed nicely into my skin, but it doesn't seem to have any affect on my under eye lines. I have one semi-deep wrinkle line under my right eye and have been using hope in a tube every morning and night for almost 3 months and that one wrinkle has not improved at all. So this is a no go on me.
The only reason I didn't give this lipstick a great rating is only because I chose the wrong color! lol. So this is more to get a sense of if it would go well with your skintone. I'm Asian, but I'm Filipino so I'm a tad darker (in between NC30-35). I've been trying to find a nice coral/peach shade that will pop against my skin color and brighten me up, but this isn't it. I think amelie1031 was right when she said it might be more for lighter complexions. I think it was just too orange which really clashed with my skin and made me look dirty. But I love Rimmel long lasting lipsticks!!! Pink champagne is pretty
Lipstick -Rimmel - Lasting Finish - Pink Champagne

I've recently become a MAC girl and am a lipstick/lip gloss fanatic. I've been wanting to get Lovelorn but moneys been a little tight so I couldn't part with $15 when I knew it should go into my gas tank. I saw all the reviews on Pink Champagne and went out and bought it today and am I surprised! Compared to other long lasting lipsticks which are kinda drying, this isn't! It has great staying power, and is very pigmented (a bubblegum pink) so I just lightly dab it on and build more color if I want. It looks great with a slight tan too! The packaging is a little big but for $5 it's a sweet deal. UPDATE** -- I've been just dabbing this on cuz I didn't want the full on color but I noticed that when I did put it on with a heavier hand, it seems to have a bit of purple in it. Not to much, but it reminded me of my old favorite discontinued MAC lipgloss Pink-a-Dot, which is a pink/purple color. But it's still pretty.
