I use this a bronzer instead as I needed some colour into my foundation routine in this dreary winter (despite being tan already). My go-to bronzer is by Sweet Lei Lani but I needed an alternative as I can't find it easily here in the UK so I switched to Dallas out of the SA's recommendation. Loved it! Works well with my skin, gives me the flexibility to build up the shade onto my skin. Would definitely be getting this again in a heartbeat!

Eyeliner -BeneFit Cosmetics - Eye Bright

I picked this up on an impulse, wanting a quick and easy shortcut to highlighting my eyes. Perhaps it's my fault for not using it properly... but how else am I supposed to use it? Did nothing for me - made me look like I have faint lines under my eyes, made me look rather tired. I'm glad if it works for you - definitely doesn't for me, though!

Fragrances -Giorgio Armani - Armani Privé - Rose Alexandrie

Picked this up in Sephora Paris after spending quite a bit at the Armani/Prive counter. Heavenly scent, sweet - but not overly girly. Love how it doesn't overwhelm like other fragrances. Would definitely pick it up again!

Skincare - Face -Shu Uemura - Depsea water

Yes, it looks suspiciously useless but it's the farthest thing from a gimmicky product. I have tried almost all of their scents, my favourite being mint and bergamot. I'm now on rose and I love it just as much. My skin have never been better, less prone to acne, more moisturised, and gives a dewy finish every time I use it. I have no idea what kind of drug they put in there as they claim it is from the deepest ocean trench unharmed by the sun and pollution. Whatever is in it, I'm all for it.

Primer/ Corrector -Shu Uemura - UV Underbase Mousse SPF 30+

I have so much of this product it's ridiculous! There's about 6 cans in my collection including their new BB mousse formula. Love it to bits and won't go anywhere without it as it's the perfect cover up before any powder. You can even use it on its own when you don't want to use anything else but mascara and lipstick.

Liquid -Shu Uemura - Face Architect Smoothing Fluid Foundation

I have re-bought this foundation so many times that I don't even have the heart to try others out there. This was the first foundation I tried as a 17 year old starting on proper make up and it still is the foundation of choice as a 20 something. It blends very well with my skin tone and does not give the cake effect some foundations tend to do. I've yet to find a foundation that does the job as well as this one.

Other -Shu Uemura - Brush Cleaner

I do like this product as it does the job VERY well. It cleans out the product quickly but I'm still not sure how to make the best of it as I tend to have to use so much of the product to clean all my brushes. Love the packaging and while pricey, it is a really good product. I have sadly switched to BareMinerals brush shampoo though but I will definitely buy this in a heart beat when that runs out.

Primer/ Corrector -Shu Uemura - Foundation Base Control Purple/Violet

I'm a Shu Uemura girl and this product has been lying around in front of me every time I do my bi-monthly stock up and taunting me, telling me to try it. I always pick it up, inspect it in half-disdain, half-curiousity as I use YSL touché éclat for correctors that I refuse to give another product a try. I gave up and finally purchased the purple one and well... I liked it. It gave a sort of glow to my skin I can't get with the YSL. I've used this solely before powder and works fine as well. Unsure if I will buy it again, I don't think so as it is neither better or worst than the YSL.

I thought this would be another over-hyped and useless mascara because let's face it - how many more false lash effect mascaras do we need in the market? But it was all over in my face every time I popped into Sephora (okay, the grand total of twice in two days) that I could not resist picking it up. I did not regret it. It was... what it advertised to be. A mascara that gave you a false lash effect! Loved the packaging as well, thought it was beautifully designed and the smart marketing made me laugh. Most of all though, I loved what it did for my lashes. I have never seen it looking any better before. Love this product!

Lip Treatments -Korres - Mango Lip Butter

What an amazing product! Love the orange-coral shade that I've yet to see in other brands. I have never been disappointed by tinted lip balms but have never been amazed by any either. That all changed when I came across this product. I have gone an re-bought this and loved it just as much. Has a sweet and fresh scent that reminds you of summer parties. I usually use it under a sheer coral lipstick and it brings out the colour beautifully!

Eye Shadow -MAC - Mineralized Eyeshadow - Pretty & Prim

I wanted to find a good pink-toned eyeshadow and settled for MAC because they never disappoint me in the shadow department! I gave this a go overlooking the fact that I was never happy with their mineral products. I hated it. It didn't show up on my skin no matter how much I packed on. Maybe it's not right for my skin tone but it was just the worst pigmentation in the whole of God's green earth. Won't be running for my life to get this disappointing product. I've been really let down by MAC so many times recently that I've developed a bit of an aversion to them (save for their brushes).

Primer/ Corrector -Yves Saint Laurent - Touche Eclat (Radiant Touch)

By far the best corrector I've tried. It glides on easily and is super blendable to your foundation. I love that they've now released more shades and finally found one perfect for my skin tone. Definitely one of my top 5 must-have products in your life. I'm quite sad to see not a lot love it as much as I do. For me, it really is a great product to have if you have annoying little spots or discolourations (especially under your eyes) that you'd like to rid of.

I'm not usually one to be drawn to sweet and girly scents but this is probably the only one I truly love and have re-bought many times! I've given this as gifts to girlfriends as well and they, like me, seem to love it to bits. Love the romantic smell, and definitely an extreme opposite to the classic, old-school smell of the no.5.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Colossal

The first drug store mascara I used and boy did I pick up the right one! I loved it to bits. My HG dirt cheap mascara for a while and the best Maybelline has to offer. Will definitely be getting it again soon enough. It does what it claims and perfectly too.

Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

The best in the business. I have yet to find another gel liner as good as MAC's. First used a friend's and ran straight to the nearest MAC counter to buy it. Lasts forever as well so it's absolutely worth it! The dramatic look it gives you is simply impossible to get with liquid and pencil liners.
