I have no clue why this got such a bad review. I wish it had a higher rating so people would try this. The low ratings are enough to ward anyone away from this deodorant. BUT I ask you to try this. I bought this because I love lavender and this was organic. I do cross country so I know that after a while, most organic deodorants wear off soon after you put it on. I also used avalon citrus spray deodorant after I put this on for extra protection. But need I remind you, it is organic! Take a look at your deodorant's ingredients and look em up. You'll be thoroughly disgusted by their later effects on your body. I was used to just spray deodorant not working for long, but I felt safe. I had to apply it 2 or 3 times in a day. But this deodorant really is great porque... 1. Has lasted me a year and a half 2. While a little sweeter than fresh lavender, the smell is identifiable and I like it. When I sweat, my sister even comments on the smell (in a good way). It makes it more prominent. 3. Goes on without residue and super smooth. My armpits do not feel like they're suffocating. And NO RASH or irritation 4. With cross country, with my Jason +spray deodorant; no stink. I even tried it a few times without the spray and I was good. Running 6-8 miles 5 days a week, plus meets. 5. Cross country season over, I just kept using it and on a regular day basis, I only need it once a day. It lasts and no BO smell! It is a great deodorant, the best I have ever used. And I feel great because it is organic. When I learned about all the bad stuff in my deodorants and other products (I was lucky to have someone to tell me about it. Some people go through life not knowing about it. PS as a start, check for cancer causing parabens. In many products now) I freaked and tried to find good products. I am so glad I did. Going all natural will pay off later in life. Bottom line: great deodorant, even if it was not organic. please ignore the bad ratings and give this a try.

Shampoo -Unlisted Brand - Head Organics - Clearly Head Shampoo

It comes out like hair gel and it scared me a bit. It left my hair feeling squeaky clean, which in my hair's case is not good. But I tried it with the conditioner and my hair was great. My hair is thick and coarse so I will never have that perfect smooth as glass flippy hair look, but I am very happy with this. I used to have flakes, and I am not sure why, and a residue. Thanks to this shampoo and conditioner, given to me by my family for Christmas on a whim, I don't and no longer have to worry about my hair. While it is pricey, both my mother and I used it and it has lasted about 6 months. Going to repurchase it tomorrow. Update: After using a loving what it did to my hair, I tried it on my face as a cleanser. I was freaked out at first because I break out with anything pretty much. I have used it for a week and am loving it. With my Yellow Dock skin cleanse and Rainbow light teen vitamins starting to clear up my acne, I still needed a cleanser that would keep away breakouts by keeping my OILY skin non oily until I get home from school. That, for me, has never happened. But with this, my nose only gets a tiny bit oily. A miracle from God for me! I am so grateful and I have NO NEW PIMPLES! Pretty amazing stuff, and I feel safe about putting this on my face too. Organic RULES!

Scrubs -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Power-Clear Scrub

Sorry guys but for me at least, this did NOT get rid of any acne. In fact, it made it worse. It felt like there was a residue on my skin and it got oily faster (and it is oily enough already. I got several new pimples and acne drives me out of my mind! In my opinion, it was pooping awful. Not worth a cent. I don't even know why I tried this since I pretty much always go organic. Just proves that is the way to go and I should not have strayed. I am going to try Derma E Vitamin A and Glycolic acid cleanser next. Wish me luck!

Gels/Soaps -Jason Natural Cosmetics - Satin Shower Body Wash in Lavender

This body wash does make me a bit dry on my arms and rest of my body.... BUT. It is the best shaving cream/gel ever! It is natural, which is my top priority. But when I take a pump for each leg (out of the HUGE bottle), my legs are left extremely smooth and hairless. It is also very cooling and soothing in a hot shower. I just use some Desert Essence coconut lotion on my legs and whipped shea butter (that smells like a truffle) on my knees and BAM! Smooooth legs. I would replace this with your shaving cream/gel ASAP. Update: 10-15-12 I changed my rating from 5 to 3 This has become a little too drying. I now use Shakai Body wash in Gardenia. I do not have dry skin normally at all, and Shakai is great anyway!

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Nourishing Lip Balm with Mango Butter

I have no clue what other reviewers are talking about. This lip balm is the BOMB! Bad pun intended. My lips get dry and kinda hard and flaky. And something inside me says "PICK, pick! ! It can only get better". And of course it gets much worse. I was looking for original lip balm from Burt's Bees due to the good reviews, but I got this instead. A little worried, I put it on. And applied throughout the day. My lips drank it up, but still left balm on top so it really feels like it is doing something. This balm is not a as hard as the original, but I love it. It leaves sort of a natural glossy touch (which is cool cause I don't wear makeup but now its like I wear lip gloss). It is not a goopy gross lip gloss though. It is very nice! I found even after neglecting my lips for a little while and they start going back to a bad state, I apply some and within a few hours, my lips are moisturized (not in a greasy way) and smooth. I also like that it does not break me out around my mouth, which petroleum did. And actually this works better than petroleum. YES I said it! I even used petroleum as a kid. Oh well. I am definitely going to repurchase. Again and again. Please try it!
