Awesome awesome product, it's hard to find a product that gets rid of redness and is also not too heavy. This is the only thing I've found that dries as nice as this without the sticky moist feeling, I was using Dermalogica's Barrier Repair, which is pretty good but it didn't dry and feel like this one does, and for some reason every now and then I would react to it. When I got this I also recieved a sample of Medik8 Red Alert serum and I used it once and it was heavy and sticky and my skin started to react to it as well so I know this is definitely a good serum. I'm not sure yet about the whitening effect but it's amazing for the calming effects.

I hated this. I developed really reactive skin before I started using this and decided to give this a go after the Clinique counter lady said it was help and bought the rest of the redness range (Urgent Relief Cream, Soothing Cleanser etc.) and was didn't see much of a change at all but was told it would take a few months of repeat use for it to calm my skin down so I bought this whole range twice and used it up over about 3 or 4 months and it become worse, until eventually, decided to give up assuming that the flare-ups must've been a health problem (started taking fish oil supplements etc which didn't really help, and experimenting with various other products). About 3 or 4 weeks ago, I got some dermalogica Samples (Ultracalming cleanser, Barrier Repair Gel) and after the first use, I really noticed a gradual change. With the Clinique products, my face would get warm and red, and with the Dermalogica, my skin had no reaction. I've been using this for a while now and the redness is fading dramatically, and I have basically no flare-ups. Clinique sucks.

Cleansers -Dermalogica - Ultra Calming Cleanser

I LOVE this. I even made an account to review this product. Dermalogica is amazing. I have really really reactive sensitive skin after probably using bad quality brands with harsh chemicals. After the first use of any product I can usually tell what'll work and what won't because my face gets really warm and red so before using this I was very skeptical that it wouldn't flare-up but I tried it, and my skin didn't react. I used the Barrier Repair gel after and again, no flare-ups. I've been using this for only about 4 weeks now, and for the first time in around a year I have basically no flare-ups and the permanent redness has faded dramatically while giving the rest of my skin a really healthy fresh look. It isn't the cheapest but I gave it a 2 because after using Clinique (which burned my skin and made it so much worse at about double the price for half the ingredients), Ella Bache, Estee Lauder etc. I'd be willing to pay almost anything because of what Dermalogica has done for my skin.
