Shampoo -L'Oreal - EverStrong Hydrating shampoo

I used this product twice, in that, I used the shampoo, stopped, and then went back to using the shampoo after allowing my hair to rest. The first time I used it, it dried my scalp rather badly and gave me dandruff. I thought it was because my scalp was not used to it, and continued using it, only stopping when I realized it continually gave me dandruff. Afterwhich, I switched to a moisturizing anti-dandruff shampoo. I came back to the shampoo after a month or so, when my hair felt better, and suddenly, the product works well on my head. Am wondering if it's because of the lack of sulfates precipitating the condition of my hair at first. Continual use has softened my hair and my scalp feels healthier than before. No dandruff either. still a little drying though, but I think I'd make up for it by using the night treatment :) I guess if one wants to try the shampoo, one gotta slowly ease the scalp into having no sulfates? cos our hair is so used to having sulfates that it'd take some time to probably purge.
