I wish I'd discovered this years ago! Its done wonders for my skin. Its reduced the redness and tightness on my chin and it helped to clear and heal acne on my chin and jawline. It's got a very strong smell, a very woody/herby smell but its not so bad that I cant stand it. After lots of research I bought a pure, cold pressed bottle of tamanu oil. Its a mid green colour and its a very thick oil. I was concerned that it would make my skin worse and clog pores but I decided to give it a go anyway. The first night I put it all over my face before I went to bed and was amazed when I woke up, the redness was reduced, the blemishes I had were reduced in size and much smoother and less inflammed and overall my skin was glowing. My makeup went on better and my skin seemed much less oily at the end of the day. I've been using this for about a week now and I've been also doing the oil cleansing method. I was terrified that all this oil on my face would break me out but up to now it has done the complete opposite. If you've got acne prone or sensitive skin like me I'd definatley recommend giving it a try. I've spent a fortune on high end cleansers/moisturisers/serums in the hope of finding something that would make my skin look even a tiny bit better and this tiny little bottle of oil which cost me £7 has done it all!
Cleansers -Unlisted Brand - Oil Cleansing Method OCM

Well the jury's still out on this one. I've been doing the ocm for a few weeks now. I have good days and bad days, but I've had really bad skin for the last year or so, so thats nothing new. On the good days, my skin looks better than I can ever remember it, plump, glowing & smooth and its taken away a lot of the redness and irritation I get. On the bad days I have a few spots. Now this could be nothing to do with the ocm at all as my skin was bad anyway. For the benefits i've had from this I'm definatley going to keep going with it as overall there's been a definate improvement and my face looks much calmer than it did (even my bf commented on it and he never notices anything). I've been using an aromatherapy blend which contains grapeseed oil, chamomile, vitamin E and mandarin oil. I was terrified of putting oil on my face but after reading all the good and bad reviews I decided things couldn't really get much worse and I'm glad I decided to give it a go but I am worried that the good effects I've had wont last forever. I might update this in a few weeks.
This smells gorgeous, leaves lips looking lovely and rosy but doesn't moisturise quite as well as original or aloe vera vaselines but I'd definatley buy it again as its cheap and overall I do like it, it just needs reapplying more
Mascara -Max Factor - Xperience Volumising Mascara

Fab everyday mascara, I swap between this and my lancome mascaras. I didn't like it when I first got it, it seemed very runny and didn't do anything for my lashes but after a week of being opened it seemed to thicken up, goes on lovely, doesn't clump and volumises just enough for daytime and stays put all day. Would definately buy again and way better than some expensive mascaras I've tried
This is the cleasner I always go back to when everything else fails. It may be basic and not look very pretty but it leaves my face nice and soft and doesn't irritate my already irritated skin and its cheap enough to always have some just in case. Compared to the estee lauder and avene i've just spent a small fortune on and found out that I hate this little bottle of unscented cleasner is amazing. I have dry but acne prone skin so find it really difficult to find products that suit both problems but this one does it. Im still searching for my miracle cleasner/toner but while im looking this always helps to sort my face out after disasters like avene!
Well I have to say im so disappointed with this. I have used avene products in the past and thought i'd give this one a go. I've only used it twice and its been relegated to the back of the bathroom cabinet. It stung and my skin was so dry and tight afterwards. It doesn't smell particularly nice. It felt nice and creamy when I was massaging it in (despite the stinging) so I was expecting good things from it but I woke up this morning with 2 huge spots on my chin. I've just swapped from EL which I dont like either - I thought this would calm my skin after the EL. Big mistake
My 2nd fav perfume, smells of turkish delight/ parma violets kind of sweets. Lingers all day and wears off to a more gentle fragrance.
I've been using this perfume for a few years and everyone always asks what it is. I absolutley love it and it lasts all day and looks gorgeous too. Its a powdery rose scent and I use it nearly every day and probably always will
My favourite eyeshadow for everyday wear. Its a lovely natural colour and stays put all day without any creasing.
I've been using this for about a year now and I dont know how I ever managed without it. The shade I use is ecru which is great during the summer but a little too dark during winter so I mix it with shell during the winter as I couldn't find a shade that suited me. I've got awful skin, at 31 I stopped taking the pill and have since started to get acne which I just cant clear. At the same time i've got very dry, tight, itchy, red skin which is a nightmare when trying to find products that deal with one problem and not irritate the other. This can be a bit drying however I use estee lauder day wear moisturiser first and the double wear glides on nicely. I use a mac 190 foundation brush to get a lovely smooth finish. It doesn't cake and even on my horrible oily skin it stays put for most of the day with only a few minor touch ups. It covers everything I hate about my skin without having to use concealer at all. Gives quite a matt finish which once it has settled on my skin for a while turns to a nice dewy healthy glow which I love. I'd say one bottle lasts me around 3 months.
This is one of my favourite mascaras, I've tried many others but always come back to this one. I use this and also hypnose by lancome. I find this gives me long, glossy lashes with no clumping. I wouldn't say its very volumising but I've got quite thick lashes anyway so it's the lengthening effect that I love. And lots of people have asked me what it is when I use it so it must have a quite noticeable effect! Its pricey but a tube usually lasts me up to 6 months as I use it alongside another when I want a more dramatic effect. I have sensitive eyes and I find a lot of mascaras irritate my eyes leaving me with very attractive red eyes but not this one.

I love this stuff. I use it on my lips, eczema patches, elbows, knees and any other dry or irritated patches. I also use it as an overnight hand and foot treatment and it softens cuticles too! I carry it everywhere with me and wouldn't be without it. I have very sensitive, acne prone skin and I can use this on dry patches on my face without it worsening any spots I have.
